So far nothing. I am very happy with what I got.
I schedule automated emails and newsletters to selected contacts and save with Mailjet time doing this, giving me more time to work on other tasks.

Easy to use, all is said. I've never used an app as easy to use. I've more time to do my job, and realize the campaign itself, it's perfect.
I do not dislike anything. Mailjet really is the best app I've tested and used. I'm completely satisfied.

L'impossibilité de personnaliser les mailings avec le nom et le prénom du destinataire par exemple.
Mon principal problème était la délivrabilité des mails.
The ability to export to CSV /Excel files is very useful in order to get a quick clean and easily readable report.
I believe that the service should be free if Mailjet are garnering all their clients' contacts. There should be an opt-in option for this. My contacts are worth much more than my subscription fee!

User interface is excellent in usability. Clear and complete.
Really nothing. Mailchimp has perhaps more functionnality but Mailjet is easier to use.

Mailjet has made by email marketing efforts easy. This software has a easy-to-use interface, making it easy for me to reach out to numerous potentail customers. This has enabled me to keep our customers updated about our products and services. It mail creation feature is great and very simple to understand and implemend.
I think there is room for imporvement in the customer support section.
It streamlined mu process for email marketing. It made it easier for me to create more emails with its built it templates. I was able to reach a larger customer base with various types of email depending on their sales funnel.
It sounds simple, but it does just what you would expect it to do. The API is good and allows us to send out our transaction emails quickly and efficiently.
It does not allow you to manually send out transaction emails. We have a need for that on occassion when we change our terms and conditions or our pricing.
All emails associated with using our products (I run two software businesses that both use Mailjet) rely on Mailjet. Verification emails, various alert emails that our platforms send out to our users, password reset emails and a some onboarding oriented emails to help new users get going.

Nothing to dislike about it and its any feature.
