It's the best tool I've seen for managing on-line webinar. There are various sections: One for staff and one for Attendees. Staff can communicate privately prior to starting the broadcast. The questions section is very useful. I also like how staff can see if attendees are engaged or not.
As far as I can tell, there are no breakout rooms. Also, at first I did not understand the purpose of entering a webinar in Practice mode.
It provides a platform for conducting online training.

Goto Connect remote products for remote working are the Best for any business. With softphones for mobile devices to laptops/desktops very easy to use and work like no other, my company has been operating for about five years now. Only clear sound and never no downtime I witnessed, so that keeps my clients and customers super happy. I refer GoTo Connect to everyone that has a business!
The only thing wrong with GoTo Connect is I don't know why everyone isn't using it by now. I don't have any negative answers cause GoTo Connect has been ahead since I started my services with them; plus, customer service is there for help, and they know what they're talking about. I wish they did something for long-time customers to show appreciation, but everything else is excellent.
Remote working that's what GoTo Connect has solved: to work from anywhere and have a great connection without glitching or dashboard issues. GoTo Meeting is better than Zoom, and the picture is quality, and no one has to log back into the meeting when it's more than three people in the forum. Thank you, GoTo Connect, and they only keep getting better!

When compared to our previous provider, GoTo has faster customer support, better analytics, and provides more documentation on how to use it.
They don't archive messages or SMS, so we haven't been able to use that feature.
We now have a solution to provide Virtual Phones, a stable online fax service for staff, integrated IAM support, and secure phone lines. The virtual phones allow our staff to no longer be tied to a single desk and can roam between our locations or when they are on the road.
We love the opportunity to use the App when we work remote. It also comes in handy when I (the receptionist) cannot be at my desk-I answer the phones on my cell phone. It is very convenient for a busy office.
I honestly cannot think of a downside. It provides all of our needs.
We receive excellent customer service. We switched to GoTo becasue of the ease of use and versatile options. We are definitely more productive with GoTo Connects features at our fingertips.
We have been using GoTo ourselves since the days when it was Jive, and we recommend it to all our clients who need to replace their legacy phone system with a modern VOIP system. We have gotten uniformly positive feed back from our clients. We really like the ability to have a phone and home and one in the office and use them seamlessly in addition to the desktop client interface and app on our iPhones. We can be anywhere and respond to phone calls. We also like all of the integrated features (fax, voicemail to email, texting). The platform is intuitive to use and easy to manage. Though it's not the cheapest solution, the cost is reasonable. And when we've had issues, Support has been very good. We definitely recommend GoTo.
One feature that's missing - it would be great to have a cross-platform ability to see when someone is on the phone. It's clear from the desktop phone if someone's on their desktop phone, but it doesn't show if someone's on another type of device.
GoTo Connect is our complete VOIP & UCaaS platform. It's allowed us to use all of the UCaaS features and stay in touch with our clients and partners.
Ease of management and ease of use makes GoTo Connect a success for our organization. We can quickly deploy a desk phone to new users, relocate a user that moves to a new location, and one of my favorite features is "Hot Desk" which allows me to temporarily make a phone at an office I am visiting for the day my phone. Calls for me ring on this temporary phone, and even the buttons are configured from my original desk; all of my speed dials are mine, when I press the message button, I am automatically connected to my voicemail.
I do not have any complaints about GoTo Connect. In the 4 years we have been utilizing GoTo Connect all of our user support questions have been about how to utilize the system better.
We had multiple on-premise phone systems that were outdated and needed to be replaced. In addition, there were complex spreadsheets of our phone directory that were in constant need of updating by multiple people, making it hard to locate numbers for users. Now, we have all users in a single directory that is available to search on the phone. In addition, all users can be accessed by their four-digit extension instead of their ten-digit number. This is also very helpful when you are unsure where the person is located.
GoTo connect has a softphone app for all my devices, whether it is an iPad,iPhone,Android phone or Tablet, even a Mac or Windows computer or laptop! GoTo COnnect Is very easy to use, it makes Calling and texting a breeze from any device.
I dislike the new dialer that pops out a different window which clutters my screen. I would like to have the dialer open in the same window as the main Application so I don't have to hunt for the dialer popup to dial, answer, or hang up the phone as I have multiple monitors at work.
In a flexible work world, GoTo Connect makes it possible to stay in contact with all my peers and customers wherever I am, whether I am at my desk, a customer's desk, on the road, or at home. I never have to miss a phone call period. I also don't have to use my personal phone number when I am not at my desk, I also am able to send text message directly from the GoTo Connect app instead of exposing my personal number to anyone.
The easy convenience to transfer office phones to my phone when unable to get to the office.
If I had to pick something it would be that I tried to make a call from online to my phone to test it and it did not connect. Otherwise no complaint

