This is one of the best email marketing platforms I came across. Very easy to set up with super astonishing deliverability rates. API integration makes this platform an exception. Prices are economical when compared with superb features. Email templates are an exception Support is awesome by the team
There is nothing to dislike; the only thing which I felt missing is the segmentation part.
It made my daily tasks and connection with the Target audience super easy. Almost all my emails land up in the inbox.
Number one, the price. Quite possibly the best-priced email marketing software available and it's a great piece of software too. It's simple, easy to use, and has a great drag and drop editor that makes great-looking emails. Better than some, if not most, of the higher-priced competitors.
No ability to segment email list by quantity (i.e email the first 1000 subs on your list today then emailing 1001-2000 the next day)

I used the free account for home use which allows me to send legitimate emails from my home mail server.
Even for users that don't pay for the service you get to send more than enough emails (for us). Haven't used the help desk yet, since the FAQ are usefull!
The server is down quite often, but gets back on its feet pretty quickly.
We are sending our emails with a plan, instead of just sending out random info and never following up.

The sign up process was very easy and quick. They provide multiple currencies including British Pound, which was a bonus. I have now sent a few emails campaigns and the process has been seemless. I think they have a higher rate of delivery compared to some other tools I've used before as I'm getting higher open rates than before.
One of the only things I can fault with the platform is the limited amount of pre-made templates. However their custom template creator is easy enough to create something eye-catching pretty quickly.
We send bi-weekly newsletters to a modest amount of customers keeping them informed of the latest services we have. As we're a small business, I have found Mailjet to be VERY cost-effective in comparison to tools we used previously.

The unsubscribe link in our emails would only remove readers from that specific email, not from all of our marketing emails so we had to manually unsubscribe people on the back end

Very useful dashboards that allow us to monitor the campaigns. 2. Schedule the e-Mailers. 3. Great Reports for email marketing campaigns 4. Good Templates that can be customized for Contact upload. 5. The Free Plan itself offers much.
The Basic Plan and Premium do not have much difference between them. Lack of re-engagement campaign parameters functionality. The customer care not up to the mark - Timely Response to e-Mail is poor.

I like that it is a platform that we can get a message to a lot of people on. Internal an external. The building of a message is for the most part easy but takes some getting used to.
The layout and all together set up of mass emails and newsletters seems kind of generic. There's isn't a lot of room to make image look nicer or layout flow better.
I am making images in Photoshop before I am uploading to Mailjet so that they look a little nicer.
The reporting and segmentation leave nothing to be desired great deliverability

I particularly loved the way the system intuitively gets you up to speed in all you need to know to run the campaign and manage the lists. The pre-existing templates are extremely valuable asset for any marketer.
- the UX requires too many clicks to reach relevant info. - it's hard to move users between lists and no bulk actions -The inability to switch back from HTML to the editor.
The company issues once or twice a year special package deals. All requests prior to the release of the package are held and sent out on those dates. Mailjet automated the process and made it very smooth.
