We love Checkr's interface and how it integrates well with our current church management software.

We have not found anything that we dislike with Checkr

Checkr helps us stay up to date with our church volunteer background checks. The cost is low and the turnaround time is outstanding

The software is very user-friendly and easy to use. It is really convenient to have the ability to send multiple background check invitations to potential employees at one time.

There is not much I don't like about Chekr. But if I had to give one thing I dislike, we don't get an email notification when a background check has been completed and the results are ready to review. That would save a small amount of valuable time.

It helps us to streamline our background check process. It provides easy access to previous background check results, significantly lowering the cost of running unnecessary multiple background checks on a single employee.

The ease of use. Checkr is easy to set up, it integrates with Paylocity and everything can be ordered and reviewed through our system.

Nothing. It is easy to use and has a reasonable cost.

It helps us make informed decisions about who we are hiring.

Super easy interface. Even inexperienced hiring managers can assign the proper background check and/or drug screen within just a few selections and clicks. It doesn't get easier than this.

That it will show "consider" when results come up, but I don't get an insight from my limited view, on if it is a consider for background results or for drug screen. Also, I wish I would get automatic emails when someone's background came up as "consider" and/or when they are cleared!

I need to make sure that I can trust the background results completely, so that my company is not risking the cost of a bad hire. It's incredibly important that our background software/ partner is trustworthy, fast, and convenient. Checkr is!

Checkr is cost-effective and easy to use.

At times the process is slower than I would like. I wish I could set up one standardized clinic I use for all drug screens.

Checkr is solving the problem of time management at our location. It is nice to be able to delegate these tasks to a third party.

The turnaround time with Checkr is unlike any BGC providers I have ever seen. I've seen turnaround times within less than 24 hours and usually not more than 3 business days. I also love the simplicity of the interface and the ease of use. It was incredibly simple to set up at both my current company and my last company. At my last company we integrated Checkr with Paylocity and it worked phenomenally well. The price can't be beat.

Sometimes it's hard to get a response from support within a quick timeframe.

We run BGCs after offers have been extended AND accepted. The turnaround time is key in this model. It also helped us save money.

i like the ux as it makes things work fast and it is automatically emailed to the employee once the personal email is added. I like the design as its pretty easy to use.

rippling and checkr integration could be more details and include pricing on there more so people know how much each user might cost based on the location at the time.

it helps verifies and insure we are hiring the right people. we need the right people for the company that will be who they say they are. this will be impactful to our team

They are generally relatively quick and responsive when support is needed. Also, I find that the background reports typically come back relatively quickly and in our experience, have been accurate.

I don't know if there is a better option, but I feel that Checkr is relatively expensive. I initially came to them by looking up the company that Uber uses for their background reports. This is really the only negative that I have which like I said, I'm not even sure if there are better options out there from a price standpoint.

We need to make sure that we're hiring someone with a background and driving record that we're comfortable with, Checkr allows us to quickly and easily do this and move on.
