Now all our calls are sync'd to our CRM and it saves our teams time that they can use to call more people now. It's efficient and the app is easy to use. The dashboard is great too.
There could be a little more active onboarding support between the person who you do the package deal with & getting started. Perhaps we missed this step somewhere but I have to say that the support staff are very fast to respond (but maybe a proactive approach could have saved us a little time in getting fully set up). No complaints about the actual software though.

We appreciate a free trial and a friendly customer service team with nice people, plenty of useful features (call recording, call touring) and very easy integration.
There is nothing we disliked about this solution, for now, no outages or major bugs worth mentioning occurred during our usage.

CloudTalk offers every contact center feature that is necessary for our company to provide great customer service to our customers. We like visual IVR, easy-to-setup callback setup and various integration that enhance our workflows. And their support! I feel like this part of the SaaS business is underestimated very often and makes a huge difference, especially for us.
We couldn't find anything, there are no major outages, no problems with their support, nor any bugs in the application.

The best part is that everything works on VoIP. Feedback is recorded and can be easily evaluated and commented on. If we sync the whole thing with our CRM, everyone has an overview of everything they need to know.
I don't know of anything I don't like about the service.
