the interface, everything is really handy
the aesthetics of it, even though it is user friendly, it could improve in order to keep people engaged
pricing vs other platforms and tools
An excellent software for doing meetings, virtual seminars, and that offers plethora of options to choose from during meetings such as participating in quizzes, discussions, polls, forums etc. The sound and video quality offered are great and the recording is excellent as well.
A bit pricey. Other than that the options offered and the solutions offered are worth the price.
Daily audio and video conferencing and team virtual trainings are delivered by Adobe Connect in our organizations. I have seen over 200 participants joining the stream of virtual meetings and the quality offered has been exceptional.
I like the features. I like the enhanced host options. I also like the breakout rooms and the room layouts have a lot of options. It has helped us to collaborate as a team a lot more. We are able to have meetings anywhere and adobe is compatible with most devices. user-friendly meeting software for business. I like the recording functionality. I think it is excellent. The participants are able to interact with a recorded session which is awesome. Its almost like they are in a live meeting. I also like the live polling option. It a great feature that can be used to check for team participation.
I don't like the lag that can happen due to many people in the room. and I don't like the fact that some browsers are not compatible. I don't like the price. I think it is too expensive. I wish adobe connect was not so dependent on internet bandwidth. the adobe app needs some improvement. other than did everything is awesome.
It has helped us to collaborate as a team a lot more. We are able to have meetings anywhere. Being able to meet anywhere has been a great benefit to us.
Functionality. So many options to configure the classroom!
Nothing. Everything about Adobe Connect is fantastic!
Virtual training in a pandemic world. Cost savings and the benefit for the attendee to be able to sleep in their own beds at night, versus sleeping in a hotel!
The simplicity and the ease of configuration, its a very in demand tool for training in our time today. But I like a lot of feature sin it like the whiteboard gives me the sense that I am in a natural classroom which is really cool. The poll options it make me engage with the trainees at a different level it is like you are really in a physical room with them.
Well it is really hard to dislike the tool, possibly improvements would be a better word, if they could have a pricing for 40 licenses that would be close to 150 dollars that would be awesome, there is a lot of trainers in our organization and although the tool really has good performance a tweak in the pricing is something that it could use to better boost sales and attract corporate functions like us.
The need for business training is something the world needs today in a virtual fashion adobe connect is the perfect tool that covers this account. My profession as a training head is filled with questions when the pandemic hit our country how can I conduct training remotely? and suddenly my boss approached me and said he heard of this popular tool that is supposed to make online training easier called adobeconnect. We gave it a try for 1 month and it was like magic!!!!!!!
Connect is more professional looking than the other products on the market. The other players look like they came from the Windows 95 era in comparison. Adobe has a slick black and modern look to it that says "professional." But looks alone are not real-world use. Connect has great screen sharing and VoIP connections. The "Pods" are a core element that has helped me to get people setup because I can share files immediately, especially with the participants that seem to never read the memos to download files before the session. The chat panel, participant list, ability to make someone else a presenter and ease of use are all great and have ease of use that is as good as it gets.
I am using the hosted version of this software and that means that I pay for an annual subscription. Unfortunately Adobe has not made the scheduling features of the full product available to the cloud-based users like me. That means no sign-up sheet, no per event schedules, no integration with Outlook calendar and overall no scheduling. Compare that to WebEx, where my clients typically host a session and with just an email from them it is part of Outlook. If you have an installed base, they have an add-in that was written in VisualStudio 2010, but that is not available for cloud hosted users. Why the Outlook integration and more also important to me scheduling for self-signup is not in the cloud version is a shortcoming. Other products might have scheduling for hosted products, but I don't use other products unless my clients are hosting the sessions. Because I teach some courses or product update sessions that would benefit from self signup, this missing feature set, which is available if you install it on your own server, is a big missing piece to me. Because it lacks self-service signup, I must collect emails, create a reminder, send out instructions manually, etc. This is till a fantastic product in all other aspects and it outclasses the other tools that I have leased for on-line training.
Like so many others, this has cut travel time and contained expenses for my needs. There are many other tools available, but the professional look of Connect and ease of use are winners for me. Except for the lack of scheduling, the cloud hosted product has been fantastic here for cost containment, professionalism and ease of use.
It offers slide-sharing and enables the presenters to manage the speed. It has an incorporation of an exterior conference line as well as VOIP. It offers a unified recording or replay. It has an easy to comprehend user interface enabling the users to acquire it very easily, thus, decreasing the steepness of the learning curve. The navigation screen of Adobe Connect on the user interface offers a very simple pull-down menu for the users to reach and pick how they desire to practice the Adobe Connect.
It is highly costly and its price should be flexible based on the required functionalities. Chatlog misplaces all the configuration/arrangement in the email. The browser suitability of Adobe connect is unreliable. The application for mobile devices is large-sized and takes up lots of time to download and abundant storage space. It encounters voice/mic troubleshooting. Is has neither “computer-generated background” nor “call me” option.
Adobe Connect is a very useful tool in supporting and reorganizing numerous processes. It solves the joint issue of communication for larger organizations. It offers the facility to conduct computer-based meetings and send simulated documents. It assists in increasing the speed of communications, instructions, training, and enhance the overall effectiveness. It allows the personalization of the screen themes making every teaching space inimitable.
There is no excuse with Adobe Connect, it is one of the things that I liked the most, both workers and customers have the ideal way to communicate through this platform without having a valid excuse, I lost the plane, a bad weather or just not I get a taxi one of those who listened to me when making a meeting or training, personally I loved the experience I had the opportunity to listen to seminars through the web and deliver the same, urgent meetings with just one click Join very easily and everything is in real time.
It is very difficult to say that I did not like it, since everything is so practical, easy and of good quality. Maybe something that happened to me once, it may be because of lack of knowledge on my part it cost me to adjust the microphone quickly, but I repeat more for ignorance on my part than for a system failure, in general all excellent.
It has become the main training tool since many of the preparations are far away and so they can be done without any inconvenience, another thing that is unscheduled meetings, just by connecting we can make important decisions together.
