They have great features like sending a follow up email and then learning the habits of users.
The only thing I dislike was that Constant Contact would not issue a refund on my remaining contract.
More reliable contact with our customer base.

My business changed dramatically and not for the better for many reasons, most involving the industry itself and forces beyond it, but I remain in contact with colleagues and clients and potential future business concerns through my newsletter/blog which is what I use Robly for.
I like some of the features offered in Robly, that are not offered in Constant Contact, like OpenGen. Robly is easy to use, easy to convert. The support has been amazing -- really fast responses using the chat tool - and very knowledgeable support staff.
The font is terrible on my monitor. I can't see the punctuation without increasing the size. Also, when you copy one email to make a new campaign, quite a few things are picked up that if you're not careful, will show in your next campaign. Example is the photo for the Facebook push. Once I made a new campaign, thought it had the correct photo and when I saw it on Facebook, it was the photo from the previous campaign. I also wish I could see the html for the photo blocks - I can see it for the text blocks, but not the photo ones. I also don't care for the layout of the campaign page - it shows which mailing lists you've sent to - and that clutters the view. I use this page a lot for seeing which campaigns I've sent and plan to send - so the view is very important to me. I like Robly and I'm rooting for its continued success, so I hope there are future improvements.
I think the OpenGen and the delivery timing options are great. That's why I made the switch from Constant Contact.

To this point we have not found any features that we dislike.
After spending years on another major platform, we soon realized the superior benefits of Robly. It simply offers more features to users at a better price point. Plus, every few months they are releasing upgrades which gives us greater conversions than before.
I switched over from another popular company and am happy I did. It cut my cost in half and does the same thing without some of the problems I constantly experienced with the other company. I like the ease of use. No stuff to study or learn. I send out several campaigns a week and they only take a few minutes to build. Every time I did have a question, the Robly team was very helpful.
I wish I could insert video instead of people having to click on a link. I would like to be able to insert multiple photos at once instead of one at a time.
I am able to send out emails to all of the members of our organization easily and often. Without Robly, I could not send an email to 500 people at once. I am able, using the reports, to see who has opened it, what email addresses are bad, and other useful statistics.
We switched from constant contact to Robly and I have never looked back. They created an email template catered to our campground and it has been a great asset for my business. Not only is their pricing and product the best I've used, their customer service is outstanding!

Being a mid size YMCA we have a limited budget to spend on communicating with our members and supporters. Robly has made it possible to keep our members up to date on what is happening, schedule changes, and upcoming events. We love the ease of use and the ability to send to specific age groups, etc. A great service with a great price.
We really have not encountered things that we dislike. The only thing we would have liked would have been to have additional stock clip Art or photos to pull from.
From a business stand point we had the problem of needing to quickly contact our members when programs had to be cancelled due to weather or an instructor not being available. Also we were in need of a way to promote our programs to members and friends of the Y in a direct manner. Both of these problems were solved when we began using Robly. If we are closed due to weather we can send that notice and it is great. The benefits of quick communication are great. Also with the followup email program, those members who did not open their emails are sent a follow up email at a time preset. This is great to make sure they get the information that they need.
The simplicity. No jumping through hoops to design and add content to a newsletter campaign. A straightforward email marketing service that makes it so easy for anyone to to use, a "Robly email marketing for dummies" I would say!!
I do wish that Robly was intergrated with companies such as JustUno and LeadPages.
Open Gen is a genius idea that has generated added revenue for our business!
I was used to Constant Contact which I had used for a few years. Robly was a joy in comparison! MUCH easier to input graphics, extremely user friendly and so much faster. It is the ultimate in flexibility and it just happens to cost less too!
Nothing. If anything, have more customer support over the
Constant communication with clients.
I'm a graphic designer and use Robly on a weekly basis to reach customers. Robly makes it easy to build your own email templates and send out to email subscribers. There have only been a few times (when I first bought Robly) that I needed help and the live support was absolutely fantastic. They were able to promptly help me answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Robly for small and medium businesses.
When I add new contacts using a CSV file, for some reason, I have to add them into Robly, using the Internet Explorer browser. I primarily use Firefox.
The monthly cost has helped us out in our marketing efforts. And the reports page is easy to read so we can evaluate each email blast and its effectiveness.

More people are not using it! Some of the other platforms that businesses use require you log in to unsubscribe. Not Robly!

