I recently had the pleasure of using services of Scala Hosting that truly exceeded my expectations. Not only did they offer the best VPS plans among all their competitors, but their pricing was exceptionally transparent, which made it a breeze to choose the most suitable plan for my needs. Their support team is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly responsive. They consistently go above and beyond to assist their customers. Each interaction feels tailored to the specific needs of the customer, making you feel valued and understood. I've had my concerns addressed promptly every time I opened a chat. They're plans are feature-rich and having the ability to create unlimited emails so quickly was amazing. I had no issues getting my VPS resources implemented like a piece of cake. (I am currently exploring features & integrations they support so I hope I get to revisit and add my experience to the review) One last thing that I am particularly grateful for in my case is that I was given a week's grace period to allow me to fix a payment issue from my bank's end. If I could, I'd sign up for a decade long plan and I am not even exaggerating. Scala Hosting is definitely the best.
It's a bit overwhelming for beginners like myself when it comes to navigating the SPanel. I wish they'd make video tutorials on SPanel and launching a WordPress website for people who are not familiar with self-hosted platforms. It doesn't necessarily mean that SPanel is not better in comparison to CPanel.
I was previously using Shopify and I had very less control over things in general. It wasn't affordable to buy extensions/apps for each additional task related to eCommerce. Due to the current economic meltdown in our country, the monthly expense for my website was exceeding my budget. I literally scratched the whole internet trying to find a company that deserves my loyalty and is transparent towards their customers. I am glad I found ScalaHosting to be my web hosting partner for as long as I am in the business.
While we like the SPanel and the consistency of their platform, the #1 reason we've stayed with Scala all these years is, by far, their technical support. When we need it, they respond superhuman fast. No passing the buck or blaming plugins, etc. They're always focused only on the solution. We only need to contact support a few times a year but it's the confidence we have in knowing they're there and will help immediately that keeps us even as competitors have offered great deals to switch - we're still at Scala.
I was initially disappointed when Scala started copying competitors like Hostinger with the heavily discounted initial monthly fee and then a pretty decent increase. I understand it and it's likely a strong marketing and business-building decision but it was disappointing. Just seemed a tad beneath them in my opinion.
Spanel is easy to use, much cheaper than Plesk and Cpanel and is very fast. Speed is everything to us and having worked with both other panels in the past, Spanel is insanely faster. I appreciate that Scala chose not to weigh it down with unnecessary graphics and special icons. It works. It works well. And it works fast. And that's all we care about.

1. Most of the problem - IP addresses of my home providers sometimes go to the SPAM list. And Scala hosting blocked sending emails. But after a request to support it was fixed.
Scala Hosting support team is one of the best in the Industry. Whenever I based any issue, my problem was resolved within the first contact through Chat.
The pricing structure was very attractive but now not so much
I am using the Reseller Hosting plan of Scala Hosting and offer hosting services to my website design clients as an add-on. It always increases my revenue.
I want to say that Scalahosting is a trustworthy provider with stable servers and user-friendly SPanel. As for pricing policy, it's simple and starightforward. Worth trying.

ScalaHosting customer support is perfect, fast responses and never had an issue that couldn't be resolved. Pricing is great and it was very easy to implement to my existing systems.
Haven't yet ran into any, all experience's so far are extremely positive.
Scalability
While the cost has increased once over the last years I have been with them the cost is still better than most others. The support is always there and does an incredible job. The servers are fast and easy to work with and the sPanel saves a lot since it replaces cPanel and the huge cost of it
I'm having a difficult time thinking of anything that I dislike about Scalahosting, I guess the only thing that would make it better is if the prices were lower but that is the case with everywhere.
I moved to Scalahosting a long while back because the previous hosting company would not even talk to me about Cloudflare, which I use for multiple reasons. Scalahosting supports Cloudflare integration. They also provide their special sPanel that works just as well, if not better than cPanel, without the cost.
I'm almost at a loss for words because of the exceptional service I have had with them! First of all, they don't seem to do the bait and switch that most companies do. What they advertise as the price of hosting is what you pay, not some teaser rate, knowing that you won't want to move. But their rates are better than most of the other companies being advertised, so why play games. Just start here and stay here! Second and this is why I am so impressed with them, the support I've gotten from them is better than I've ever had at any hosting company. I've talked with the same person George T. on a few occasions and first off, he knows their product. He knows enough to give suggestions and ways to improve upon what I was trying to do. Second he follows through, no sending a ticket and waiting for days and having to contact them six more times... I had a minor issue and he looked into it. Informed me that what I wanted to do would require them to make some changes on the server I was on. He stated that he would look into it offline (I was live chatting) and then get back to me when it was completed. Get this! He followed through with exactly what he said he was going to do. I didn't need to submit additional tickets. He made a note of what I needed and made sure it was done. Thirdly, they make it easy for me to change and grow. I wasn't sure what I wanted initially so signed up for a low plan just to test the water. It worked better than expected, so when I wanted to change plans they made it easy to do so. While I can generally hold my own with technical stuff, I don't want to do it. I know I can trust them to maintain what I need in the background, so I can focus on my business and not be worried about learning security and how to deal with spammers and hackers.
