i think one of the best service i have ever used, integration of smtp and api is very easy, if you wish to send email from mailjet own panel that also very easy to use. one easily email using there own interface panel

the only issue is you will to change the shared IP on regular basis so that deliverability can be increased and give more effective business to the customer, as the shared used by multiple user it reduce inbox deliverability
