The best feature of Robly is "Open Gen", it literally saves a lot of effort and time. It resends emails at optimal times to those who did not open it, increasing open rates. List segments, Auto responding, and A/B Testing are some of the other advantages of using Robly as your Email marketing platform. Even you can track the performance of your campaigns with the help of its analytics tool.

For small business owners, it could be a little bit on the pricier side. And it does not offer any free plans at all. Another downside of using Robly is that the learning process is a bit difficult if you are new to email marketing.

Robly's "Open Gen" Feature is amazing and it saves me a lot of time and effort. Automation of emails, List segments, and Autoresponder features effectively increases productivity while saving precious time. Even it has features to track the performance of campaigns which is again an excellent and helpful option.

I love that the emails are created in such a way that they look perfect on any device that is opened, whether on computer or mobile. It has OpenGen that allows to resend emails automatically, only to those people who did not open the first time it was sent.

This software is not so intuitive, so its learning curve can be a little high at first, but after that stage, you can take advantage of all its tools. In some occasions it has put obstacles at the moment of entering a new contact to the database.

Also, it allows me to know how much fundraising we have had thanks to the campaigns and the clients obtained. - I love how all the reports in Robly can be downloaded with ease, plus there is no extra time to wait for the weekly reports of our closed sales and sent campaigns to be processed. Reports are generated instantly and can be downloaded immediately.

Robly is one of the most effective platforms in my business sector, yielding many positive results and avoiding all kinds of errors during its operation. I am pleased to say that I have not had any type of complication during the use of Robly, t his software has left me extremely impressed as it has exceeded my expectations. Since Robly came to our company, the way we see advertising has changed drastically and in a positive way. It is important to highlight that the sending of the campaigns has been satisfactory because our clients receive them immediately, Robly's campaigns do not go into the spam folder, they are always received in the inbox. The advertising system has improved exponentially and I am grateful to Robly for helping me generate more sales without doing so much manual work.

It's a very sophisticated platform but easy to use. It uses a couple of original technologies to improve open rates - (AI and OpenGen). The support team is amazing. Always willing to help and they actually provide useful advise when needed.

It's a bit pricey but 100% worth it. If fact the features and support are comparable to those solutions costing 2x3 more

The reporting and segmenting in Robly is truly amazing. Separating engaged from no-engaged subscribers is easy and with totally customizable rules, so you can keep you list clean and with good delivery reputation.

I like the ease that I am able to get an email out to our customers. Being able to plan out my emails and schedule them so I don't have to worry about it!

Though they are a bit expensive than competitors like Mail chimp, it doesn't even provide a free version.

To inform users about promotions, new updates, it will help to send bulk emails with proper templates.

A great feature is the ease of use on the administrative + project management side. I'm able to export invoices easily, pull analytics, and compare stats quickly. The statistics are very easy to digest at a glance and allow for speedy reporting.

There isn't anything that I dislike about the platform thus far. However, an improvement I'd love to see is viewing an email by rolling over the title tile in the at-a-glance dashboard view. Otherwise, I do think this is a great, super robust platform.

The re-send functionality is great. With other platforms, I've had to manually export the unopened sender list to create another list to release to. Robly's functionality allows us to re-send the email after 48 hours to anywho who didn't open the first time around. AND they give the option for a new subject line - just in case the first one didn't entice the sender to open.

The ease of use and setup is very nice and the Open-Gen and AI features. Our open rate has increased markedly. It's also easy to recall past campaign designs.

The text edit box floats directly over where you are typing. It would be best if it was just over on the side and fixed.

The open and click rates are up 20-50% over Constant Contact.

Robly's interface design is a bit unsightly, since even when it fulfills its function of guiding me within the lists and histories, it has too many buttons outside the navigation menu (with this I refer to the secondary bar from where they are managed dashboard and reports).

The mailing system, being so detailed in terms of the mailing process (I want to mention the top bar where you start with the design and end with mailing tests) makes it fast to edit them using simply a system of labels.

Me encanta su plataforma porque es muy estable. Dentro de su características estoy muy contenta con su función para enviar correos electrónicos después de un tiempo y con asuntos diferentes, también que me permite enviar los correos electrónicos cuando estos se puedan leer, es genial esta función que tiene como características. Me agrada la gran calidad de plantillas que dispone esta herramienta para los diseños de correo, puedo diseñarlo a mi manera y eso me gusta mucho. Estoy muy contenta con su función de analice cuando se integra con google, es un aspecto muy positivo y bueno que he podido apreciar en esta herramienta.

No me gusta es el sistema de notificaciones que trae este software, porque sus notificaciones son bastantes retardadas y no me gusta recibir alguna notificación importante con tanto retraso, más aún cuando son clientes. Aunque me gustan las paletas de colores, veo que estas son muy limitadas para realizar diseños específicos, me encantaría poder diseñar diseños de cualquier elección. También encuentro difícil incorporar múltiples ID porque a la hora de identificar modificaciones es difícil saber quién pudo realizar cualquier cambio.

The emails look professional, and their email database is easy to work with. Robly tracks the opens, bounces, and efficiently maintains the database with continuous updates to valid email addresses. They also offer a large amount of storage for images, which is extremely helpful to our company. It is also helpful to have the email subscribers go directly into the Robly database from our website and our Facebook page, by using the Robly email widgets offered. At any time, we can also export our entire email subscriber database at any time. If we have any issues, we can usually do a live chat with a Robly assistant to help work through the problem. We have been with Robly several years, and feel it is the best email marketing program out there today.

The system is sometimes slow in saving templates, most likely based on the amount of users in the Robly site at the same time.

Because the Robly system is so easy to use, we are able to reach thousands of email subscribers more frequently. And also having the option to use the free Open Gen service in sending a second email has been a great advantage in getting more of our sent emails opened. We also get a lot of new subscribers from having the Robly newsletter sign up widget on our Facebook page.

It doesn't require a high level of html knowledge to make your emails look great. Overall, Robly make sending emails easier and does a lot of the heavy lifting for you. Highly recommended.

I wish the graphs could also show by month or at least skip the days no emails were sent out. It difficult to see how many emails are opened if it's only showing every day.
