What I like most about BigMarker is the wide variety of uses it has, from corporate training, webinars, or consulting. It is a versatile and simple tool. Another feature that I like is its support, which is quick to answer and friendly. Also, video conferencing has really stable audio and video.
The only thing I dislike is that it is a really expensive product compared to other options on the market, however, all the functions that BigMarker has are not provided by other video conferencing platforms.

It has plans with balanced prices according to the number of participants. With BigMarker you can create different types of Webinar, but without a doubt the most interesting thing is that it is compatible with Facebook and YouTube to broadcast live. You can also record meeting rooms for later listening. It also integrates very well with applications like Dropbox.
Sometimes guests do not receive email notifications, especially if their email provider is Outlook.

BigMarker is very easy to use with a nice modern, clean interface. I found it really easy to get going quickly as the UI is very intuitive.
I wasn't 100% sure about the pricing versus features as there were quite a few to choose from, but it's really configurable for your needs and once you understand it, it means you can buy what you need so you can control your costs effectively.
Quick and easy access to host meetings as well as recurring webinars that I couldn't do previously - love it!
Price/features are superior to the other big webinar platforms. The fact that it doesn't require a software download to participate is a big win for less technical users, as well as corporate users who are locked down. Evergreen webinars are also great.
I wish it had a desktop client for hosts.
The other webinar platforms cost a fortune every month to have more than 100 attendees. Plus we often have problems with employees at large enterprises being unable to attend because of applications being blocked
We like the ease of use including the setup. It is all straight forward and the quality of the webinars in terms of video and audio has always been impeccable. I also like the fact that you don't need an app so there are no barriers of entry to the webinar. Support is one of the best in the industry. We have tested a lot of the "so called" leaders in the industry but none of them have convinced them given the pricing and the quality delivered .
there is not a lot to dislike. Maybe the translations to other languages could be improved. If anything is not working well, support is there almost 24/7 and we have never had a case that couldn't be solved.

It’s always clear what I need to do in order to achieve a desired result, and it was very easy to set up for the first time. I got an email with a unique link followed concise on-screen prompts to download small, unobtrusive client software, and before I knew it I was in the meeting! There are helpful text bubble callouts that highlight things I can do, based on what’s happening in the meeting or where I’m positioning my mouse.
Can’t think of anything to dislike about this off the top of my head. There have been times when someone speaking had a bad connection, but I think the situation would have been the same if we were using another conferencing solution. A weak connection is going to affect quality no matter what tool one uses. I
We mainly use this tool for webinars that have hundreds of participants. It seems to support that load really well, and has a lot of nice features for that situation. The meeting organizer can mute everyone, then unmute people selectively for Q&A. You can "raise your hand" or type questions into the chat box. You can send messages to specific people also if you need something that’s not relevant to the entire audience.

You will be given a dedicated support team who are friendly, helpful, and responsive through a number of communication methods. A dedicated communication channel was set up between our internal staff and our BigMarker support team on Slack - we were, therefore, able to direct questions to specific people, continue messages in threads and this method ensured speedy responses. We gave as much feedback as we could, which the team really seemed to take onboard and proactively look to improve. We held two events which were 5 or 6 months apart and could really notice the improvements in that period.
Some bugs prevent some functionality, but the continual development team takes all feedback and improvements are clearly noticeable from one event to the next. We found it difficult to get the level of desired engagement through the expo hall we created, but it's possible that this is also at least partly down to the users as our community is comprised of people with very busy work schedules/
