It is a webinar software that allows me to run live, on-demand, and automated webinars. We were able to get everything set up in about 15 minutes.
The dashboard design at first was too busy/cluttered for me but has since improved.
We can collect email addresses, charge for admission from the get-go or offer a no-cost educational masterclass. The whole process from signup to followup and be streamlined which is a huge time saver.
The webinar sign-up page is beautiful, customizable and very professional, with easy-to-use add-to-calendar tools. It's reliable and easy to use. It requires no downloads or plugins for attendees, which is perfect for using with new-to-you users that you have no contact with ahead of an event. Analytics and integrations with other software are extensive.
The pricing plans can be expensive for smaller businesses or those starting up. Also, if your user base is used to using another platform, such as zoom, you need to offer brief pre-event opportunities to log in and tour the new interface. It's really easy though. No downloads necessary.
We needed a solution that allowed us to reach an audience of up to 2000 webinar attendees in the easiest way possible. We needed to host three different brands within the same dashboard.

The focus is on webinars. You can tell that the company is focused on performing at an extremely high level regarding webinars. The ability to customize is also helpful and allows the user to create a better experience. It doesn't require a download, which is a huge help for retention.
The UI/UX isn't fabulous on the backend. The front end is good. It cannot be easy to navigate inside the menus as well. Additionally, the price could be better to allow for smaller business to get a larger plan.
Bigmarker is allowing my company to provide easy-to-access webinars related to our company and give our customers direct access to the clinicians. This helps with client retention as well as marketing.
I love how easy it is to use, their landing pages, UI, virtual events, and the fact that I don't have to pay zoom anymore. I use bigmarker for my virtual meetings.
I haven't found much that I dislike. For the price, the features are all there and work fairly well.
Right now bigmarker is benefiting me because I will soon be hosting virtual events for real estate investing and I'll have everything I need to get it done.
Really great features that have been well thought in implementation. The founder and team is responsive and reachable for issues and suggestions too. And one of the easiest ways for doing webinars over Facebook Lives and Evergreen webinars. I love the recent feature updates such as live webinar widgets to stream directly on our sites and webinar templates. These features make it super easy to setup workshops and events. And with World moving towards hybrid events, Bigmarker now also offers ways to manage it, could be through the new companian app, badges etc while also allowing us to track analytics and more for online events.
Even though on the expensive side, it isn't necessarily a con. The price is because of the features and customer support so it is definitely worth the price tag.
Knowledge sessions through webinars and meeting spaces. Once we get a hang of the features, it makes it super easy to create and manage webinars on a frequent basis. Best of all, it allows setting up automated webinars too - you will be able to create an automated flow of when your webinar begins when a popup offer shows up etc And now with the update of webhooks, we are able to send out the right info from Bigmarker to other tools to nurture attendees and the audience
