Even with no prior experience, I can effortlessly create and publish courses using iSpring Learn. Its user-friendly interface facilitates seamless course creation, enabling me to automate internal learning processes with ease.
It is easy to learn and use to set up courses in a LMS
There are not enough fields for learners. It's based on a company using it to train employees
I wanted to find an affordable LMS for me to use for certification courses in my field of expertise - Lean Accounting. I now have certification courses for sale.
Having only the Starter level of iSpring Learn and iSpring Suite Max, I can still say that iSpring Learn has a ton of capabilities. Between gamification, reports, user management, learning material storage and organization, and creating learning tracks for various departments, iSpring learn has changed the path for our organization - and just in time for expansion. This will be an invaluable tool for our growth. My favorite feature is the easy and fast creation of lesson pages right from the online portal for both macro and micro learning. The drag and drop functionality paired with the sleak and visually appealing UI is wonderful. Integrating new trainings into our onboarding and recurrent training processes is now easier than ever. The Account Executive and Customer Support team have been invaluable in the implementation process. They are incredible friendly, quick at replies, and extremely helpful every step of the way. The platform is so easy to use that I use it every day, and my organization has plans to integrate it into every facet of our company.
I haven't discovered any downsides to using iSpring Learn so far.
iSpring Learn is helping solve problems with employee standardization and learning that is not customized to our SOPs, learners, employees, or nuances of the local environment. Implementing iSpring Learn is providing benefits by way of compliance, clarity, communication, tracking, employee and customer engagement, and transparency.
iSpring is our corporate LMS and using it has been intuitive and effective. I use it every day as an administrator. The number of options to execute training are incredible and have given me many thoughts and ideas on where to steer our Learning Program. Any time I do have an issue, effective support is available within a matter of minutes.
As an administrator, I want the ability to administor my program from a mobile device.
The solutions that our company provides are pretty complex and there are many of them. iSpring is helping us make sure that our customer-facing team is the local experts we say they are. We are also using it to shorten our ROI timeline for new hires. So far we've been able to improve that by 16%!
Simple, easy-to-use interface. I have been a customer in the past and have had great experience with the product.
Some of the permissions are clunky, e.g., who can do what within an org
24/7 on-demand customer education and training on how to use our proprietary portal. THere is no ned for our customers to call us for 1:1 instruction when they have an issue or need to complete a task that they may have forgotten how to do or perhaps have never had to do previously.
I'm pretty comfortable using the tools of PowerPoint so making the transition to iSpring Learn to assign my courses to my team was incredibly intuitive and fun to use. If you ever have questions, the Help Desk people are patient and helpful.
I'd like to be able to replace documents easily without having to delete and reload.
I can assign onboarding classes to new hires automatically so this saves me time.
Their willingness to listen to their customers and tailor their offering to their needs.
Sometimes the response it a little slow, but not unmanageable.
This provides a great way to not only teach our employees and customers from remote locations, but we can also track progress!
I appreciate the simplicity of the product, yet it provides varied ways to create and deliver learning content to our employees. When we have had to engage customer support, they have been very helpful and efficient.
Greater integration with user directory would be helpful in terms of keeping user information up to date.
Centralizing our learning efforts and standardizing our training delivery.
Its user friendly interface is very help full. Always when I use it to complete my e learning I learn something new.
It's a good software. But some times it's a bit slow while open a new course.
Its learning course helpe to do my day to day task and always learn something new.
This LMS has a very logical way of organizing differnt learning tracks and courses. I can share content across various learning tracks. Also, the lelvel of technical and implimentation support was truly awesome.
I wish it could interface with my ecommerce site, so learnrs (useers) could be enrolled automatically through an API feed.
I needed an LMS to deliver three professional learning tracks, compriced of 27 modules and 52 extensive submodules, and award the user with certificates when they pass the quizzes and earn an accreditation. iSpringLearn does that and the users have remarked that the process wsa smooth. I originally loaded all 516 downloadable documents into each module. However, the users complained that they had to downloa each document individually. Instead, I inserted a link in the firt module of each learning track, so that the user could access a Box account and download all the track documents at one time and keep them in the original folders.
iSpring Learn is an awesome add on to the iSpring Suite. It allows me to create a site for my trainees to take training sessions and quizzes. Since it's all in one spot, I'm able to analyze the results and make changes for future sessions without having to compile all the data myself. It definitely takes the hard part out!
