What do you like best about Goflow?

The software for our e-commerce company is a comprehensive solution, covering everything from A to Z. Continuously expanding its features, and the support team is readily available through chat whenever we need assistance.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

While there's nothing lacking, I do wish there was customer support available via phone.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

GoFlows software is the key to our profitability, enabling us to sell across multiple platforms by maintaining accurate inventory levels and securing the most cost-effective carrier rates.

"Quick & Streamline Implementation and Onboarding Process"
What do you like best about Goflow?

One of best onboarding team I worked with. Quick responses and able to help pin point the issue and fix within a matter of time. No onboarding fees and reasonable monthly cost.

What do you dislike about Goflow?

Nothing i can think of at this moment....

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Goflow able to help me integrate with Target+ & Macy's at a reasonable cost.

"Efficient ecommerce software"
What do you like best about Goflow?

This software is a breeze to use. User friendly and easily connects to all my vendors. Shipping, sorting, and picking make e-commerce management efficient. I love the sales report. They give detail data. The purchasing and adding in the bills' indirect cost/ shipping and unloading gives us a good grip on our real COG .

What do you dislike about Goflow?

no back button. Inventory stock reports only goes back 9 months, not a year two etc.

What problems is Goflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

getting all orders in one shipping software printing orders getting efficient tracking keeping track on inventory sending invoices to QuickBooks Good grip on COG Sale report real time , based on pending, shipped, and invoice having all customer data in one place Our business wouldnt be able to function without it

We were very pleased with the way the team set up our Target account and it was very easy to link or map the value and sync for price and inventory.

Sometimes it takes couple hours to response.
