Very accurate transcripts generated. Even allows you to upload audio files to generate generous amounts of transcriptions per month.
Haven't found a drawback worth mentioning yet.
It does all the heavy lifting in capturing the content of meetings held online, and gives good feedback on the tone of each dialogue as well to help you adapt accordingly.

Sometimes, it fails to join meetings that are scheduled at the last minute. Also, would like to be able to have it join on Teams Calls. It does it for Teams Meetings, but if someone calls me through Teams, I have to set up a quick meeting if I want Meetgeek to join.
Previously, capturing meeting notes was a hassle. And I found myself concentrating more on taking notes than on the meeting itself at times. With Meetgeek, I can be 100% devoted to the meeting, knowing that everything that is said is being recorded and I will receive a summary. Also, we no longer have to pause meetings while someone writes down something. This keeps my meeting flowing nicely. The hassle of taking notes from different people and getting them compiled, approved, and distributed to everyone is not an issue any longer.
Easy to use, and it syncs very well with all my calendars.
The UI could improve just a little bit :)
It is very common that in meetings with many participants, there is no time to take notes. This tool allows me to re-watch each aspect of a meet later.

Meetgeek.ai is now an essential member of my team! It automatically joins my meetings, takes notes, records the video and audio and then parcels them together to create a full transcript of who said what and when; even better, it overlays the video with captions which makes playback and revisiting past meetings even better.
Integration with Teams, Zoom and Hangouts is great, but I'd love to invite it to other platforms, such as our telephony platform's built-in video conferencing solution.
My meetings are all technical by nature. We're a bespoke telecommunications provider, so many conversations are regarding specific configurations for clients. Meetgeek.ai captures everything, and nothing is missed. Gone are the days when we sat around trying to find meeting notes about what a client had said or what particular solution was required. We watch the meeting back or browse through the transcript, and it's there. If I could put a value on the time saved by using Meetgeek.ai, it would be in the thousands of dollars/pounds/euros. You need it!

It was really easy for me to link Meetgeek to my Google Calendar so that it joins all of my meetings. It sits in the meeting as a participant and records + transcribes the entire thing with a high degree of accuracy. It also provides a summary after the meeting, which you can tailor based on certain key words or a meeting agenda, which is really cool. One thing I found unique about Meetgeek is the analysis of the meeting - it tells you how many participants there were, what the speaker sentiment was like, and which keywords were used the most throughout the meeting. Some of the features I haven't started using, but are really cool, are the ability to use keywords during your meeting to create an automation with linked apps (like creating a task, for example). I think I'd need to wait for webhooks, because I don't use any of the currently integrated CRMs. At the end of the meeting, you get a summary emailed to you, with a link to view the full thing, which means I don't need to go searching afterwards, which is helpful.
Not a big drama, but I've seen other tools that do similar things to Meetgeek which have a desktop app which allow you to make notes live during the meeting, which are time stamped. This may be a feature in Meetgeek, but I think you need to have the browser open to do it.
Instead of taking copious notes, Meetgeek allows me to get a highly accurate transcript of the entire meeting, so if I need to find keywords about things we were discussing, I can just go search exactly what was said.
The summaries are 99% of the times on point. The Pipedrive integration is sweet, it stores the meeting minute in the correct deal so I don't need to spend time taking notes. You can set up a list of important terms (you can input your industry terms), this improves quality of summaries. They have using custom prompts in the future.
I don't like it bot to join my meetings, looks like someone is spying. But most of note taking apps do it this way. I'd like if it goes to my Zoom archive to grab the recording instead.
I'm in sales. I am not distracted anymore by typing down notes, I can focus 100% on the prospect in front of me instead of typing on my computer. Also, it makes me look more professionnal
