Can easily view my incetive payouts and it is tracked nicely to see where I can improve

Mostly just the timing of when I can view my incentive, but that may be a product of my company not specifically CaptivateIQ

Seeing exactly where I can improve and where I did well!

Being able to track my bonus all month long.

There is not anything I do not like about the program.

I am able to track my bonus for the month. Very benefitial

I love the detailed breakdown of my commission statements. Before CaptivateIQ our commission statements were very basic, and I found myself having to do a lot of manual calculations.

I don't dislike anything about CaptivateIQ

I can keep an accurate track record of my commission payouts vs. manually using an excel spreadsheet to handle this task.

I like that I am able to view my Captivate Q stats

There is nothing I dislike about CaptivateIQ.

I am able to take a look at the incentive information without having to bother someone else to do so.

What I like best is the first page where I can track my trending of making money.

I wish it was a bit more personalized to Better, like they could add in more details about how I shaped up compared to other people in my role and same pod number (1:1, 2:1, and even the elusive 3:1 pods).

I've realized that my performance is not only dependent on my hard work, but the economic enviornment and how many files I can get my hands on (how many HA's I support, the more the more money).

I love being able to track my progress month over month!

I do wish my metrics updated in real time!

It is appealing to the eye when logging in, digestible, and CaptivateIQ is a very friendly team. My entire team values our ability to view commissions via CaptivateIQ.

I only use it for the one way I described up above, so as of right now, I have zero complaints in the way I access the platform, track my commissions, and come back at a later date to do it again. :)

At my last Org, I never really knew what I was making in commission. Let's face it, that's the #1` thing we salespeople are concerned about. I was constantly pulling out my calculator on my phone to make a best guess on what I would be paid, what tier commission % I was in, etc. With CaptivateIQ, I can track my commission closed deal by closed deal. It's user-friendly and easy to navigate. I love the feature that requires us to review and accept our commission in the case something is wrong, and we need to review it with leadership. All in all, INCREDIBLE tool - a must-have for your sales team.

CaptivateIQ is so easy to use. I love that I can see my commissions and have payments all broken down by category. It works directly with my payroll platform.

I haven't found anything missing from the product; it works great!

Easy to review comissions each month!

The most helpful thing i find on captivate is the whole break down of our incentive on what we are paid for what we missed. Down the pricing and the the metric we hit and what we didnt . It isnt just a number like ok you hit this ok you didnt meet this metric. it actaully shows down to the number of apps the target and what we made. I find that so helpful

Nothing really , i would only say the site can maybe POP a little more.

Im able to use the site to enter in my own incentive calender and see and plan for the next month to come

It's super easy to use, which translates to me being able to easily share data and compensation with my team.

I like the format and structure of the page that gives all the necessary information to you right away. You can get detailed and summarized information with just one click after the landing page.

At first it took a second to familiarize what I was looking at, but I think that was more on the numbers that were being posted by our company. Once the numbers made sense to me it was a breeze to move around the site.

I never really paid attention to the compensation and pay due to to the confusing and wordy notifications. Captivate puts everything in one place and the breakdown for the pay is detailed and simple to follow

The ability to integrate with multiple platforms in real time and setup joins which help in visualising data from multiple angles.

Mapping and the data type which comes at the end as error if that is incorrect.

Easy to use, fast to understand. This was my first time using CaptiveIQ, and found it very helpful when I would get my commission statements at the end of the month.

N/A. In the past, I've been wronged on my commission, and I can't think of anything negative or part I may dislike. This is honestly very accurate, and I trust my commissions.

One of the problems I was facing was not knowing if my commission was accurate at the end of the month. This spells out exactly where my commission dollars are coming.

It's simple and user friendly. I don't have any issues navigating.

I don't have anything I dislike about it.

Reading payout structures may be confusing, but this is easy to read.

What I like best is that I get to see my incentive pay breakdown and understand my earning with little time or mannual calculation. Having the historical information from pervious pay periods is my favorite part as I get to look back and compare.

I currently have no complaint about using the plaform. This is my first experience with a company that uses a system like this. My experience has been positive thus far.

Problems I am able to solve is better understand my incentive payout in pervious pay period to help drive my own results. Benefit I've realized it being able to have conversation with my manager to resolve descrepancies as I am able to see the incentive I'm recieving about two weeks in advance.

I like how there is full integration with the products that we sell. We can tell the exact number of clients and items that we have received commission on, and it shows us so much data on payout.

I don't dislike anything about it. I have genuinely enjoyed the whole experience.

Transparency is huge when it comes to receiving the commission. The biggest problem that this solves is letting me track and access info on exactly what I am being payed for, and what I have yet to be payed for.