The page is a bit clunky and navigation can be a bit of a learning curve. If I had to change one thing about the product, it would be the ability to customize the administration portal and set favorites.
Before we acquired iSpring Learn, I was already using the iSpring Suite and had been using it for years. I loved that product because it allowed me to easily tailor my training sessions and create my own quiz materials easily. The hard part was compiling data from each individual to recognize where any weaknesses in training may be at. I would have to create my own spreadsheet, input scores, times, incorrect answers, and then generate equations to try to make it go quicker (it still took tons of time). iSpring Learn was designed to do everything I was doing automatically for me. Not only that, it was seamlessly integrated into the iSpring Suite. My days worth of work disappeared and now I was free to develop additional training materials or dedicate my resources elsewhere!
It is easy to set up and assing courses/ quizzes and learning tracks to people. Monitoring their progress and getting updates on their progress. We have reports that are scheduled monthly so we can keep track of how users are getting on and what courses have been assigned. The solution is scalable and we have had no issue when we have a growing number of users.
I feel at the moment LMS is giving us everything that we need and has improved massively e.g reporting capabilities in the 3+ years we have been using it.
It enables our niche industry attain the knowledge they need in an immersive way ,enabling them to be certicated which in turn is recognised by a leading industry body.
The functionalities are extensive, you can import users and departments easily and seamlessly.
The lack of gamification opportunities such similar to that of a kahoot or sli.do.
Providing an LMS to a client.
Ease of use, available resources, and great customer service. Our Account Representative Katie has been very helpful.
No, everything has been working well so far
Yes. I have not submitted the request yet. I will be reaching out to Katie for assistance on a report
Saving time by turning existing PowerPoint presentations into courses, complete with quizzes, to ensure retention and knowledge base as a resource center. The system is highly user-friendly and very intuitive. The support team is super responsive and helpful; they don't just answer questions but go beyond that to ask how the system is being used and offer extra support or advice.
My most significant drawback is that the course authoring tool is incompatible with Mac (our whole team is on mac). I had to purchase a separate surface pro, and sometimes opening a PowerPoint created on mac needs reformatting, which makes the process more time-consuming. The reporting options are a bit limited, but we have a lot of different users with different course enrollments, so making more complex reports that involve multiple filters are not always possible. We still love it though, despite those things.
It has helped us improve our onboarding experience, standardize our training, promote marketing messaging and offer sales training/operations training providing a better experience. Key customers are more engaged and top of mind, which positively impacts them and us.
The continuous development of the product. There are frequent updates. On more than one occasion, I've been able to make a feature suggestion to our account manager and see that feature come to fruition shortly thereafter.
Not a lot. It's a very well put together LMS. Reporting could be more granular to see if users engage with learning material again after completion of a course.
We use iSpring as an online learning hub for our predominantly remote workforce. We use it to host on-demand asynchronous learning modules, to track our workforce's knowledge base, and to create training courses. Some of our courses are created within the LMS itself. Other courses are created using iSpring's authoring tool, Suite Max.
Hi, we have been using another LMS platform, but it was never really user-friendly (as they all say it is), but ISpring is not lying! We have people from different backgrounds, and everyone is ok using it. Also, I strongly recommend getting the max suite if you have to build your content because it is an incredibly complete tool to help you, especially if you don't have a team of 50 people helping you make that content!
we can't filter employer by language which is making it harder for us.
making sure all of our employee are up to date on their certification
First off I have to tip my hat to the service team. I have a new question every other week and they are always incredibly helpful. The LMS is proving invaluable for consistency in training over 100 employees.
I wish you didn't need to pay almost double the price of the LMS for critical features. (Like the employee appraisal)
ISpring has allowed us to give the same training to every single employee and is graded automatically. For decades we would do everything by hand.
Ispring is very easy to use, navigate and build training modules. Also, customer support is the best.
I can't think of a thing I dislike about Ispring.
Ispring learn has helped our employees have more access to training and provides a great data base for tracking training.
The ability to create our own training in PowerPoint and export to the iSpring system is great.
I do wish there was a little more control in the admin portal for separating users/Clients.
We needed an affordable, easy solution for training our staff and our Client base staff.
Able to do assignments on our phones through the app.
