What do you like best about Robly?

Configurable Fields - Robly allows us to define images or text boxes as customizable by simply clicking on the text box to customize it. It's very easy to use. And we can also have a default text if they send the email without customizing. In summary it is a very helpful yet extremely simple and intuitive feature, alias simplicity and intuitiveness are characteristic of Robly.

What do you dislike about Robly?

Something robly leaves to be desired in my opinion is in its photo editing feature, it is very basic and limited, you can only choose photos in some preset sizes without being able to resize to exact dimensions. limitation of a little more work at times.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robly was implemented at our company to be the email marketing platform for our stores. We needed a way for stores to manage their own campaigns and email lists while maintaining the ability to send ads to all sub-accounts. Essentially, Robly gives us the ability to create an overall organizational structure where we can push templates that our stores can customize and upload to their lists, all in a very simple and fast way.

"Marketing Empowerment in a great way."
What do you like best about Robly?

Robly has become the best way to create advertising campaigns in my company, providing the best possible quality to establish a sending of consecutive campaigns and with good autonomy. One of the factors that attracted me to this platform, is the great way it provides me to send campaigns in a general way avoiding that I must send campaigns individually to each of the subscriptions, I can send campaigns whenever I need it, towards all the people who area subscribed to my advertising emails. I believe that this function has made it much easier for me to send campaigns for my company.

What do you dislike about Robly?

Robly has represented several inconveniences when sending emails from campaigns, to addresses with business domains, causing each email sent to these domains, take much longer to be received by the recipient. I think that I should be offered an experience similar to how I was sending the campaign to a free common mail, in order to expand my campaigns, to employees with business emails.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robly has helped me a lot in the company where I currently work, simplifying the way in which we send advertising campaigns, allowing us to create an appropiate Marketing and according to what the client needs. I really hope that Robly continues to provide me with these nice benefits to continue allowing me this marketing automation.

"Consecutive sending of several advertising campaigns."
What do you like best about Robly?

During these last months, Robly has had a good development in my work area, and has made great changes to correctly customize the way we handle each advertising campaign. One of the factors that attracted me most about this platform, is its great facility to create advertising campaigns, since only enough to copy or drag the information and release it in the campaign, in this way the information will be reflected quickly and would be achieved A quick and simple edition. I believe that Robly offers the best inferface to create campaigns, because it is fast and this makes the user save a lot of time.

What do you dislike about Robly?

The only factor that really affected a bit during the use that I have with Robly, was the fact of handling its application for mobile phones. I would criticize this application for my cell phone a lot, because it really is quite limited, it doesn't provide me with the same functions that I have since my web version. With Robly for mobile phone I can't create campaigns, I can't see the progress of each campaign and I can't add subscriptions only function that allows me, is to send campaigns that have already been previously created and stored in the Robly cloud, and I really consider that they should implement more functions, to add a more complete experience from my cell phone.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robly has greatly improved my performance in the company I am currently working on, I believe that this platform has helped us a lot to achieve the sending of advertising campaigns to any inbox, in this way we have been able to send all the possible information to customers who are join our automatic campaign system. Robly helps us a lot to control the marketing and all the advertising we have in our company, providing us with really easy to use functions.

What do you like best about Robly?

I am very satisfied with all the development that I have had with the help of the Robly platform, because it has brought me great utility and has served correctly to help me establish a simultaneous campaign delivery. What I liked most in realtion to Robly was the way he gives me notifications for every moment in hich a person accesses my campaign successfully, this has allowed me to be attentive to every movement that has the campaigns that I send, and to be able manage them correctly with respect to the traffic that each one of them has.

What do you dislike about Robly?

A negative factor that has stood out a lot in my experience with Robly is its operation on my mobile device. Robly really has not had a good development on my cell phone, has not provided a fluid or appropiate experience. Currently we use only the web version, because in our device we cannot manage campaigns correctly, notifications take time to reach us, and it is very difficult to send campaigns in general to previously registered subscriptions.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Robly has greatly helped the growth of my company, since it has given us a good way to design campaigns on a daily basis, and has also allowed us to enter into direct contact with each of the clients that occupy our company. What do you like best about Robly?

