I love the most that it is super intuitive, I'm in my late 50's and I'm not tech savvy, but I'm setting up everything myself, some of the other platforms I have tried was super complicated so I had to get external help.

What is there to dislike? The platform has what I need. Okay I would appreciate if they could make an integration with my CRM tool Pipedrive and Platformly which is my marketing platform

I have used other webinar platforms, but they where all very difficult to install and run, so I had to spend a small fortune on buying help from external partners, now I can run everything myself which means I have cut all the external costs I had.

BigMarker is an incredibly feature-rich solution for online marketing of events, webinars, hybrid digital events and meetings. It's a mature product that continues to develop. Support is responsive, and I like the options for different types of webinars like evergreen, recurring and single event options.

It can be incredibly overwhelming with the number of features and options available. More resources for onboarding and a knowledge base for non-techies would be great.

Lead gen and scaling opportunities to reach ideal clients to offer solutions to their problems is the challenge for all businesses. BigMarker helps to give a professional and reliable experience to connect and reach a bigger audience consistently.

Bigmarker has now closed the gap to the leading provider of online Meeting software Zoom and providing the same functionalities like breakout rooms etc.. Furthermore Bigmarker excells with its strengh in the marketing area (quick polls, call to actions etc.)

As Bigmarker offers quite some configuration possibilities you need some time to configure as you like it. There is a little learning curve at the beginning until you have setup everything.

BigMarker is a great option for anyone who wants a complete webinar solution. They have an excellent user interface and offer many features. Webinars are easy to set-up in BigMarker. There are many features available which cover any kind of webinar you want to do. Along with their excellent user interface, their automation feature helps save time and allows for consistency of delivery and follow-up. The app is constantly updated, which suggests it's here for the long-term.

If you're new to webinars, you need to invest time to become familiar with the basics. Most times, connectivity is better when connected directly to a modem rather than using it via Wi-Fi, so this is something to be mindful of.

BigMarker allows me to offer online trainings without having to relying on live streaming software only. As I have gotten more familiar with the app, I'm saving time when offering trainings.

My favorite part of BigMarker is its development and customer support teams. They listen to their users and consistently update the platform to make it better. I also like how I can put it on auto-pilot, and it runs while I'm sleeping.

The only downside I think BigMarker has is its price tag. It's an expensive SaaS to invest in when you're a solopreneur like me and you ALL the bells and whistles. HOWEVER, I believe it's worth every penny because once you have it set up to run, it can bring you money in while you're sleeping. The tricky part is guessing how much of the service are you going to need and learning to grow with it as the income streams start coming in. The startup part was a little difficult to wrap my brain around. I was thinking, How can I use this tool to the BEST of its ability to bring in the most income possible.

I'm solving communication problems with BigMarker. One thing that really slows down webinars is having to stop talking or pause the presentation to take and answer questions. I really like how I can record an entire presentation beforehand, do a live introduction to it, then play it, and while it's playing, I'm can be active in the live chat answering quesitions. I don't have to pause the presentation or stop to read the questions. I think it helps everything run much smoother, and I think the audience really appreciates it as well.

I like the simplicity of use and the ability to quickly and easily set up and manage webinars and online presentations. Bigmarker is mature and has all of the necessary parts to successfully reach people through live webinar events and evergreen content.

Sometimes the sheer number of features can overwhelm and it takes time to learn all of the things that BIgmarker is capable of. I think more clear instruction might be helpful to ensure clients get the most from the software.

I need to run online events, presentations and seminars, with registrations, and bigmarker has made this easy for me to do. The process is uncomplicated and BM was one of the first webinar platforms that I actually enjoyed creating webinars on.

You can't pause when recording a webinar. In the beginning, (2 years ago), many students were unfamiliar with the platform.

We doubled the number of seats in our webinars and doubled the number of simultaneous webinars we can host, all at a lower price than GotoWebinar. Big Marker also integrated the payment and registration into one platform.

Very intuitive interface makes it super easy to use. Customer service is top notch.

I don't have a need for the channel, long-term video history components, so it would be nice if I could turn them off.
