The ease in setting up automated features for our weekly webinars saves a lot of time and reduces stress.
I wish there was a feature to auto-record the webinars. You can record but you have to remember to hit it right before you start your webinar when you are probably focusing on a few things at once. Keep in mind though, there are a ton of features and at the end of the day, this is a small thing.
We have a weekly workshop type webinar for new users. It helps us get our users up to speed and answer their questions about our tool
The end-user doesn't have to install any software on their end. All they need is an internet connection.
You need to set aside some time to figure out all the possibilities the software offers. Until today I still haven't gone through all the features it offers. Amazing really.

BigMarker is a great virtual event and webinar platform that offers incredible features. BigMarker has been the best investment I have ever made. I used to host webinars and events with several cumbersome tools, but now that I am using BigMarker, it is much easier! It does not require registrants to install any additional software, which enhances the show-up rate. It is browser-based, which enhances learning and sharing. You can also record, store and download webinars and web conferences. I am impressed with the robust marketing tools they offer. It has powerful video capabilities, which I love! I was skeptical at first, but BigMarker has blown me away with how user-friendly and powerful the platform is. In just a few hours, I was able to create an interactive workshop experience.
It still needs several integrations, such as email marketing software.

The platform itself is amazing and all-inclusive.
Though we had tremendous support, the platform is a bit overwhelming. I would prefer NOT having access to ALL the things.
Hosting an international two-day conference with 30+ individual sessions, both live and recorded. They were able to help us manifest our idea into a successful event for almost 550 participants!
One of the things I liked most about Bigmarker was that it was very easy to use. Given the full range of features, the pricing is also very reasonable. I can't imagine that my webinars would be anywhere near as successful without Bigmarker's webinar software. I am constantly impressed with the support team's prompt responses and friendly attitude. Overall I think this webinar software is an excellent choice for anyone hosting webinars!
I don't have too many complaints with the software, but I'd like to see a little bit more in the way of webinar analytics.
Recurring webinars have also been a pain for our business, but Bigmarker webinar software has made it quite easy to manage. The webinars are regularly scheduled and BigMarker sends out email reminders for them. We've grown our webinar mailing list substantially thanks to this webinar software.
No app download required and works on browser
Sometimes the landing page takes time to open.
Conducting online classes and meetings
Amazing raft of features but you don't need to use them if you don't need to. Can also use their landing pages if you want to.
Can be quite a lot of steps to set up a quick webinar sometimes but nothing different from other platforms.
Group webinars - makes me look like a much bigger entity than I am.
