I love how easy set up was, the ability to get the vanity number we wanted, call forwarding and voicemail recording. I also love the transcription feature so I can know what the call is in regards to before giving them a call back and also not having to interrupt anything that is going on around me.
I don't dislike anything about 800.com. The platform has been seamless.

We have used our number through here for almost 7 years. Their service has always been reliable. We've never had issues.. maybe once in that time frame.
I have not find any as of yet but we just use the basics of it.
We are able to have a legitimate looking number. It creates trust and also keeps us from having to use our personal numbers for business.

You can find vanity numbers. The feature that I was looking for that other competitors didn't have is the Vanity numbers. I was able to see what options were available based on the numbers I chose and also what the prices would be based on that.
The interface is not the greatest or the most technologically advanced, but it gets the job done. One other thing that I don't like is that people can send you a text but you can't reply (probably user error) OR that it costs additional to do that.
I needed a toll-free number. It also has vanity numbers that are easy to remember because you can use letters to spell out your numbers. My performance hasn't increased, but I def get people calling.
It was very easy to get set up and go with the number. Excellent interface that is very intuitive and quick to navigate. Also, like how you can add voicemails that sound very professional and are easy to edit and adjust for business hours. All around great product that does everything you need and expect for an affordable price.
The cost is a little high, but again you do get a lot of features that the competitors don't have so it is a give and take.
It is solving a work flow issue that we have due to labor shortages. It is effectively solving for a lack of man power and it is actually more effective and saving us $
I love that you can put different types of words or numbers and they find you something that will work. I never knew there were so many different types of 800 number prefix's. Once you sign up the website is really easy to use, there are many options to forward or answer the calls its awesome. It was so easy that I signed up for a fax number and faxing is a breeze.
One downside is that it is so easy to lookup and sign up I almost thought it was a scam. I had to search the website on google to make sure it was legit. Another suggestion I have is that I would like conformation pages or messages when faxes go through. Other than that - great product and sooooo easy to use.
800.com is recording all the calls that come in and we have a digital copy of these recordings to use for future soliciting, training, and follow up. This keeps our guys in the field focused on what they need to do and a centralized phone number for various questions.
Everything is doable via online pages and setup. Clean interface, well written documentation / help, very good results. Compares to other cloud based solutions very well in my opinion!
I haven't had any issues so far. I get calls and texts as I expect and voice mail as well! Great product.

Exactly what we wanted, other services were not capable of customizing our number to this extent.
Sometimes personalized voice-mail greetings use bot.
We are now 3 people and we needed a central place for one number with individual capabilities as well. We all have access to everything. Business has not increased but that is due to the marketing timeline we have chosen. That will change soon.
Very easy to use Phone System. I was able to set up a number, make it do what I needed it to do. It was very intuitive and I didn't have to be digging through documentation.
The 800 number took a bit to be ready to use. I wish it was available instantly. I am not too sure why that is because other services I used in the past like Twilio allow for instant set up.
Tracking numbers for Marketing campaigns. Now I can divide the calls per interest and see how productive my marketing campaigns are. We just started using it but I love the organization it provides.
