Easy to use. And you really pay for what you need. Sophisticated tools bring lots of feautures wich cosumers finish paying but not using. Remarkety works great with Magento and customer service is very very good.Automations work very good and there are infinite possibilities.

Would love to see more evolution on Magento integration. They have evolved a lot but its never enough. Another thing I would like to see in the future also CRm components added so segmentation can be more powerfull.

More personalization with ecommerce variables in our mail activities. Therefore more interest and the result are more sales.

Nothing that I can think about. We really like working with Remarketey and this is not the first tool we used. We used and tested few in the past.

To be honest I think they need improvement, the drag and drop editor sometimes has errors and the templates need to improve their quality, plus editing when they do the drag and drop action is a bit annoying.
