What do you like best about 800.com?

I enjoyed the set-up process of my account. It was very simple and easy to use. 800.com customer service has always been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend their services. Overall, This company has provided exceptional service. The price point is very accomidationg for our business needs. My frequency of use is daily.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

To be honest, I have not yet experienced any bad experiences with this company. Overall I have been very pleased with their technological platform and call-forwarding features. I really enjoy their seamless app on iphone. Its ease of integration is perfect!

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

800.com is providing flexibility, convenience and overall good service to my company. I enjoy setting up the call waiting and music features on my account. The management of the account is also very simple to use. Plus, The user friendly interface is simple and straight forward. I enjoy the background music.

"Easy access to Vanity Numbers, great customer service, competitive pricing"
What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com gave us instant access to a very catchy vanity 800 number, plus competitive pricing, great features that we needed (like voicemail and call forwarding), and really smart customer service. Even the chat box was a real person who was articulate and efficient in understanding what I needed. He pulled strings and got things in place to seal the deal for us. Really grateful!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I've researched a bunch of providers for toll-free numbers, and I can list what the others offer and compare plans, but I haven't really experienced any down sides with 800.com. We took a while to begin to use our 800 number, so it might have been nice to have a $3.00 "park your unused 800 number here" plan, but we're happy with the low-cost plan our rep offered!

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

800.com gives us an easy number for our new customers to remember, with voicemail and call forwarding, at an affordable price.

Very reliable and cost effective solution. Flexible programming options and features for different extensions.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I dislike nothing, but I wish they would have been more active in developing new features, such as an improved voice recognition system.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great phone management system and routing options. It is very cost effective. We can easily switch features based on the extension needs.

What do you like best about 800.com?

It was very easy to get set up and go with the number. Excellent interface that is very intuitive and quick to navigate. Also, like how you can add voicemails that sound very professional and are easy to edit and adjust for business hours. All around great product that does everything you need and expect for an affordable price.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The cost is a little high, but again you do get a lot of features that the competitors don't have so it is a give and take.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving a work flow issue that we have due to labor shortages. It is effectively solving for a lack of man power and it is actually more effective and saving us $

What do you like best about 800.com?

Everything is doable via online pages and setup. Clean interface, well written documentation / help, very good results. Compares to other cloud based solutions very well in my opinion!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I haven't had any issues so far. I get calls and texts as I expect and voice mail as well! Great product.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Starting up my business and needing a consistent and flexible phone solution that does not require excessive cost was the challenge to be solved. In my assessment, 800.com was the best solution for my needs!

Easy to use, very intuitive interface, never any issues

Never had an issue. Wish the cost was lower.

What do you like best about 800.com?

I really like that I can receive TEXT MESSAGES, and I was able to tailor my 800 phone number to my business name EPIC. Whenever I have a question or concerns in CHAT I receive a quick response to my email.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

That I don't have to receive my business calls on my personal cell phone and also being able to fax is also a plus.
