Open Phone's network is relaible and i have exprianced the Crystal clear calls quality. They have aTOP-NOTCH Customer Support i have had a issue and they resloved the issue ASAP. Their support Team is Quick and well educated.

I have a Freight Dispatch business and the major concern was engaging the drivers with the Brokers at the same time, With the Three way calling it was super easy for us to mange the business. Open Phone integration with SLACK and other platforms is a huge plus point. This feature made our life easy and smooth. We did experienced any DownTime at ALL
OpenPhone was perfect for me to get started with my company as I needed to make many calls to to the US back and forth to get my account setup while not being in the US at the time. I used it frequently because of hours spent on calls with banks and other financial institutions without any issues calling or being called back. What's extremely good is the fact that some services/websites require you use a phone number located in the US. I was easily able to use my OpenPhone number for setup and even get verification codes sent to me! Additionaly, my OpenPhone phone number was easily able to be chosen from a list of area codes corresponding with the state my company was registered in, so I now use this number as my main customer support number! It easily integrades wth my inbox so I receive emails of activity that took place while I was busy with other tasks. OpenPhone is just all around a necesity!
Downsides are the cost monthly at $17/month which is pretty expensive since most startups wont have funds to jump into the yearly plan right away to save money. Compared to the competition, most others are around the $10 per month pricing. In addition to that you will have to pay another $20 or so to get setup for texting US numbers. Specific people from customer support emails can take some time for a response as well.
OpenPhone fixed the following problems for me : 1. A registered US phone number to be able to sign up with US services that only work with a US phone number. 2. Receive text verification codes to complete setup of arious US accounts 3. Provides 2 steps verication functionality to receive codes/pins when service need it for security. 4. Unlimited calls to merchants, vendors, service providers and even clients I need to reach in the US. 5. A business phone line, that also integrates everything call and text related for clients in one central location. 6. Call recording 7. Voicemail 8. Out of office autoresponder text and voice greetings 9. Convenient app for Windows to make my default calling app when I click phone numbers on websites. 10. Convenient app for Android to use like a regular calling app on my mobile device with a Contact list and dialling keypad!
In today's world it has been hard to find right service without distractions or trying to sell another service or product. OpenPhone just sells phone numbers and its perfect. You install the app and it just works. Support is super friendly
I don't have any thing to dislike right now since they just do what they said will do.

I love that it makes a phone number without having to use my phone number. i also love that i can use my phone still and make this system mobile
having to pay 15 dollars every time i apply for the text messaging. i know its not on them but its annoying and they should bring it up before saying its free on the website

Openphone helps me alot in growing my business.And the best thing in it is the user friendly interface and the quality of call is just amazing.
The downsides of the openphone is that the management of openphone block the account instantly without knowing the fact. They donot even try to reach that person before blocking the account. I must say if there is any problem or some Suspicious activity they must ask the owner of that account to proof it first. Then if you guys find out something fishy then block it. Because when you block the account without asking or informing,it disturbs the whole business. Other downside is thay you are not allowing some regions to signup.
Openphone is helping all business who wants to know each step of their employees under one work space and that is the main key in my sight.
The best part about OpenPhone is that it can be used from our desktop using a headset, or on the go via our cell phone. I have access to my busines line from whereever I am so that I do not miss a call. Great service for text as well! The few times I had questions about set up, the support team was readily available and made the process very easy. I use open phone every day!
OpenPhone is great! Although I wish I had the ability to open up a second line with the same account so that I can have other employees answer calls. I also wish it had the ability to do FaceTime calls. Hopefully these enhancements come in the future.
OpenPhone has allowed me to start my business and have a dedicated line so my customers can reach me, recieive updates on thier work orders, and send referrals. It has made it easy for me to scale up within my first 6 months of business. The ability to record calls has also provided an avenue in which to train my team and give feedback so that we close more sales.
Best part of openphone is that they are trying to become better day by day

I have been using openohone since 1 year and 6 Months. Its been wonderful and exceptional services. Starting from its UI, Its very easy to use and super friendly for our team. The Features of tagging a team in chat its very productive. We are using Openphone on daily basis to communicate with our team and clients. They have been putting the efforts to roll timely updates. When ever I needed help or had an issue related to my account, their customer support was just there for me and belive me their customer support is amazing. They just reply with in 30 minutes most of the time and its super fast if compared to their competitors which take hours if not days. Our whole team is using openphone, Never faced connection issue's or bad services from them. Finally for pricing, There pricing is affordable and very competetive. They are charging atleast 3-4x less then their competitors but providing 3x-4x extra services. Amazing to be using Openphone since this long and Not a single time i thought to switch it.
Back in 2022 when I started to use openphone, I hoped they add hold feature and call transfer function which their support told they are working on it. And they have added that feature in their upgraded plan.
OpenPhone is solving my prblem of communicatiing with clients on day to day basis. Its quality of Voip is amazing and their pricing is affordable.
I am using opephone since atleast a year now. Here are my top favourites about it 1. Amazing UI enriched with all features to improve using this software 2. Call quality, Messages and Recording are top notch, Nothing better then them. Not even Ring Central. I have been using ring central and switched to opephone becuase of their amazing quality 3. We are using it on daily basis, No interruptions at all. 4. Customer Support is amazing, We know if there will be any kind of issue they are eager to resolve it. 5. Pricing is very vey competitve, Belive me they are providing way beyond what they charge. Finally, I am fully satisfied with Openphone and been their regualr user since 12 months.
In start there was some issue regarding messages not sent but they fixed that

Openphone has been the most reliable VoIP i have used till date. 6 Months and ongoing without any interuption and easy to use. They take care of everything when ever there is an issue as thier customer support is fast and resolves issue instantly. Openphone is daily driver for my routines calls. UI is amazing, Call recording quality is good. Thier pricing is very low too. They have added extra features such as call hold and transfer to any team member in thier upgraded packege. Overall best of the best.

With comes the openphone, I have the reliability of making calls and send texts to my clients over US. The new feature, AI summary is outstanding, there comes many times when I had hardly hear the person on the other side but on the detailed summary and AI summary I have all the details now that I may have missed over the call. That's remarkable actually
There's nothing like any dislike but I'd really want some updates on openphone call. Like, I should be able to call 2 persons at a time with 1 on holding and 1 on the call, sometimes it is really frustrating and it'd be really appreciated if they can add this feature. One more thing is I'd really really want them is to have the customer support 24/7, like with the startupI understand not possible with this low proce compared to others. But still one can ask :)
I had terrible experience before with other VoIP providers by them signing me up with so much not user friendly manual. Other thing that I have now with openphone is the lower price and no one in the market is giving them liek they are I mean unlimited calls and texts with just $10/month. It is cheaper than a coffee!

Honestly, I like that it just works. I moved from Nextiva and constantly didn't get calls to my pc and the calls were difficult for customers to hear. I contacted support once because I oculdn't add contact names and have them save correctly. They couldn't fix it. Openphone simply works and the layout is great.
I dislike that it doesn't have efax built in. I wish call transcription was part of the regular service, but that's just wishful thinking!
I use it for my main business line at my health clinic. It works better than my local phone provider and nextiva so far. I love how easy it is to add contacts and how it keeps things organized.
OpenPhone's platform provides the services I need for my start-up business and the price point is excellent. Set-up was very simple. Although I was apprehensive about customer support when there was a validation issue with my first payment, it was resolved quickly and professionally with a courteous email to confirm all was well.
As a new user, I haven't found anything to dislike so far!
It is a reasonably-priced option with features I need to add a separate business phone line to my personal cellphone.
