We use OpenPhone for our primary business number. It was super easy to have our existing number transfered over and to add multiple people to the line. Very happy with the amount of options and services offered
OpenPhone currently meets all my expectations.
The ability to have multiple team members on the same line is exactly what we needed. Previously we used a different solution and it could only forward to one phone number at a time and now all team members hear the phone ringing at the same time.
Very clean and easy interface. Easy to delgate and make sure calls are handled appropriately and nothing falls through the cracks. We also turned on the IVR and built a really light weight robo-dialer screener which as cut down the number of spam calls we had been getting by 4 to 5 calls a day.
I'd love to see the ability to have calls be forwarded as a real call instead of using the soft phone app.
A light weight IVR that allows me to screen spam calls and also have multiple people review text messages, phone calls and voicemails. We are using this for our office number which typically doesn't have someone physically there most of the time.
I appreciate the user friendly features of the OpenPhone app and that it has saved me from having a completly separate phone for business. I can conveniently make calls, text message, and listen/read voicemails all within the app. My service has alwasy been great and anytime I've had questions OpenPhone customer service was able to answer them in a reasonable timeframe. Moreover, I've used several other solutions for a second phone number and many just fall short in terms of offering every feature a la carte that add up quite a bit, to issues with connections and plans that are not suitable for my needs. I'm beyond happy with my experience over the past year with OpenPhone and their flat rates.
I honestly have no issues with OpenPhone and their ability to provide exactly the features I need to run my business smoothly day in and day out. It's been a great experience.
OpenPhone solves my need to have a business line without the need of an entirely separate phone to achieve this. The app allows me to set business hours so that I may continue to use my phone for personal use after hours without the interrruptions of work and easily allows to manage everything in the palm of my hand with the simple app.
UI is great and user friendly. I have used other similar apps but the whole system allows best working with team. best feature is to mark youself as away and this is missing in most other. Never faced any server issue or issue with app or website. Been using since past three months both app on IOS and Website on Mac and Windows.
There is nothing specific to dislike about it since it offers all the necessary features for both regular users and enterprises. The rates are also quite affordable.
Our clients are usually overseas and open phone allows to connect with them in the shortest timre allowing us more time to focus on core business. our connection rate increased by 67% after using open phone.
OpenPhone is very easy to set up and use. Our company is able to better serve our clients. Each department is able to see calls and even read messages left by our clients with ease.
I have not found any downsides to OpehPhone. Thank you for offering this service. As an administrator, I am happy with this application. I am also glad that the team has the opportunity to use the system on the celluar devices as well.
OpenPhone helps us better serve our clients by making it easier to see who is calling on each team member's computer. Our organization is able to better gauge what percentage and which clients prefer phone calls.
Love OpenPhone! Its so easy sending texts straight from your computer! I use the scheduling all the time - the main reason I got OpenPhone. I use emojis all the time in texts and I can use as many as I want without being charged extra. SO glad I found OpenPhone. You cant go wrong with it!
For me, the least helpful would be the ability to call from it. It is probably an awesome feature and maybe someday I will use it but I have just never tried it and have no need for it.
Scheduling reminder texts to my agents. I can just write the text, schedule the date and Im done! It makes my job so much easier! And I do it all right on my computer.
I like that it's website is easy to use and its app is robust. It's incredibly easy to navigate.
So far I have not found any problems with OpenPhone.
My business conducts ethics investigations. I need to have my cell phone with me at all time. Instead of carrying two phones, I can use my personal phone but use the OpenPhone app as a second line. Additionally, I need to record phone interviews with respondents in my cases (in compliance with state laws, of course). OpenPhone makes very easy to record the conversations and to download the recording to use as potential evidence.
OpenPhone has truly impressed us with their beautifully designed apps, the user interfaces are very polished and very responsive. As UI/UX developers ourselves we can see that they've prioritized their users needs so it's not just about the looks it's very functional by design. We've used other phone platforms like Grasshopper, Twilio Flex, RingCentral and in our eyes nothing really comes close to OpenPhone. Using OpenPhone on our desktops/laptops and mobile is a big plus; accessing customers historical conversations is what we like most.

The biggest problem solver to us was the multi-channel communication on the different devices. We did have this with grashopper but in our opinion OpenPhone is much easier to work with, it just has a clean and intuitive design making using it fun. We've found it very easy to bring into our natural way of working. Call quality of course is of the upmost importantance and all we've gotten from OpenPhone so far is crystal clear and super reliable calls, we couldn't be happier with them.
Openphone offers a dynamic solution that is easy to follow and implement. I enjoyed being able to share numbers great feature. Unlike the competitors they are reasonable in pricing.
Some features are still in beta and need to be added to make it the complete package. Also they do not offer fax.
Sharing an inbox for calls and keeping track of all reps is a wonderful feature. I am now more productive than ever.
I appreciate the team aspect to the use of the OpenPhone platform. I can see alactivities, and have the ability to call, and text on one screen. I like the ability to see previous conversations as well.
My answering alert does not always flash or open, and I am ending up with missed calls. better pop-ups/alerts would help this.
Having all users in one place, and being able to see and manage their activity.
