So far, we have not had any problems and have not found any defects in this virtual meeting tool.

Nothing much to dislike,I always like this software

I have resolved many problems with this software as you just need to make a link by adding the time date of your call and then send a link to the clients. If they click on the link they can come in the same meeting room.-You can share the screens too also you can record the meeting.It is a very nice software.

I have been using the program a lot recently. My favorite part is how you can just go right ahead and wire in and control the person you’re speaking with’s computer. It makes it easier when trying to show something.

I just dislike the fact how sometimes I can’t connect to the person I’m trying to speak to.

I like how it is extremely easy to connect meetings to google calendar invitations. It's an easy plugin to install and an easy program to use when actually on the calls. There is also a side panel that is really nice when leading presentations and sharing screens.

I don't have many downsides to using gotomeeting.

when employees work remotely and we need to still discuss things or have meetings it is really easy to put in a link and host a meeting still. Also, when people from outside of the organization need to speak with us, it is easy to use for them too.

The first time I tried GoTo Meeting back in 2012, it was a nightmare to set up. I am very happy that is no longer the case. It has become more efficient & streamlined and easy to use. I really appreciate the optional use of webcam & the chat feature.
