800.com provides 800 numbers with a complete set of tools to manage and maintain them from its website. You can have multiple extensions with each number and it makes you look like a Corporate company.
I have been using 800.com for quite some time now but I do not find anything that I do not like. I seriously cannot think of anything to suggest to 800.com since it has every feature you can imagine as part of their package.
800.com provides fancy numbers and they are easy to remember. An 800 number elevated our company reputation and customers feel more confident calling an 800 number.
Love that I can change the number my number directs to, so it is easy to have help from a cohort while I am on vacay. I use the standard option for call routing and have different messages set up for different times of day.
Not much to dislike. The only thing I would amend would be someone assisting me with navigating the features I don't know exist or how to use them. Otherwise, an overall powerful service, with more flexibility than I even know how to fully utilize.

They make it easy to have a business phone number! Their system is very easy to navigate and use! Very user-friendly! I also like that the support team is very easy to connect with and reach - which makes it easy as you are trying to get stuff down or fix things. I also love being able to link our team's lines in to make the system much easier. Finally, I love being able to connect with our customers and audiences in a very quick and robust way. I love how you can tweak your greetings, extensions, and voicemails. It's very cool!

The time zone setting function. Different people/lines can be set to diverse time zones.
The time zone setting page is not simple to use. I need to choose every day's business hour from up to bottom. This page can be designed easier to use.
The benefit is the recording function. Every single phone call will be automatically recorded to the system, which is really helpful for us. Problems haven't been found.
