WebinarGeek Pricing Overview

I have been using webinar software for more than 6 years. Recently I switched over to WebinarGeek, due to negative feedback from my customers. The previous platform resulted always in drop-outs and bad quality. WebinarGeek is easy to use and provides a very good broadcast quality. After switching from WebinarJam to WebinarGeek, we got instantly positive feedback from our community. The quality and ease of handling improved for our audience majorly.

The first time setup took some longer. Happily there were loads of instruction videos to help me through this. Basically I'm very happy that I switched to WebinarGeek and have no dislikes.

With WebinarGeek I can present my webinars in a better way and have peace of mind about the stable connection and good quality of audio and video that my customers will experience.

What's not to like. It has all of the features I could ever need. Live and on demand webinars Integration with my CRM Simple to use New updates coming out regularly Very good support (live chat that gets answered very quickly) Better price than many competitors. I only have positives to say and can (and have) recommend to anyone.

Havne't found anything yet. It does what I want it to and it's never let me down.

Not really a problem. I wanted to run webinars and was looking for a reliable and cost effective way to do that. Webinargeek has ticked all the boxes.

It is cost effective and easy to use for users.

Sometimes there are technical glitches and it has language barrier.

It gives us a real time experience in connecting to people and its very easy to use and low cost product.

Easy to set-up and produce webinars. The functionality is also very versatile.

Can't keep a competitor from registering for a webinar. Would be good to have a way to block specific URLs.

The ease of the setup and use, the speed of the support team, the pricing, the amount of helpful features and the connection with Hubspot. First webinar software I have used and I didn't have to look any further. Really awesome tool!

The only minor thing is that I need to schedule the emails around the webinars again when duplicating a webinar. And I would like to be able to choose a minimum viewing time in order to classify someone as a watcher.

With COVID-19 we needed to give digital seminars instead of the seminars at our offices. With Webinargeek we planned the webinar within an hour. Everyone can work with it.

The software is highly user-friendly and offers all the necessary features to organize a smooth-running webinar. You can even integrate with Zapier to create all kinds of workflows. They offer a discount for non-profit organizations.

There is no chat-support during the weekends, which can often be inconvenient.

All e-mails are automatically sent, everything is customizable according to your brand, there is a countdown to the webinar when people decide to join too early, the look-and-feel is professional, every feature you need is provided, ...

This software is easy to use, as we've set up a complete webinar in a few days without experience in such a tool. All the features we need are available, there is an integration with our marketing automation tool, and our partners that work with us on webinars, as well as the viewers, are very positive about the technical aspects and the quality of our webinars.

There are very few cons I've encountered, but there's one thing I'm missing. As I'd like to keep my webinar as branded as possible, I use the embedded registration form. The only downside of doing this is I am unable to track the traffic sources of the people that register for the webinar. If there comes an integration to do this I can get a clearer view on where my viewers come from.

We wanted to start doing webinars. As we didn't have any in-house knowledge about these (especially the tools), I've done some research. So far, it does exactly what I need and it doesn't cost me a lot of time to figure out how to use it. All the people involved are positive about the tool and it gets me the results I need, so I'm very happy with it.
