What do you like best about Okta Customer Identity?

One of the best things about the platform is how refined and polished everything is, from its interface to customer service. It is very user-friendly but has great depth.

What do you dislike about Okta Customer Identity?

The implementation could have been way smoother. More care could have been taken on our part, and Okta's part of making certain specific criteria was checked before moving forward in each implementation phase.

What problems is Okta Customer Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Identity Access Management was almost nonexistent. We did not have the proper tools in place and did not have the right personnel in charge in this area. Okta was a great management solution at the time and integrated with what we already had to make the process extraordinary.

What do you like best about Okta Customer Identity?

With Okta, organizations can make sure only the right people and devices have access to specific resources. In the process, Okta customers can cut their security TCO via administrative staff reductions, while benefiting from the added soft ROI of lower security breach risk.

What do you dislike about Okta Customer Identity?

My main gripe with Okta is price, it's expensive. There isnt an app limit which is killing it for Okta, as that price goes up. But Okta clearly is the better product.

What problems is Okta Customer Identity solving and how is that benefiting you?

Nowadays, people often work on a laptop, at different places outside of the office and they check their email via their mobile phone. Due to all these developments, we need more than just a password. Okta also calls itself the modern version of Single Sign-On. To make the Single Sign-On as safe as possible, you can use MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) from Okta. With this, you verify yourself not only with a password, but with a second factor of your choice. For example, with a pin code that you receive on your mobile phone via SMS, with a fingerprint or a push notification via the Okta Verify app. Also, your information is protected by extensive security measures and controls that are checked by third parties.

Thats a great app and very user friendly interface which is very easy to use and interact. I am still exploring this software and didn't find any dislike about this app in functionality except the price.

It's a cloud solution. Automatic provisioning of users in to Application is automated via SCIM APIs.

It's comparably high cost. And OkTa technical resource found on the market is less.
