I like being able to create and schedule campaigns weeks and months in advance. I like the automated drip campaigns we can set up as well.
It can be a little difficult getting set up depending on your skill level or access to a developer.
We're solving a customer engagement problem. Our products are commonly thought of when solving a problem. So we're staying in front of our customers to solve that. A benefit we're realizing is an increase in average order value.
Good documentation & good support. Easy to set up, syncing with Magento was straight forward and painless. We were able to set up abandoned cart emails with minimal effort and exceeded our target ROI very quickly because of this. They estimate revenue based on your site analytics for new campaign types and proactively suggest accordingly automatically in the UI. Migrating our email template from another platform was actually pretty easy (done in house in 1 day) and what's awesome is once converted it worked with their drag and drop editor, meaning marketing staff no longer required IT for template changes as the blocks were all ready to go. I'm also impressed with their conversion tracking method & logic (read the documentation for info)
Customer segmentation interface could do with some polish, specifically with regards to geographic filtering or filtering on many possible values for an attribute (regular expressions would be awesome, or an option to text match 'contains' for attributes where you can currently only manually select each tag/unique value that's been previously used... text match or regular expressions allow for possible future values)
IT are now no longer required to troubleshoot email template issues as we were able to build our template in house to work with their drag and drop interface. Abaondoned cart emails are working really well to convert, especially with regards to cross device conversion. Reporting tools are providing greater insights into our email marketing efforts.
I love the granularity of the software that allows to target, customers as multiple levels, such as time since last visit, lifetime value, etc, and send customized email to various customer segmentation. The summary of opened and conversion rates by campaign is impressive. Then you get an overall store performance dashboard as well which is accurate and insightful There is so much more to like about the software, but this is some of the things I like best.
No dislikes so far. It works as advertised.

During my experience using Remarkety I have noticed some weak points that this application has such as its dashboard which I consider outdated and unattractive, the results of several emails can not be combined into one campaign, it does not have a free trial available to help familiarize you with the software and the price of their plans are a bit high finally I consider that the geographical orientation could be improved because it can not be oriented by zip code and does not use a map user interface unlike other similar programs

To be honest I think they need improvement, the drag and drop editor sometimes has errors and the templates need to improve their quality, plus editing when they do the drag and drop action is a bit annoying.

It is the best option for you, its cost is relatively low compared to other platforms, it has a work team that has greater performance and time savings, which allows us to divide the team and assign new tasks to them. It has good flow management. Savings in labor and time.

In my experience using this software I must say that there are some things that I do not like but I consider that Remarkety could improve one is its drag and drop editor is deficient needs to be enhanced that to make it much easier for user to handle it, the basic plan only has capacity for 500 contacts I would like it to have more especially taking into account the price and the integration of Remarkety with Privy is worth mentioning that, to close this software does not offer free trials what I consider is a negative point for buyer who wants to test the program before investing
In my organization we had multiple problems especially to make reports to track campaigns because these were complicated to develop with our previous marketing management tool but with Remarkety we have found a solution to these problems achieving increased sales of e-commerce because it is extremely simple to follow up on prospective customers, segment contacts, report on the company and make emails with templates already made so my organization has made a leap in quality this aspect and now we can offer a better service to our customers