If they had more service based people images to use. It is hard to find learning content.
It is teaching us better client service and how to be managers.
Saves a lot of time as we no longer have to chase people down to complete training. Users get email links where you can set reminders. Training due dates are customizable for custom number of days or period to complete each training module. It's pretty much set it and forget it.
The reporting is a bit confusing. There are either too many options/filters or not enough. Hard to determine which report is useful for the information desired. I have not been able to find a report for 1 person's entire enrollment history as the option maxes out at 1 year.
With an automated self-training environment, the user is automatically assigned relevant courses and the individual is responsible for completion. This takes the load off the managers by solving the compliance problem of incomplete training records.
iSpring Learn has an amazing and intuitive UX/UI to document all hiring processes. It is expensive, unlike TalentLMS which is relatively cheap. It offers multiple tools such as plain text, audio and video, and Powerpoint integration.
Everything, absolutely everything works great. Everything is going well.
We are using it to train new employees.
Can get up and running with a Course quickly. Very large content library to use for all Courses.
So far the biggest dislike is that you cannot choose more than one media piece at a time. For example, if I wanted to add numbers for bullet points, you have to manually pick the content one by one instead of having an option to choose multiple pieces of content at once.
We needed a way to build and track presentations for both our internal staff and also have options for Clients. iSpring allows us to do both at an affordable cost.
We have introduced online learning first time and iSpring does not require any training for course development, management and trainee. It is easy to use and can be deployed same day as they said it.
They do not have a course library from where we can add video tutorials, third party collaboration can help get short clips for courses
We can reach out of 1000 employees in a day, previously it would have taken weeks with limited trainers at disposal and the cost of travelling and lodging was high
I've been using iSpring Learn to sell publicly available courses since 2012. It's become a big part of my business. I love that it works with PowerPoint, so it's easy to turn existing presentations into new courses. If you can think of something an e-learning course should do -- quizzes, branching, surveys, scenarios, videos, audio recording and editing, sending a learner back to repeat a section after a failed quiz, limiting progress to prevent attendees from moving through the material too quickly -- it's all in there! It has so much functionality, that I still haven't taken advantage of some of the newer features. On top of all this, I've had the same customer service person -- Maksim -- working with me since the very beginning. I always get a quick response to technical questions even if it's a note to say they are working on it. I appreciate never being left hanging. He's pretty awesome. I love that my clients can self register. I love that I can give clients reporting authority over their own groups of people. I love that I can export all kinds of reports as CSV files and see who took classes, when, how they did on quizzes, and more. I recommend iSpring to anyone and everyone who tells me they are thinking about getting into e-Learning. It's pretty versatile, amazing software. I've even had some custom programming done to add a much needed feature just for my business. I have the ability to mark purchases as paid within iSpring because some of my clients pay with checks rather than credit cards.
I wish the e-commerce had two additional features - 1) a shopping cart so clients could purchase multiple courses with one payment and 2) a receipt feature so clients would either be automatically e-mailed a receipt after purchase OR be able to print a receipt immediately after purchase. I would like a way to send out messages to all users from within iSpring Learn. This could be used to announce changes, new courses, etc. I would also like a way to "hide" older courses from new clients. Maybe there's a way to do this in the new course catalog, but I haven't figured it out. You could add a better course catalog tutorial to my wish list.
I started using on-line courses in response to changes to our state certification program. In the beginning, there were only two test cycles each year, which made it easy to schedule classroom style training. Then, they moved to three test cycles. Now, it's possible to take or renew a certification at any time. Classroom training can't keep up with this dynamic. My classes are smaller than they used to be. On-line training is available at any time. I've leveraged the instant availability and iSpring record keeping features to position my company as the number 3 course provider in my state. This is a win for everybody. Learners can study at their own pace, they retain the information better, and the message is consistent. Nobody has to travel and I'm renting fewer hotel ballrooms for in-person training. My per hour fees for training have remained the same, but my attendees and I are both saving money, so profits are up.
The hosted platform is the best solutions for us. The quizzes and testing along with the certificates have been very helpful. The authoring tool has also been a great help to our organization.
Would prefer unlimited users or concurrent.
We utilize the iSpring system to provide continuing education and training for our employees and also our customers employees. They like that is is available 24/7 and we are able to provide a large array of training aides that allow them to become more efficient and knowledgeable.
