Similarly, Redbooth has limited technical support and the mobile applications are not very intuitive, and it is not the most effective tool to carry out marketing projects

In my organization we have had problems to follow up on the tasks assigned to the different members of the team but thanks to Redbooth we can not only supervise the performance of our team but also delegate work, adjust due dates and modify the status of the projects, another facility that this software has given us is the HD video calls that we use to make conferences and keep in touch with our customers

No program is perfect. The reporting tools could certainly be upgraded.
