"Surprisingly perfect for us!"
What do you like best about 800.com?

We never thought we would be able to find our vanity business phone number but it was easy and simple to set up! I'm notified immediately of messages and it's "set it and forget it" easy! Very glad we signed up when we did!

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The dashboard is a little generic and the data isn't that useful for us but we don't have hundreds of calls a day.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps solidify our brand and, with the answering system, I don't feel like I'm misssing any calls

Yearly cost. Considering the volume of usage, would be nice to receive credit.

Nothing to dislike, everything was simple to setup

We needed to unify all of our offices and get a vanity toll-free number to work with Google Voice. Everything was easy to setup and is working perfectly.

I like the fact that I get a message that I have a message. I need to set it up so I get a text as I'm not always on email

I would like to be able to customize more

It is so easy to work with 800.com platform

What do you dislike about 800.com?

The only downside, as a Canadian company, i would like to see a fixed charge in the Canadian dollar. Instead of a US dollar charge.

I don't have any problem; the tech support is excellent.

The ability to easily add a toll-free number to our account and the many options available for that number, such as sequential dialing of various numbers.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

They don't email us a copy of our monthly invoice; we must get it online.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main benefit is that we have toll-free numbers that are not directly tied to a physical line. Getting a toll-free number form a telecom requires it to be tied to a physical or cellular number with no other options like call hunting.