I have been using email marketing for more than 12 years. Way back when, I tried it on my own but kept getting flagged as SPAM. Then I turned to Constant Contact, and it worked ok. I did not know the potential that my email blasts could have until ROBLY came into my e-commerce life! What sets ROBLY apart? Their customer service is top notch, always available (I mean it seems ALWAYS, even when I am working at wee hours of the morning), and they know their stuff. From suggestions on template set up, to SEO, to ease of sending, and tracking opens and bounces. We have had a higher open rate overall with ROBLY with less headache of creation of the campaign and easy social media integration. I like how I can easily compare the success of one campaign over another so that I can utilize the ideas that work again and again.
I have not had enough time or touch with the new A.I. feature (this is to help track when your customers typically open their emails and it begins to send their email from me to them around that time). Again, I have not been signed up for that long enough. And I believe it takes a little while to gain traction so the jury is still out.
I solved wasting too much time on navigating another platform's way of creating a new template or using an existing one. ROBLY offers many, many designs from which to choose, and I also customize my own. ROBLY keeps me in front of my customers with my email campaigns AND with social media link ups.
We had an idea of how we wanted our emails to look and Robly asked if we would like their staff to review and make suggestions. Sounds great to me...right? I told them I wanted it simple and to the point and in my opinion they nailed it. Great job Robly staff.
It was a little difficult transferring emails over to Robly at first but with a call to customer support all problems were solved.
We are getting very good response to our email campaigns and keeping our names in front of our client base. The real estate industry has become very competitive in that there are more companies and agents competing for buyers and sellers. Robly is a tool that we hope will continue to fill one aspect of our plan to keep us on top.
i run a small non profit organization with 2 employees, with our former social marketing company we were always stressed getting out our e-newsletter because it was cumbersome to use and support was not very accessible. It was also expensive for a small nonprofit. When we transitioned to Robly, they took care of everything from setting up a template to importing our contacts. It's simple to use and when I run into a snag support is almost instant. I highly recommend Robly, especially for small business and organizations.

The e-newsletter looks streamlined and professional, it very mobile/tablet friendly. We are using less time creating our e-newsletters which frees up time for staff to work on other things.
Robly has increased the visibility of our message by at least 25-35%. The support staff have been friendly and easy to access in the very minor hiccups we had getting started up. They also import all of your current contacts for you!
There has not been anything that I have disliked about Robly. Other than having to adjust to a new interface (which is to be expected).

Robly was so easy to set up and begin to use! I had previously been using Constant Contact, but was unsatisfied with some of their limitations (at least unless you paid more). Robly offers first-rate, feature-rich services that offer my church everything it needs to stay in contact with our church people throughout the week!
I have yet to find a way to create a custom-built template, so I tend to clone previously emails and edit them, rather than starting fresh. Not a big deal, but a minor annoyance.

We've been very happy with our "Robly" experience. Having used several of the competitor's products I can tell you that by comparison I'm sure you'll find what we did. The staff is extremely helpful and it's here I want to send out a special thank you to Ann who has helped me jump though several hurdles in both administering the subscribers as well as importing them from I-Contact and Constant Contact.
The templates could be a little stronger although we rarely use them.
Over the last couple of years we've used the system we've sent out hundreds of thousands of email messages to our subscribers and clients. Although we've occasionally encountered an issue here and there... for the most part it's been a very smooth process and we've been extremely please with deliverability and ultimately with the results we've seen from the email we've sent.
We are a 501c3 non-profit who had used Constant Contact for many years. One of my friends who runs another non-profit told me that he had switched over to Robly, and that I should check it out. I am so glad that he did! The switch to Robly was very easy. The software's are kinda similar to use so the learning curve was easy. There are a ton of options in Robly but I seem to mostly create my own template's as the info that I disperse is anything from a full blown newsletter, to updates to prayer requests. Plus, with Robly's non-profit pricing, we are spending only a third of what we used to pay for each month with Constant Contact! Most importantly I think though is "Open Gen" which I use for everything send that is not a one day thing. The open rates for our "Open Gen" sends has added another 7% to 8% to the original send open rates! So, our total open rate average is like 22% to 27%! Not a bad rate for a non-profit!
I would like a little better setup as far as the timing of the Open Gen sends. Sometimes if its a very timely update, you will just need to duplicate the send and schedule the re-send in like an hour or two. As we are a Christian & Archery group, I would like to see more generic templates created for those as it would save me some time.
We are Desert Christian Archers, a leading outdoors educational organization in Arizona. We do many events year round that are free archery clinics, free hunting seminars, food drives, and normal non-profit works. All done with a Christian theme! With that said, we distribute a ton of digital information so that all the folks can keep abreast of what is going on. Our newsletter now goes out twice a week to over 1,500 families which is up from just over 400 only two years ago. Information is key to growth, so we send full-blown newsletters, updates, stories, and prayer requests.
