It's pretty user friendly. Lays everything out that I need to complete my daily functions

I don't like that I have to login to it so many times when starting for the day.

Easy to use with the browser extension. Automatically pops up when you go to a login page. You can add your own apps, accounts and credentials. Multi-factor authentication. Easily became my daily driver for all of my authentication on a daily basis.

Can't say there is much I dislike about the product.

I use OKTA to setup applications for brokers. It lets me temporarily skip MFA as I set it up and makes my setups easy.

I personally havent had any hicups or any negative experience using this application and I use it everyday to accomplish setup of applications.

It lets me access User accounts without having them login for me. Its easier and manageable. It makes my Job faster and efficient.

I enjoy that Okta is a one stop shop for all tooling and software that is necessary for my position. My information feels secure by the login process, and one log in allows me to access everything I need.

That I have to use my phone to log in. If for whatever reason my phone is inaccessible then I am unable to clock in and complete my work functions. I understand the need for 2 step verification, it would be nice to have an alternative.

I don't need to have a million saved book marks or tabs open on my browser. Okta allows me to access all software required for my role in once place. And it can be updated by mt employer at any time.

Guru keeps a catalog of all our lessons. It acts as our knowledge base.

The ability to access Okta on my mobile devices as well as staying logged in are two of my favorite features. It also works consistently and has never caused any issues.

I sometimes have to login multiple times even after I just did, even if it's on the same device. That can be inconvenient but is not terribly inconvenient to be honest.

I don't have any at the moment. Maybe I feel like there is still something we can use Okta for aside from consolidating the tools we use to allow single sign-in.

My company incorporated Okta into our daily workflow, and everything has been a breeze since. No need to type in my password every time I log in or worry about security breaches because Okta saves it all. Its plug makes it even more accessible as you can log into another software without going through the hassle of getting to another page and signing in. It also only requires a log-in session, so you needn't constantly have to resign every time you need to get to another software.

The fact that it would keep signing me out every couple of hours. The fact that I have to download an app to use as an authenticator is not fun. Try using Google authenticator so that users don't have to download an app specifically.