I can always reach a support technician when needed. Their PBX Systems basically run with very little maintenance. Usually when I need support it's needed when I'm trying to use a more advanced feature like connecting from one PBX to another by Extensions.
Compared to using an ISPs VOIP system, I havent really seen any downside. If we need a new phone setup it's a very simple process to configure and deploy to a new user.
Mainly cost and control. We don't have to wait on an ISP when we make changes or add new phones. Being able to create Dial Plans and Ring Groups, etc. saves a lot of time and money.

We love the easy to use interface, especially when initially setting up the phone tree. We also love the texting feature and communicate with our clients probably 60% or more via text.
The texting feature does not have as many settings as our previous texting provider (ZipWhip) but it is still easy to use and we like how the phones and texting are integrated. It is also a little difficult to import contacts but if you do it as you go it doesn't take a lot of time.
The ability to text greatly reduces our call volume and also gives us proof of written communication that can easily be copy/pasted into medical records when recording client communication (veterinary hospital).
The user friendly setup and how deep you can take the product. Its a huge business tool for a 1 line operation and still is a huge tool for a 500 line operation.
The only thing I can say I dislike is we are still stuck on the old jive system and awaiting to be moved to the new goto setup soon.
Its giving us a deep dive into our phone system that we own and manage. We dont have to get information from a vendor or wait for them to provision a phone if we grow quickly or anything like that. We also utilize the contact center tools for our different sites and can manage phones anywhere even with our remote employees.
Mobile app works very well on wifi and cellular. We use the texting feature constantly to keep in contact with our Members.
Needs more integrations. Seems like RingCentral has more API/Integrations with more platforms.
Mobile phone solution. Ring plans allow us to have a call-center-type solution for our Nerds and Members.
It has a complete dial plan allows you to handle incoming calls and faxes. Also has features that enable you to record and share your screen with coworkers.
Setting up the system yourself can be difficult due to how extensive it is.
I want a professional call number for my clients to call for a low price, and GoTo Connect offers me a complete platform to receive and make calls. Also includes a lot of features for a low price.
I think the options, including those we do not yet use, will be a great help to our business. We are in a new reboot phase and are still "plain vanilla" users. But we love the flexibility.
Selecting parameters. I think there's a bit of a steep learning curve, but that's a small price to pay for having flexibility. We are still learning which options are "must use" and "never use" for us. Your mileage may vary.
This sounds simplistic, but we had "meeting problems." Limitations imposed by a previous app were too frustrating. Now we don't have meeting problems. Also, if you ask my about hardware and billing, I'll have some very nice words.
GoTo Connect has many features for our busy office. It helps our front staff with the many features available. Not missing calls is very important.

Well while using GoTo I liked the texting service the most. Well, GoTo even provides us to log in from phones which saved me many times.
Well, Everything is fine but sometimes we face many problems with login. But they always help us with that so they are working on those flauses.
There are working on third-party users and trying to get down the scammers as well as using the application for the wrong purpose. Working on their quality.
