As a business coach to CEOs and executives, keeping track of complex conversations came with its own complexities, and Meetgeek has simplified this entire process.

The price - the number of hours relative to the high price is quite low. South African accent and dialect recognition can be improved.

Meetgeek eliminates distractions by taking notes and allowing me to focus on delivering the value I'm paid to deliver, saving time. This time saved allows me to be more profitable.

Easy-to-use platform with a very user-friendly UI. Also, I'd like to highlight how fast they're improving the platform. Started using it a couple of months ago, and right now, pretty much all the bugs and minor glitches experienced in the past have been solved. The founder and support are very receptive to feedback and super responsive. In terms of user experience, everything has been great, and the product itself is pretty much ready for prime time (at least for my needs)

The main (and I'd say only one) thing I don't like right now is when new features are rolled-out are enabled by default (subtle message about meetgeek and bot's name) I think it'd be better to have them disabled by default and send an update in case those willing to use them can enable it by themselves.

Considering I spend around 10-20 hours a week on meetings, knowing the note-taking, summarizing and recordings are covered is super helpful to focus on the most crucial thing (a.k.a being present on the meeting)

I really enjoy using Meet Geek. Easy Install and was up and running in minutes. What I like best is the transcription that allows me to focus on the meeting and easily take action by quickly reviewing the meeting later in the day.

They don't have an app I can use on Apple Car Play or Phone but I hear it is on the roadmap. Being able to listen to calls while working out or driving is very helpful in preparing for coaching.

I've gotten great value from Meetgeek to date. I mostly use it to transcribe meetings / interviews recorded offline, and it does a fantastic job of that.

I haven't encountered any part of Meetgeek that hasn't met my expectations or functioned the way I needed it to.

Meetgeek is an AI meeting assistant, a little similar to Grain.co or Otter. It records all your meetings and uses AI to create a transcription, which is then indexed to the recording. It uses AI to find significant parts of the meeting, including action items, and generates a short summary. It can also scan the transcription for any keywords you like and add those conversation segments to the summary. Overall, it works extremely well. The transcription is accurate. The summary is usually quite good. It automatically joins meetings, so you don't even have to manage that. Also, they update rapidly and listen to customer feedback. Great product. I recommend MeetGeek to colleagues without hesitation.

No complaints, this is the best meeting assistant I've found, and I've tried most of them. As always, I wish the transcription was a little more accurate, but it's at least as good as the competition, if not better.

There are so many meetings it's hard to keep track of who said what when, and what needs to be done. Meekgeek gives me one place to search all my meeting data, and makes it easy to find the one piece of information I'm looking for.

I like that it's automatic and transcribes with the audio playble in my browser.

I feel the need to mention or explain what the note taking robot does; if this was somehow automatic it would be better.

It's saving time and provides a trusted record to review and recap meetings.

After meetings with prospects or clients I come back to read the transcripts and I normally find some nuggets I missed during the live call. This helps me to understand their needs at a deeper lever a offer a better service.

The transcripts aren't 100% accurate and the highlights of the meetings aren't that reliable. They also did some updates to the platform recently and I have to link my gmail and zoom again. Which is something I haven't done in a few weeks.

I can review past meetings - so allows me to better understand my clients and prospects. Sometimes we do presentations, it helps me to get better and to turn the presentation into written content we can repurpose for blog, social media post or email marketing.
