It counts my calls and missed calls. I love that It Takes the country code automatically and features like leaving voice messages recorded and sending SMS and the SMS sent from the other side.
It has poor sound sometimes and is very annoying when it happens. The audio has a low volume and a sort of static in the backroung. Sometimes, not always. I thing comparing to other is pretty good though
Definitely, it has improved my workflow; the fact that you can select the country so any number will be automatically dialed to that country code is fantastic. The ability to see green or red calls is also a good plus. However, I would like to have an automatic count on the calls, instead of fishing between green and red.
It's comfortable because you don't need to take your phone. You can copy and paste the number and call it. Moreover you can receive calls too its usefull in this aspect
In my opinion they need to improve a lot of processes, because sometimes when you try to reach your contact it's difficult. You cant hear clear the sounds, and you need to call your contact twice times or more
I can save time, and don't need to check my mobile phone all time when I try to contact with mine clients. But sometimes its really slow and doesn't work properly

I like that there is a dashboard with additional features which allows me to conduct more in depth tasks, I am also a fan of being able to answer calls with a single click.
I dislike that I cannot change the ringtone. I dislike the manner in which calls are ended, there is no tone or sound to indicate the call has ended. I also dislike that there is no tone/beep to indicate that the call has begun when answered as other similar products do produce a bell to indicate the person on the other line can hear you.
I can easily transfer calls, for more detailed issues I can solve issues on the dashboard in my web browser.
Great app, i started using it at work of businessman and it made my job easier. I connected it with CRM system and it works perfect. Integration went smoothly, without any problems and it making calls easy. It´s possible to monitor the performance of employees and analyze their communication. Today i´m using this app as fantastic tool with fast communication without any problems with clients. Definitely recommend.
Very good app whitch is very intuitive and easy to use but it has some worst pages. Sometimes it has more difficult integration and it does my job a little bit harder. A little bit negative is also that this app has higher price.
