My 1-800 account has a lot of useful features like call forwarding and voicemail notification.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

When a call is forwarded, you can only see either the originating number or the forwarding number, but not both. It would be great to have both.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having my own 800 number is great and has helped elevate my business.

I really enjoy the extensions feature, it makes call routing simple and organized.

No downsides stick out to me, sometimes I find that the call recording get cut short.

What do you like best about 800.com?

800.com is easy to use and being web-based I can access it from anywhere, including sending faxes and accessing past faxes sent and received. It reduces costs by making a dedicated fax line obsolete.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I have been using 800.com for a long time and miss the pay-as-you-go option. The monthly fee ended up being more expensive, but should be worth it if and when we use the service more frequently.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed the ability to fax documents for specific scenarios, most importantly dealing with state government correspondence. 800.com gave us an easy to use web-based solution for faxing.

What do you like best about 800.com?

Easy to use interface, easy to use mobile app, effective features, full service, reasonable price, easy to sign up and manage, easy to upgrade or purchase additional numbers.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Need to make it easier to cancel a service or subscription. I would prefer to have an option that is pay per minute used vs having to purchase a set number of minutes.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am actually not really using the service right now, but I like how easy it was to setup and may end up utilizing it more in the future. Has all the features I need for my business.

That I can transfer the 800# to any number and that makes it SUPER convenient for my small business. I use my cell phone for most of the incoming phone calls.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

There seems to be times when the 800# gives a busy signal or is not operating and the company does not send me any notice. That is frustrating when I always have to find out from my clients.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

My clients like that they can reach me at no additional cost to them or their clients. I have travelled all around the world and my clients can reach me wherever I am.

I like that 800.com has a simple user interface. I like the flexible options for forwarding calls, and I like being able to check my voicemails from any device.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

I used to be on an ala carte plan, where I paid only for the minutes I actually used. The price has gone up a lot since that plan has been discontinued and now I'm on a monthyly rate.

What problems is 800.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

I sell digital products, and occasionally a customer will feel more comfortable with calling my business rather than emailing. Using 800.com has allowed us to provide customer service to these customers without having to give out anyone's cell phone number.

Setup is a bit manual, but price is reasonable and setting options are varied.

What do you dislike about 800.com?

Uploading voicemail recordings is a bit inconvenient as it does not accept .m4a files.

Ability to establish a hotline for one of our business service lines. It was cost effective and we were able to obtain a vanity number.
