I like the prices. I like the technology in being able to send the same email the next day at another time with another title. This definitely created more opens.
I don't dislike anything about it. There aren't too many negative things to say except that very early on I had a team help me create a template and they didn't seem that graphic design oriented as I would have liked. Other than that the customer service is very good.
Cost in using constant contact was an issue. We've been able to create more conversion at a cheaper price.
I think the reporting feature is the best. It has a great feature in the way it follows up with powerful follow up software built in to the emailing process with the Open GUI and the other aspects. It has very good responsiveness for the desktop as well as the smart phones. Another aspect we like is that the pricing is more in line with what we can afford. Being a small business requires a lower priced offering and Robly is really one of the best price for what you get.
The campaign development is a bit cumbersome. We had some trouble setting up some of the templates for getting our campaigns going. However, it wasn't too bad once we got going with it. It's really a very good interface overall.
Newsletter distribution is one of the things we do. It's our only form of advertising given the costs of doing so. Online newsletters and offering people a bit of something to look over is the best way we have found to keep our name in front of people without paying too much. As a result of moving to Robly, the readership is up for our monthly newsletter.
For the moment the best features that Robly has, include its functions, since they provide each user with a different way to evolve their advertising campaign, and also, counting as an immediate automation for the management of it, are functions that in the long term, they generate a certain complacency for people and make them perform better.
My complaint would be in their prices, I think Robly does not offer a good possibility of having a better price-quality comparison, leading to users not being able to buy the plans they offer, due to the high costs.
The benefits that Robly is giving me the truth are being very favorable, managing to offer campaigns with better statistics for my colleagues and clients, the truth is improving advertising campaigns a lot.
The pricing--does the same thing Constant Contact does for half the price. Just getting started so don't have a lot of other feedback but so far very pleased. The help videos are great--most of the time you can answer questions by looking at one of those--but support responds quickly if you need more.
Having to go back in and assign customers to different groups but need to be done to some extent anyway before the switch.
Benefts are again a huge cost savings as well as being able to quickly put together an email and reach a large number of customers. The open gen thing definitley is a plus!
Robly is an easy marketing tool to use and has been a great business decision for my company. Robly has made it easy to send email announcements about upcoming events to our members and to keep them informed of activities and information we feel would be important to them. I love Robly's OpenGen feature which allows an email campaign to be re-sent to those individuals who did not open the campaign the first time. We definitely have seen an increase in our open rate any time we have used OpenGen. Robly allows you to create your own email template, use a pre-designed template, or simply input your code from an email already created. It's fast, simple, and easy to use!
There isn't anything that I dislike about Robly. Robly is cost-effective, easy to use, and I love it!
The business problem we are solving by using Robly is the ability to communicate information about upcoming events and information to our members. Being able to set up and schedule an email campaign to send at a later date/time has been a lifesaver for me! We have used other email marketing tools in the past that cost more, were more difficult to use, and did not automatically update bounces or unsubscribes, so Robly has been a great tool for us.
1) Easy to migrate from Constant Contact to Robly 2) Nice-looking templates, including a customized template that was part of my "package." I enjoyed working with my assigned "designer," Melissa, who added a lot of value to my own lame efforts. 3) Easy to create/modify custom templates 4) Easy to add/update/manage contact lists 5) Easy to re-send a campaign to people who did not open it the first time using Robly's "Open Gen" or by doing it yourself with a couple of extra steps 6) Fantastic customer support: very responsive and helpful! 7) Lower price/higher value than Constant Contact 8) Automatic delete of "hard bounce" email addresses from your contact lists. A nice little time saver!
There is nothing I "dislike" about Robly. There are a few relatively minor things I'd like to see them add to their product that might make my life a lot easier, but I think Robly's development team has them on their list of improvements/upgrades.

Initially when we moved our list over from another well known provider, we were a bit apprehensive to try something new. We received great support from the Robly team and the transition was both seamless and pain free. Learning to use Robly was also easy and we take advantage of the support when needed. Our team loves how user-friendly Robly is, easy to edit and we LOVE the Open-Gen feature. Its efficient and saves us so much time in reaching our community. We also love how Robly manages the bounces and outdated addresses which keeps our list updated and clean. The price point for is very cost effective, we pay a fraction of what we were being charged by a competitor without losing any of the features we were use to.
No much. The price point for a small not-for-profit has saved us a great deal of money that we can direct to other services we provide. We have no regrets in making the change to Robly.
Communicating with our community is at the core of our mission to reach out and educate. We depend on Robly as we communicate with our list frequently. With Robly we are able to provide professional looking communications and manage the list effectively and efficiently. We love the little bird too.
Robly is user friendly and the customer service is excellent. The most value we gained from switching from Constant Contact to Robly is the increase in delivery of emails. And the pricing is great.
I haven't found anything I don't like about Robly yet.
We use email campaigns to drive registrations to our training workshops. We saw an increase in registrations almost immediately after we switched to Robly. We lowered our email campaign costs and increased registrations.