Robly has meant a great improvement factor for my entire company, since it has proven to be useful in every way, to provide a great guarantee when it comes to managing advertising campaigns and email campaigns. The factor I liked most about this platform is the ease it has when creating campaigns, since it has a very functional user interface, which allows the user to drag and paste all kinds of information very quickly, getting a campaign to be created in a matter of minutes and without having to make so many settings.

What do you dislike about Robly?

A critical factor that I really did not like at all about Robly, is its trial period, I consider that the trial period has a very short limit of the subscriptions allowed, and only allows you to create an advertising campaign during this period of time, Therefore, the experience that the user may have, testing the program, is quite limited. I believe that this factor should improve and should be more exponential, offering better features when the user enjoys this free period.

What do you like best about Robly?

Robly has become an absolutely perfect platform for my company, since it has had the development expected by us. What i like most about Robly is that it provides me with a user interface that is too complete, which helps me to easily create all kinds of advertising campaigns and also allows me to add exact recipients fot which they should be sent. These campaigns automatically.

What do you dislike about Robly?

One factor that i really don't like about Robly, is the notification system that it has, since it throws notifications at a rather late time, which causes us to be notified too late when notifications arise regarding out potential customers. I hope that Robly can privde me with a more renewed and timely notification system in the future.

What do you like best about Robly?

If the recipient does not turn on within a certain time period, it will actually increase the number of people who see my newsletters while enjoying the smart feature that will resend the same email. Online chat is much faster and easier to use. Also very helpful!

Price. Although it is lower than comparable programs, it only allows one user. Therefore, a company with more than one department must either use the same login name or pay for each department to have its own account.

I was very impressed with how easy Robly is to use. What do you like best about Robly?

I love Robly how stable the platform is, compared to the ones I've used. I learned how to handle the software fast because the interface is simple and eye-catching. I have a variety of tools available to customize it and design templates sending mail to my clients. It's really a pleasure to apply it for email marketing. I like tests because they give me details. Live chat is also another option that I love because I can interact directly and immediately with users interested in my products. That I can schedule emails at the most strategic time is genius.

What do you dislike about Robly?

There are certain details that leave a lot to be desired. I consider one to be the color palette, because it does not exist at the time of designing the templates and forces me to create combinations by means of codes. Another detail is that I can not resize the images on the platform, I have to modify it in an external program and then attach it. This takes time away from me to move forward. However, these points do not affect the effectiveness it offers me for email marketing.

The low costs of the plans benefit me significantly, because it is not a demanding monetary investment. It also helps me the option to be able to send emails to specific lists of prospects consumers. This saves me valuable time.

Some times Robly can get a bit glitchy and can delete some previously saved work. When this happens, customer support has been helpful with fixing the issue.

It's less expensive compared to the amazing features it possess. Great color and design pattern to use which actually makes it less boring. Customer service online chat network is swift to reply any questions or complains you met have to ask.

What do you dislike about Robly?

You have to set every color pattern manually on your own, this actually makes sending email tiring and it takes too long . I think a situation where multiple user ID can be created would be nice as well, everyone can not use the same login all the time!

What do you like best about Robly?

The user interface to switch between accounts is the best we have found. It’s vital to have totally separate accounts as an agency.

What do you dislike about Robly?

The onboarding process is extraordinarily strict. It can take up to three days to process a new account/upload. Also, the customer support is lacking. There is a phone number with which you can call in, but I don't think I've ever had my call answered by a Robly employee.

What problems is Robly solving and how is that benefiting you?

We love the feature that allows an second email to be sent automatically to all unopened email recipients. The best part by far is the ability to send automated emails to users based on their preferences.

With robly you can choose between three kinds of documents to handle marketing campaigns. These are the drag and drop documents, the text documents, and the HTML import documents. All are customizable depending on which is chosen. We also like that Robly has a list in Overview of the campaigns already created and finished, thus allowing us to keep a correct work history.

What do you dislike about Robly?

We do not like having to use external mobile email optimization applications, because Robly does not have this feature. Your system also does not have the support to create personalized surveys, and that only slows down our work when creating market reports. It should be noted that the drip campaign manager is not very customizable, and the drips do not have enough capacity for mass mailings. It is difficult and slow to review the list of subscribers that are added
