If you've been having problems with your emails standing out, then its time you made contact with iContact. A solution i pleasantly discovered able to automate stunning emails with the kind of oomph you need to get noticed online. It's done a lot in terms of growing our target market since we set it up. Lot's of pre designed templates, funky drag and drop. Make contact if you haven't!
Nothing to dislike. For me, its pleasantly easy-to-use, lots of amazing features. Integrates well with various applications we use in our line of work like Facebook, WhatsApp. Customer Support is better than most as well. I definitely recommend it.
It creates, automates, and sends outstanding emails that help us stand out and grow our target matket. Really empowering and value for money.
As a previous popcorn user, I found iContact to be much more intuitive and easier to use, which is beneficial for training non-technical users. This is a must in many organizations and makes the implementation easy in some organizations with a large number of non-technical members such as academia. The ease of use made it a tool to lean on frequently and allowed nontechnical users to take over the reins. iContact has a fantastic number of useful templates and, with unlimited emails, is a great value for the money! Customer support also seems strong!
Pages load somewhat slowly. Weak options for scheduling. Limited integration with Access. More expensive than popcorn or Mail Chlmp for what we needed it for.
Marketing custom communications for an event with many attendees!
Simple email automation makes the task easier Dashboard is user friendly Removes duplication of contacts which is really a great feature Excellent customer service
Pricing is a concern for me At times formatting an email consumes time, which decreases my productivity
To respond to multiple clients within no time makes my customer and vendor happy Also creating effective campaigns with less efforts makes me more productive at my workplace
After trying several other email marketing programs, I've returned agin to iContact and recommended my clients do the same. The price is excellent especially for smaller operations. The html codes for the signup forms work well with our web design software. And the drag and drop editor is seamless and doesn't cause slow or laggy browsers.
There were a couple of short site outages which were a little annoying. But overall I don't have many complaints because iContact did a great job of posting updates about the downtime on the site and it was resolved quickly.
Like most customers I imagine, we were looking for a quick and easy and affordable email marketing solutions for email lists ranging from about 1000-10,000 subscribers. It has to keep their data safe and be easy to use by non-techies with amateur design skills.
I have been a regular user of iContact for probably ten years now. I love how easy it is to create an email template, add graphics, including video links, and more. Very simple and intuitive, and I am not an html coder, just a basic business person. I have found iContact to be able to do everything I want it to do, including future-date emails, segment my lists, and more, and all at a very reasonable price point compared to other broadcast email providers I have researched.
Nothing comes to mind, honestly. I will continue to use iContact for as long as I continue in business.
I need to drive readership to my weekly column, and I found iContact the best way to drive awareness and increase my readership subscription count.
I love how easy iContact makes it for me to stay in touch with potential customers. I have tried other services, but have not found anyone who provides the same quality as iContact, the same ease or the price for the service.
I am still waiting to find a downside to iContact.
I have been able to reach prior customers and potential future customers. I have seen a return on my investment that is great.
The tools iContact offers are intuitive and easy to use. The cost is reasonable.
Occasionally a parent accidentally unsubscribes, and the parent must contact iContact Deliverability Dept. to get back on the list.
We are a school district with eight schools, and each of our schools use iContact to send e-newsletters to families. We are able to track the success of our messages immediately.
Managing lists of emails is easy and intuitive, and the automatic payment system and the price for the service is affordable.
When creating an email "from scratch," the tabs are counterintuitive-- I have to first pick a Row, then Content, but Content is the default first tab. All too frequently I forget this and try to start with content instead of making "rows". I also wish it were easier to embed a picture within the text of the email created.
I no longer have to worry about my email system accusing me of spamming people because I have too many recipients.
