Compared to other HRIS/HCM/Payroll systems that I have used, Rippling is extremely intiuitive. I can figure most funtionality on my own or with the help of the help section. When all else fails, submitting tickets and contacting customer service is a very easy process. Customer service has always been very responsive with short turn around times to resolution.
There isn't much that I dislike. The only thing I can mention is pricing when implementing multiple modules. A bundled package approach with discounting would be very attractive and make it easier to sell adding additional modules to my executive leadership when they are highly concerned with the price tag.
Rippling helps us solve the HR Dept of 1 problem for our small start up. Having Rippling handle some of our compliance requirements had been a huge help since I do not have the time or resources to keep up with poster and policy requirements. Additionally, using RIppling for Payroll process and Onboarding is seamless and not time consuming at all. Reporting capabilities are very easy to use and manipulate as well.
The a la carte product menu makes it very simple to add additional features while retaining clarity in pricing
While customer service is generally excellent, I wish I had a single point of contact for all things Rippling. Seems to be an adventure to find the right person whenever I have a new inquiry about a product, service, or technical issue.
Rippling provides the HR compliance and payroll services that are essential to operate a small business effectively while growing aggressively. Rippling scales with my business and eliminates the need for a full-time HR person on my staff, saving me tens of thousands of dollars every year.
I really like the ease of use and set up. Everything is very clear and sets up quickly. Additionally, the pricing is reasonable as well and I feel like I'm gettting a lot for my monthly investement. When it comes to support, it's easy to get in touch with the folks that can help me and they are very friendly and willing to work with me until I understand what I need to do.
I haven't found anything I disklike at this time.

It's a product that can replace multiple tools across HR and IT. And the platform is rapidly expanding, with new capabilities launched every quarter. Makes it easy to manage a workforce digitally.
Some of the tools are rough around the edges when they first launch (i.e. SSO), but they are continuously improving, and support is excellent when things don't work as expected.

It has everything I would need in an HR solution. You can choose what you want to add and keep off what you don't. Everything is guided whether it's onboarding and offboarding. Super easy overall.
Only knock I would say is that I can't see pricing and enable other modules within the platform. It shows extras like adding benefits but have to book a demo to see pricing and add it. Wish it was a self-serve experience.
I can easily pay employees and contractors while having accurate taxes on every part of the process.

Tracking employee onboarding, offboarding, Payroll and attendence and LMS management is hassle free and data can be fetched at any point with a signle click. Reports with detailed custom fields reduces efforts using excel formulae to merge data from multiple reports. Over all great GLOBAL TOOL.
Rippling is intuitive. I just created my first report, and I did not have to watch any videos or read any how-to articles. With the basic knowledge I have of putting a report together was enough to navigate Rippling's reporting. Also, signing up for benefits, as an employee, through Rippling was a breeze and very fast. I liked how it displayed the monthly amounts of the insurance premiums.
As someone completely new to Rippling, there are a lot of cool features to learn. But since I don't use it everyday, I might not get to learn all that it is capable of doing.
The expense management tool was the easiest I have ever used it as an employee. I will be launching the LMS in 2024 and am excited to learn all that Rippling can do. Rippling pay slips are also easy to read and understand. I love the email notifications that I got paid!
The best aspect is how Rippling allocates a wide array of features in one single integrated repository from spend management, HR Analytics, Expense management to time tracking.
Need I say something really, Rippling accomplishes all my HR management needs.
