I love how integrated my team can be when we work on projects together. It's really easy to delegate tasks, collaborate in real time, and work across time zones without missing notes from each other.
It's been really hard to convince my company to use SmartSuite. SmartSuite is much easier to use and more secure and encompassing than the other platforms we've been using, but trying to get an entire company to change over has been an uphill battle.
Some of my team is remote and some are in the office. We are all able to use SmartSuite to work together in real time, and I've found it much easier to communicate efficiently now that we're not working on one platform and communicating through another.
SmartSuite is very easy to use. Intuitive design and the SmartSuite team is very responsive to requests and assistance.
Nothing at present. Anytime we run into an issue, the SmartSuite team hops on it, and any feature gaps are either on the roadmap already, or they work with us to understand our scenario for future product enhancements.
SmartSuite facilitates several business processes for our clients: Program and Project Management Office, Service Request processing, Sales CRM, to name a few.
If you're looking for a powerful and flexible tool that also prioritizes customer service and user experience, then SmartSuite is definitely worth checking out. I've been a user for a while now and I have been consistently impressed by the level of support and responsiveness I've received from the SmartSuite team. Their user interface is also incredibly intuitive and easy to use, making it a great option for both novice and advanced users. Plus the team is always actively working on new features and improvements based on user feedback, which makes it a great choice for anyone looking for a software solution that is always evolving to meet their needs. Overall, I highly recommend giving SmartSuite a try. I have no doubt that Airtable will lose users to this new company, and I say that as an Airtable consultant.
There are a few features I'm waiting for, all of which are on the roadmap. One of them is to remove the SmartSuite record from automated emails sent from my solution so, people don't know I'm using an automation tool to send them personal emails. They already do SO much for brand partners, but I also have my fingers crossed that they will do even more, like allow power users to sell our solutions or gift them to others as lead magnets without those who've been gifted being able to copy the solutions into infinite.
SmartSuite allows me to automate repetitive task work across all areas of my business so I reclaim brain space. I love to build my own systems from scratch so that I can do 'all the things' in one powerful interface, instead of needing to hop from dozens of different interfaces to manage contacts, content, money, projects, etc.

Nothing at this point. The only current downside is that there are still some features not implemented but they are very responsive and adding more features, many based on user feedback.
Combining the features of other platforms into one platform. For example, using the form features in SmartSuite allows us not to use another platform, such as JotForm.
I’m hyper-organized, but I wasn’t using a comprehensive tech solution, mostly managing processes and projects through a combination of email, text, Slack, Google Drive, and OneNote. Everything was all over the place. We tried to use Asana, but it wasn’t intuitive for storing documents, didn’t feel as dynamic to customize, didn’t look or feel good, and wasn’t easy to use. It also didn’t have the spreadsheet functionality I need. It was ok for project management, but SmartSuite is a second brain, a true database. I’ve centralized all of the vital information about my clients and manage my work with more confidence and ease these past few months. I’m enjoying tracking important personal projects and goals in the platform related to my family, fitness, and home. It’s truly an extension of my brain and how I organize my life.
There is not much to dislike about Smart Suite. One point might be Smart suite is so powerful and flexible that I need to reign in how super customized I make every solution. I am focusing on good and great outcomes
How I organize everything in my entire life and increase my overall effectiveness
It's super intuitive. Whether you are an enterprise or just a one-person company, you'll have it rolling smoothly. The feature set is well thought out, organized, and structured. You have all you need to run various types of businesses and workflows. Let me stress this one more time – compared to any competitor product on the market, SmartSuite will blow your mind away with how easy and self-explanatory things are. You won't waste time on "learning the system", but instead, you can jump in and start building. Not to mention that pricing policy, which is the most attractive on the market right now. You can easily check it out by comparing offers from other vendors.
Nothing comes to mind. The product is fresh on the market, so I'm looking forward to exploring the "coming soon" features.
SmartSuite allows us to manage the entire business flow within the company. We have stopped using email, jira, google sheets. All these got replaced with a single platform.
The User Interface is really well designed. It's easy to use and visually appealing.
SmartSuite is still a newer company so all the features are not yet available.
Smart Suite helps me to organize my students, lesson plans, student assignments/submissions, grades, and student communications.
The time tracking field simplified our invoicing dramatically and saved us thousands in custom programming.
There are still things in the pipeline. If they are of the same quality as the product thus far, i will be very happy.
We provide consulting in 3 states and bill Medicaid. Each state is unique. We can now create properly formatted invoices for each state at the click of a button.
Is a Data Base and a Project tool , is very custome oriented , the portfolio of solutions is broad and very well done , the helpdesk is incredible ; is the tool I always desire, to organize in the best way my work ;
really there is no weak point , during my experience I always find what i need for my purpose , and what i think will be neccessary , they always put on development .. right now the weak point is a connector with SAP

User Friendly UI/UX and ease of use. Customization of each solution makes it easy for users to build/update platforms with ease.
