Robly is easy to navigate. I've found that editing is easier than our previous email service. Customer service seems to be very good too. And the price is right!

I would like Robly to add survey and events components. I'd like Robly to interface with sumome. I'd like to be able to import directly from an Excel file instead of having to copy and paste it. It would also be nice if you could decide which merge tags automatically appear in the drop-down menu.

I like the Open-Gen and AI features. The training was also really good, and I think I'm better at writing newsletters because of it.

The open gen feature helps get more opens. Just added AI, we'll see how that works.

The templates in Robly and Constant Contact are a little cumbersome to use.

I like that my newsletters are going into people's inboxes and not in their spam folders. I also like the campaign templates that they provide. They offer a very user-friendly interface for modifying the templates. I can do things on these templates that I couldn't do on templates from other mail server providers.

I think the price is a bit expensive for a small company like me. But I'll continue for a little bit longer since I like the service. I think Robly should offer more discounted offers on their monthly subscriptions for small businesses like me. I would also like more stats on each of the subscribers when you go to their profile on the Robly interface.

Robly is super simple and easy to use. If you have any difficulty, the technical support is available and are VERY helpful.

Nothing, so far. I don't anticipate having any problems.

We are learning to market our company in a new and modern way, and doing email blasts via Robly, has made that aspect of our marketing much easier.

open gen feature was a nice addition. I willing to see if it works better than constant contact.

does not show you updated subscriber list. It requires verification if you want to sign someone up. You have to go to the website to do it.

Correcting the bounces is a challenge, we have to re-add contacts, instead of being able to correct errors in the email address.

I like how I can have sub accounts for all of my clients, and I can access all of their accounts using one log in. I like the Open Gen, where you can set it to automatically resend the email to those who did not open it the first time. I also like the user interface for creating the emails, adding images, creating links, background colors, etc.

The A.I. feature is an extra charge. I feel that I should not have to pay extra for that, given that I am already paying Robly for 5 user accounts.

Getting our message out to people who are interested in our product, and keeping in contact with them regularly. Everytime I send out an email from Robly, we get sales within the next day.

Oh Did I Mention the generous referral program. When I called constant contact to cancel (we have been long customers of 8 years) they didnt ask why and didnt offer any reprise... just cancelled... it wasn't until a week after I received a 'please come back offer' TOO LATE

Wish there was a way to 'stop' or 'cancel' a scheduled campaign.... doesn't even give 5 minutes. Copy/Paste WYSIWYG Could be a little bit more friendly.... But still is an excellent tool. In our prior platform we could copy and paste from our website into an email template... now we have to do a workaround.

The Robly AI and Open Gen.... Open Gen does what we always wanted to do... automate the tasks of sending to contacts who missed your email... And AI I assume learns more about when a contact is opening emails... not sure if it is specific to OUR campaigns... or if it uses all data at its disposal.

The Robly campaign creation tools are easy to use and much less problematic than my previous provider. Mailing list administration that I had previously avoided due to limited time are now done automatically by Robly. Most importantly, my mailings are visually appealing and easy to read.

The social media features are not as robust as they were with Constant Contact.

Mailing list maintenance being simplified and automated provide with me an accurate picture of opening stats. Benefits include saved time on list maintenance and better looking mailings.
