I love having an email fax instead of a seperate fax line. The service has always been great.

The GoToConnect back-end PBX is powerful, easy to configure, and the physical desk phones JUST WORK. Probably one of the best phone services when it comes to overhead paging. Good customer service and support too.
The desktop application is a bit basic compared against Zoom Phone or Vonage.

When a staff member receives technically 1 phone call but it is counted 2-3 times; when a user has the GoTo mobile app open logged into or if they use the GoTo web client on laptop for phone calls. 1 person calls them but it counts as if the staff member got 3 calls because it rings on all devices. Wish there was a way for accurate call counts.
Have a better report system than previous phone carrier.
The system allows me to take and make calls through my cell phone. Go To affords me to use my cell phone as an extension of my school phone. I can receive voicemails, answer and make calls, and send pages over the all-call system from anywhere that I have cell service. When I make cell phone calls through GoTo, the school number shows up on caller ID so parents know where the call is coming from and I don't without having access to my cell number. I can also access voice mail, missed calls, and send out announcements using my cell. In today's world, anything can happen at a school, so the ability to send lockdown or emergency directions is critical.
I have not run into any issues with Go To Connect. My IT consultants have installed the product in police departments, city government buildings, businesses and schools, and Go To was their recommendation to us. I have been happy with the product.
Our old system depended on our limited number of copper lines, so callers often got a busy signal because the previous system could only handle one call per line. This system runs off of the internet, so our phone traffic is no longer limited. GoTo allows teachers and admin to call parents without posting the person's cell number or showing an unknown number in caller-Id. The remote features make my life a lot simpler because I don't have to keep going back to my desk to access phone features.
The calls can be made easily and messages too.
The UI is a little old as for every option we select it refreshes and the loading time is also tiring

The calls are clear and the connection has been excellent.
I have not encountered any issues or identified anything that would make this GoTo more useful. It meets our needs at this time.
Recording of all calls both in and out bound. Ease of making outbound calls and also allows other staff to easily transfer incoming calls to the correct staff memebr using their extension in GoTo.
The main reason i would prefer gotoconnect is logging in from the multiple sites. As my team also works from Pakistan as well as USA. Gotoconnect has been playing great vital role.
gotoconnect used alot of bandwidth while on call. I think reducing that can help us to focus on other things.
While connecting with customers living instead of pakistan or USA, gotoconnect service connects internationally grealty.

The easy to use admin center has made life easier every day. I have tried many other platforms but I always can convince someone that GoTo Connect is better and more effecient due to there indutsry leading administrative portal
The thing that I do not like is there applications for desktop and mobile. There are many advancements that can be made her to make end users lifes easier.

No real downside. Sometimes when on cell phone connected to wifi and get too far away it drops, but then I switch to phone connection and it works 100%
Virtual meetings are a must in this current climate and the ease of scheduling and reliability make it a breeze. Also the ability to answer my office phone extension from anywhere is a game changer.
I can answer calls at my desk and softline at the same time.

We've been using GoTo Connect (formerly Jive Communications) for over 18 years as a business. The user interfaces of apps for both users and administrators are easy, and customer service has been excellent.
I don't find any quality issues or downtime Issues. Very satisfied with reliability.
Multiple partners in different locations can still operate as one office either with VOIP phones or apps
It is so easy to be able to call and receive calls from my cell phone but for work without using an unreliable third party app. I love how easy it is, how convenient it is. I love that I can see all the past call history. I love that it is a different ringtone, so I know when it is work versus my personal calls.
I don't feel like I'm aware of all the features it truly has, so I feel like I am not using it for all it's worth. I wish I could have some sort of free training that explained more of what we could do with it.
I am able to work out of the office, whether it be at home or on the go! I don't need to be physically at the office. I am able to work whichever hours I need to without wasting time sitting at the office.
The program is easy to use and allows us to manage our inbound calls in a number of ways.

We can easily forward inbound calls to specific personnel for immediate handling or direct calls to the voice system to be retrieved later in the day. The ability to retrieve voice messages via our computers is also a plus.
I like that it's easy and there are a lot of tutorials when I'm trying to figure out something. Their support is very helpful as well and they have helped me figure out many things.
I haven't discovered anything yet. When I have a need for support, their support team is great.

The ease of set up. You set it up on the backend, plug it in and it starts.
Wireless phones were difficult to find out. Headsets are hit or miss and you can't get a straight answer from support sometimes, it's a "should work" but little confidence if you mention it's mission critical.
Lessening the VOIP bill compared to regular ISP costs, flexibility in moving phones and moving admin to us.
Everything runs seamlessly in the background. Easy to update and edit.
Sometimes it would be beneficial to have a live person answering our phones, but that is not a fault of the system. GoToConnect does just what it is supposed to
We can still have a central phone number even without a receptionist or even an office.
Clearly, it's videoconferencing. That is the main driver. We are newer users and are just exploring the features. But we like the ease of use. We have past experience with the voice offerings and they have been really good for us. The final bonus is administration. It's not hard to set up and/or modify settings.
Learning curve. This is NOT a problem with GoTo Connect. It's merely that management (like me) and staff gets frustrated at having to deal with new "learnings." But if you want the features, you gotta do the work.
We think that simple face-to-face videoconferencing is a problem-solver. Most of our needs are about consulting with a single client. Not so much for team conferences. Also, you may have solved our "multi-platform" problem. We mainly use laptops and desktops but need the app on smartphones, too.
I pay significantly less than I do for my mobile phone but have better quality calls.
Response time to service requests should be improved.
