Great UI. I like the flow (and mechanics) of creating an email. The 'embedded' review code is extremely helpful.
I know it is difficult to make everyone happy, but the templates are too generic. Perhaps a section dedicated to hospitality industry. Then, to take it to the next level, perhaps categorize it in genres.
We use emails primarily as a marketing tool now. This has changed over the years from a newsletter based format to more of a marketing tool .
Robly is very user friendly. The switch from Constant Contact was quick and painless. The templates are great, managing contacts is easy.
There is really nothing to dislike. It's super easy to use!
Markets back to dead leads quick and simple. We can get leads with little effort on our end. As everyone knows the less time you can spend on something that looks like you spend time on it the better!
The ease of setting up an email blast is great. I was using a competitors product for the past two years and it is not as easy as Robly. The use of the columns makes it so easy to add images as well. I love the overall look. I also like the use of OpenGen. I have found this to be invaluable because we are generating more opens and click throughs. I also like the way I can organize my images into groups.

The benefits are the same as using any product like this; links to website, timely information reaching clients, etc. But the benefits with Robly are the ease of use and OpenGen.
Everything about this software is nice and clean. Clients always tell me they love my emails and how good I am at making them. Thank you Robly!

As a past Constant Contact user in over 4 companies, I never planned to switch. But paying for images and headers made me exasperated. Robly is so easy to convert to and every bit as convenient once you overcome the usual learning curve of a new interface. I recommend it to EVERY small business owner to manage their email marketing campaigns.
I literally like everything about Robly.
My costs for email marketing have come down from using Constant Contact, I can store as many image files as I need to and it is easy to customize, schedule and evaluate each campaign.
It super easy to set up and the reports are very helpful for my marketing needs.
Overall the Robly team is great but if we can get more "training" in new stuff will be great.
I use Robly mainly for marketing purposes and I been able to understand in a better way my customers way of buying.
The move from constant contact was completely effortless. Customer service is very responsive. I like the robly format I am getting more for less cost
With constant contact the emails did go into the inbox. With Robly they end up in the Promotions.

Robly is pretty simple if you have had experience with other email newsletter programs. And if you are a newbie, they have a great support staff in addition to lots of FAQ's with short, clear videos.
I seem to have trouble setting a time in the future to send the newsletter.

The variety of templates available is a great asset and they were very easy to understand in put in information.
It would be nice if images could also be png files with an alpha channel. This would make it easy to import logos over existing backgrounds. Would also be nice if there were the ability to sell tickets through the site.
I used to use Constant Contact but Robly was half the cost and easier to use. I also like the layout of the templates. They are much easier to customize.
We used to use Constant Contacts and things was going ok. Then we found Robly and totally switched in the first week of Robly's promo period, dropped Constant Conrtacts and never looked back. Robly is easy to use, has a great support team and makes sending our emails very simple.
The only thing i have found that i dont like about Robly is the fact that I cant do multi deletes of old campaignes.
We use Robly to stay in touch with our customers weekly by offer deals and specials. This system is totally amazing.
Its very cheap and the templates are easy to use.
The only thing it doesn't have that Constant Contact had is the ability to share a campaign on Linkedin. I generated good activity on linkedin with many of my constant contact campaigns.

We switched to Robly because we love their templates -- there is truly something for everyone, and we are thrilled with their clean, modern designs! What is an even GREATER bonus is the pricing!!! We are saving so much money (and time) by using Robly!
So far, I can't say that we have run into any problems using Robly. Fingers crossed!!!
We were spending so much time, money and effort on creating our e-newsletters, and using Robly has allowed us to free up time, and to save a substantial amount of money (and labor) annually. We have also had quite a few comments about how much our subscribers like the look of our newsletters!
Robly has all the features of more expensive email market campaign managers. I like that Robly automatically dumps bad email addresses - something I had to manually on another system.
I'd like to be able to segregate mailing lists from different websites with different logos and different audiences.
I primarily use email marketing to connect with my audience. As the literature suggests, newsletters drive interaction with potential customers.
Robly's service and support is outstanding! So easy to make the switch from our previous provider and the support they've given every time we've had questions has been top notch.
Didn't realize when we signed up that there was a monthly limit on how many times we could use open gen.
Need more sales! Robly has given us increased open rates which = more sales.
There are many things I love about Robly. It is half the price of our previous carrier. It has nice templates to use and generates reports that give me great insight on how to better market to customers.
There isn't anything negative that I can think of.
I now know the best time of day to send mass emails to reach the most people.
It is very simple to use. You can even duplicate your campaigns if it will be the exact same thing.
I dislike that the opengen is only for 24 hrs after. I would like to use it after 12hrs or so.

Robly is very automated so I have no list maintenance to do! Zero!
One negative is that if I want to move my content blocks around, I can't drag the whole block so I have to recreate it.
Saving time on my email program. It is much quicker.
Robly has all the features you need to send any campaign or newsletter to your clients. Very Easy to Use and great Customer Service. Robly is there every step of the way if you have any questions.
I wish you can delete more than 10 Contacts at a time. I also wish they would warn you if you are about to upload more contacts than what you're subscribed to, so that you don't get charged extra when you never intended to go over the limit.

Templates make the task so quick and easy.
Would like for multiple employees to sign in and use the service.
Our office did not have a way to send multiple emails at once. We now have the ability to send to different list and resend an email when necessary.
