I like mostly everything Maijlet has all the features you need for email campaigns. Of course, the reason I decided to implement Mailjet in our company is because cost, so far I have seen Mailjet is one of the cheaper Mailing platforms out there, they charge you for email sent no like other services that try to charge you per contact, for a company that has more than 100,000 users lets say that pay for customers is just not fair if you just sent emails to certain segments. Mailjet also has pretty much standard features as any other tool out there, you can add your contacts or make Html widgets to obtain them, it also has a template editor with all the essential tools to make a nice email probably is advanced as mailchimp or active campaign but you just need a designer or Canva to pimp up your mails. Last but not less the automation emails are basic automation tools like those in Active campaign where you can send a sequence of mail. For all of this, I'm more than happy to use Mailjet in our company.
Probably the thing that I most dislike now days is the editor. I mean is a pretty straight forward and basic editor but as I said you just need to make a nice design and nobody will notice. But recently while you are editing it hangs down, like if you were doing changes and it seems is working fine but once that you go out of the editor and come back is when you realize that changes weren't saved at all and you have to rework again. This problem is happening from 4 months to now in different computers and with different explorers like Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Safari. So I hope Mailjet can read this review and fix the issue.
We are solving all the emailing communication with the customer, we currently have more than 130K registered users, more than 30K active users in the last 45 days and around 12K Engaged users in the last 30 days. Before we were using tools like Active Campaign mainly for automation and mailing communication. But since Active Campaign business model is based in contacts it exponentially increments the cost when you have more than 60K users and our main issue is that we use to segment our users in different contact list so we basically have strong communication with engaged users and active users that are no more than 40K so Active Campaign cost makes no sense for use while Mailjet only charges per email sent at a very low fee and still has some basic automation tools that when combining with Zapier you can basically everything you do in Active Campaign.
The cost and deliverability, that's how you gauge a mass email marketing company. ConstantContact is the standard of the industry, I get that, but they're much more expensive and more difficult to work with. Their "quick" reviews of where you get your contacts and how they opt-in is a 1 hour investigational phone call too often. Mailjet is reasonable to work with, clear and understandable UI, and the prices cannot be beat. And they are highly deliverable, I don't have an inordinate amount of undeliverable, and I have used many services.
I don't like that I cannot edit an active automated campaign once it starts, ConstantContact is a little more functional that way. And that I cannot add more than one list to a campaign, nor can I merge lists online. I need to download the lists and merge them locally then reupload the new joined list. An easy enough workaround, but these features seems easy enough fixes that if done would make them better. AND, when I start an automated campaign (called Automated Workflows), and set to start at a particular time/date, once Started, it doesn't show anywhere when the next email for any step in the campaign goes out. I would like to see exact queued times/dates for each email in the workflows, an easy thing to do that would give us busy users a lot of insight.
Yes they are and I do not intend on changing services again. The price cannot be beat, the customer/tech services cannot be reached on the phone but they are very email responsive and never leave me hanging.
Mailjet was an amazing solution but ever since they have been bought their pricing has tripled and the service gone down
Pricing has gone through the roof - they are now the most expensive in the market with average service. this was fine with competitive prices
currently, we are in the process of looking for alternatives - despite that we have been a client ever since they started
The greatest thing about mailjet is it possesses a superb inboxing level. I have tried personally various other options as well, but there's something completely different here with mailjet. The prices system is incredibly cost-effective for just about all types of companies. I'm very happy to use mailjet in my WordPress website. Delivering newsletters and offers from the inside WordPress has not been very easy. On top of everything, I'm also able to look at all my lists and marketing campaign statistics from inside WordPress.
I have already been utilizing maijet for more than a few weeks, and I'm happy with the service-nothing to don't like right here.
With the use of mailjet I can easily send the newsletter to our customers within my WordPress site, as it easily integrates with wordpress. Also, the inbox landing rate of mailjet is good. This application enables us to bulk email with high deliverability rates.
I like the Email Template designer very much. It's very intuitive and easy to use.
The price for international text is costly.
Email notifications to users for login and events in the application.
Mailjet is easy to operate, provides great deliverability and a very intuitive email builder.
There are some small quirks, but none are a negative so much as getting used to how it is built.
Mailjet provided a cost-efficient system with high deliverability and robust reporting. We've found it far more reliable and easy to implement than some big-name CRM company email systems, and more appropriate for business at scale than the lower tier that seems to be focused on information marketing. Mailjet is great for business.
Nothing, not tested, they cancelled before use and charged me.
They blocked my account without any reason, and after that, they charged my credit card for first time. Incredible! They're scammers, be careful and try to use another one email service. Also I'm asking support and they never answer!
They charge credit card without activate the account.
The sign up process was very easy and quick. They provide multiple currencies including British Pound, which was a bonus. I have now sent a few emails campaigns and the process has been seemless. I think they have a higher rate of delivery compared to some other tools I've used before as I'm getting higher open rates than before.
One of the only things I can fault with the platform is the limited amount of pre-made templates. However their custom template creator is easy enough to create something eye-catching pretty quickly.
We send bi-weekly newsletters to a modest amount of customers keeping them informed of the latest services we have. As we're a small business, I have found Mailjet to be VERY cost-effective in comparison to tools we used previously.
