What i like the best is the fact that you can customize everything. I mean seriously everything... You can create a whole new design! Also the whole app is made simple which makes it really nice.
Some of the features are really confusing at the beginning. But i guess once you get used to them everything becomes easier. Also i hate the toolbar that is constantly interrupting my private space. It is adjusting to the top or to the right all the time and i have to push it constantly.. This toolbar should be made static in some way.
It helps me reach number of clients and even friends easily.
The Robly platform is extremely easy to utilize.
Honestly, I have yet to find something I do not like about this platform.
Reaching mass groups with consistent message. Using Robly, we have setup and had successful events and got people to act on a special promotion.
I like my original design, so when I'm ready to write a newsletter, I just copy the month before and follow the template. I keep it short and sweet because I know that most people hardly even scroll, they are so overwhelmed.
Sometimes I find it difficult to get an immediate answer to my question. Today I learned how to put an image into a box after the fact, but it didn't work since the image box ended up on the bottom of the article. I would like some free images, like I get on Vistaprint.
I want to stay relevant with people who are on my newsletter mailing list. I want to introduce myself and my services to people who find me online. The newsletter is a professional introduction to the healing work that I offer..
What isn't there to like. Great features and most bang for your buck!

I have only been using Robly for a short time, but I am very pleased. The service I have received has been superior, especially in a time when good customer service seems hard to find. I have found all the features so far to be very user friendly. I've not had time to watch any of the training videos, but have had no problems navigating the site.
So far, I've not come across anything I don't like.

I like the fact that I can create quick and easy marketing email campaigns to reach my customers without a lot of hassle. With the fully custom or partially created templates, it makes getting things done simple.
There really isn't anything I dislike about the service. It meets all of my expectations for what my business is looking for.
I am not solving any business problems with this service. The benefits I have discovered by using Robly are that I can stay connected with my loyal clients and off great deals to keep business steady.

Newsletters are a breeze to make graphically appealing and organized. If I have a question the short video tutorials give me the exact information I need and nothing extra. I don't have to sift through a bunch of extraneous detail to get the answer I need.
Service, and ease of use at Robly has been great. I haven't experienced any challenges since I switched from a previous provider.

I appreciated that we worked with their in-house designer to create a custom template for our emails. The designer took into account all of our requests and several examples that we showed her. The result was exactly what we had in mind.
Sometimes I have trouble with the design features, but often it turns out to be operator error.

Using Robly has been a benefit when trying to get information to groups or the general parish community during the week. Parishioners enjoy receiving information updates and reminders and we attribute greater participation in events.
Easy to use system. Help videos personalized to me when necessary. OpenGen system. Number of available templates. Price for service is excellent. Was easy to switch over from Constant Contact and appreciated the technical assistance to do so.
There is nothing that I dislike, but have a few suggestions. Would like a direct line to James when I need help, especially when tech support is backed up. Tech Support needs to better understand that users are not as tech savvy as they are; that extreme patience with a good attitude is required.
Benefits: More clicks-throughs due to product. Increased exposure for our company and products, so higher SEO ranking. Increased volume of sales through our website.
When making the switch, I was concerned with support and features. Support has been good and only needed when I first signed up. Everything else is self explanatory. The features have continued to improve with time and my favorite is the ability to automatically send out emails again to those who haven't opened the emails.
I really don't have any dislikes at all.
This tool is allowing me to keep in touch with users of my web site in an efficient and effective manner.
My favorite feature to Robly is the AI scheduling, then in combination with the Open Gen scheduler. Between these two components, not only has our open rate jumped over 15% on average but our Click Thru Rate has greatly improved as well. Our members have commented positively on our "increased consistency" in sending in emails when the reality is we haven't changed the amount we send at all, they are just arriving in their inboxes at a time that they see them.
I miss some of the flexibility of design from a previous program; however, as I continue to work in Robly, I am discovers additional options.
The scheduling is solving a huge problem for us of members "not receiving" emails, when in actuality they are just buried in their inboxes. With AI and Open Gen, more members are opening their emails and receiving important messages, especially during our membership renewal season. I also like the ease of checking who has opened an email, again especially during renewal season
I signed on to Robly in their start up phase. I had been using Constant Contact and it cut my monthly rate in half. Very happy with product.
Have not found anything I truly dislike. Possibly user friendly drag and drop enhancements would be good.

Robly has a nicer set of tools for creating emails than Constant Contact does. It's easier to format text, insert images, etc. I also like the fact that Robly will resend emails to contacts that didn't open the email the first time it was sent out. In C.C. I had to do that manually. Now it happens automatically and saves me time and effort. Robly is a bit less expensive than C.C. too!
