First off I have to tip my hat to the service team. I have a new question every other week and they are always incredibly helpful. The LMS is proving invaluable for consistency in training over 100 employees.
I wish you didn't need to pay almost double the price of the LMS for critical features. (Like the employee appraisal)
ISpring has allowed us to give the same training to every single employee and is graded automatically. For decades we would do everything by hand.
Can get up and running with a Course quickly. Very large content library to use for all Courses.
So far the biggest dislike is that you cannot choose more than one media piece at a time. For example, if I wanted to add numbers for bullet points, you have to manually pick the content one by one instead of having an option to choose multiple pieces of content at once.
We needed a way to build and track presentations for both our internal staff and also have options for Clients. iSpring allows us to do both at an affordable cost.
We have introduced online learning first time and iSpring does not require any training for course development, management and trainee. It is easy to use and can be deployed same day as they said it.
They do not have a course library from where we can add video tutorials, third party collaboration can help get short clips for courses
We can reach out of 1000 employees in a day, previously it would have taken weeks with limited trainers at disposal and the cost of travelling and lodging was high
Ease of use of the authoring tool. Interaction is easy to incorporate, and quizzes are very easy to create as well. The LMS is simple and straightforward, but has extensive reporting capabilities. The Learning Paths feature and ability for users to comment within a course are great.
I have experienced some difficulty in finding out how to incorporate eLearning from other tools into the iSpring authoring tool, but am currently working through it.
We are implementing a blending learning solution to supplement and improve the value of our current classroom training program.
The combination of iSpring suite and iSpring learn makes the process of development, deployment and management of online really easy.
I have not found anything to dislike. It is fairly expensive, but support is very good, there are progressive improvements and I am satisfied with value for money.
iSpring learn is the robust platform from which I run a private education business.
So many great features. First, SSO and integration with MS Active Directory made it easy for our employees to log in and for HR to manage. Next, the flexibility of content is great. I can upload SCORM files, videos, pdfs, power points, and even create quick and simple quizzes all in one spot. In addition, it is quick and easy to assign and track employees' participation in the courses and learning tracks.
The only thing I'd like to see added is some way for participants to record their attendance in live training digitally. It isn't easy to manually take attendance and enter it with groups of 200-300 as we have at times.
Our need to host and track online learning.
iSpring has made training people around the country more manageable by saving time & money. Excellent customer service, always available!
As the administrator, some of the tools that can be used within the LMS aren't apparent, I usually have to call customer service to ask what can be done and where to find it. They are very helpful and knowledgeable, but I wish I could see it on my own and that it was more apparent how to work the system on the back end as an administrator.
iSpring is helping us quickly train people across the country while also making it cost-effective for our trainers, staff and organization. Our business performance has increased because of iSpring.
I was looking for an online platform that allowed me to administer the internal training of SOPs as we had been doing this manually. It was so tedious and inefficient as it was a waste of resources in every possible manner. We chanced upon iSpring Learn while sourcing for suitable solutions. iSpring Learn met all of our requirements, from its features to the implementation/subscription cost. It was the most intuitive platform among our choices, and it certainly made sense for us to subscribe to iSpring Learn as they did not require a large number of users for subscription. It was a breeze to set up the system, it took me a coupel of days to get the system up and running. So far, end users have had a positive experience using this platform.
If I really have to find something to complain about, I hope that they will eventually charge by per user subscription. The demo session could be less restrictive in terms of the functions we could test on.
It helps to automate the internal learning process as training is an important aspect of audit requirements from our key customer.
