I really love the user experience, user interface and the ease of getting started with creating webinars with Big Marker. Moreover, it is super versatile and feature rich, it has tons of different webinars from Automated to Live webinars to help convert the Top of Funnel traffic to more engaged audience and convert them.

It has a lot of features, sometimes I feel like I am not utilizing the platform in the best possible way, need a way to catch up with all the new feature releases.

Webinars are a great way to move customers down the funnel. However, creating, setting-up and running webinars can be a difficult task - until Big Marker enters the scene. Its super easy to use and we, webinar runners can focus on the content part of the webinar than the technical aspect of things.

Big Marker is an enterprise level tool that performs really well under the most strenuous situations. No matter what variable you throw at it: lots of people buying tickets at once, an impromptu meeting, video hosting, in demand webinar, anything

No cons worth noting but I always hope they keep improving their quality is video resolution and immersive features. Big marker is already an industry leader so it should stay innovate and not lose its market position

Big marker solves all problems related to remote work, online events and conference hosting and management. You can have 1-1 meetings or events with hundreds of people. This allows me to increase my professionalism and create an environment conducive to good content delivery

The focus is on webinars. You can tell that the company is focused on performing at an extremely high level regarding webinars. The ability to customize is also helpful and allows the user to create a better experience. It doesn't require a download, which is a huge help for retention.

The UI/UX isn't fabulous on the backend. The front end is good. It cannot be easy to navigate inside the menus as well. Additionally, the price could be better to allow for smaller business to get a larger plan.

Bigmarker is allowing my company to provide easy-to-access webinars related to our company and give our customers direct access to the clinicians. This helps with client retention as well as marketing.

I like products that have multiple features; one of my most favorite features is that any webinar can become an evergreen webinar, a course, or a summit.

It is sometimes too powerful and isn't as quick and simple as zoom, the set up can be a bit long if you want a simple webinar.

What we like most about the platform is that it's all inclusive and it also makes automated processes such as webinars more customizable without the difficulty of trying to figure out how to use it. It's extremely intuitive in the workflow is seamless and at the end of the day you just end up with a better product than a much better experience for the end users attending your events.

We would be excited to see more features roll out faster but that's primarily just because it's such a great product that we're excited to see development continue

Having a place where you can host your audience such as contacts etc and an environment where they can attend an automated event, that has true platform realism and an experience that doesn't get lost in translation.

Availability of features without thinking of paying extra, great customer supports, integration with other tools.

There is no end of development and integration to be done. Technology is still evolving, and it's good to keep up the integration efforts.

It's solving a big problem between parties, the communication gap. Easy to jump on a call, keep up the branding of your own and, in the end, get a great experience.

I love how easy it is to use, their landing pages, UI, virtual events, and the fact that I don't have to pay zoom anymore. I use bigmarker for my virtual meetings.

I haven't found much that I dislike. For the price, the features are all there and work fairly well.

Right now bigmarker is benefiting me because I will soon be hosting virtual events for real estate investing and I'll have everything I need to get it done.

The automation tools are top notch and the customisations options of the channel are fantastic

Oh my! I love the customizations of the platform! There are a good number making it easy to customize for various scenarios - making the tool very versatile! The platform is easy to use and the BigMarker team constantly makes improvements. The fact that you can use the platform for both webinars and meeting is such a convenience! The leadership of BigMarker is amazing! They are so responsive to their user base... I've not seen a more responsive team (and I've seen quite a lot of teams!) They take feedback very seriously and are very open to suggestions from their user base.

Honestly, there's really nothing I dislike. If there is anything you feel that can be improved upon, you simply bring it to the attention of the BigMarker team and they soon implement it if it makes sense! You really can't beat that. The platform is absolutely phenomenal!

It helps me with current clients as it is a very professional way to conduct meetings. For potential clients (prospects), it definitely helps me in creating that 'trust factor' which is essential in any business relationship. Really great features that have been well thought in implementation. The founder and team is responsive and reachable for issues and suggestions too. And one of the easiest ways for doing webinars over Facebook Lives and Evergreen webinars. I love the recent feature updates such as live webinar widgets to stream directly on our sites and webinar templates. These features make it super easy to setup workshops and events. And with World moving towards hybrid events, Bigmarker now also offers ways to manage it, could be through the new companian app, badges etc while also allowing us to track analytics and more for online events.

Even though on the expensive side, it isn't necessarily a con. The price is because of the features and customer support so it is definitely worth the price tag.

Knowledge sessions through webinars and meeting spaces. Once we get a hang of the features, it makes it super easy to create and manage webinars on a frequent basis. Best of all, it allows setting up automated webinars too - you will be able to create an automated flow of when your webinar begins when a popup offer shows up etc And now with the update of webhooks, we are able to send out the right info from Bigmarker to other tools to nurture attendees and the audience

I wanted to tell you how much I love using the Bigmarker tool for my webinars and online events. The simplicity of it is perfect for me! It's been a true life-saver and I'm so glad I found this tool.

There is nothing special that I don't like. For me it does what I need it to do and it suits me perfectly.

It was really easy to book the webinar and it only took me about 15 minutes to set up. I do not have any of the technical knowledge of setting up a webinar and BigMarker really helped simplify the process. The turnout was incredible and we reached many customers with this tool.

Issues occasionally come up as with any SaaS or Webinar platform, but the BigMarker support team ROCKS and always works to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.

Creating a webinar, whether Live, Recorded, or Evergreen, helps to share my message with my tribe in a way that is easy for them to consume. With the recent feature addition of Studio, now my webinars can look even more professional with elements such as lower thirds and other overlays.

It's hard to say what I liked the best, but I did like the fact they they would calculate and optimize the webinar or live streaming even with not-so-great connectivity. Plus, one can run a webinar alone since it is so easy to use and has all the right features you'll need in any situation.

There's not much that I don't like, but there is room for improvement. For example, it could be a little easier to use, especially when the user is not trying to run an entire webinar.

BigMarker is not only solving the apparent audio/video streaming. There are many alternatives out there. But, BigMarker knows what their customers want and need. It goes beyond just adding every feature a customer asks for. They have truly perfected every element of building a solid platform. They only add features that will make the user's life easier and also thought about how to implement them.

I have been using BigMarker for 3+ years and plan to continue using BigMarker for many years for teaching. BigMarker is rich in features, and easy to use interface. My students also love the UI because they told me they got bored of the competitor's user interfaces.

The support for non-English language is still improving. Many fancy features on the video including marquee and highlighted comment, does not display non-English characters well. The BigMarker team has been notified and working to fix it.

BigMarker provides a reliable webinar platform and cloud recording. I can trust BigMarker that I can use the recording for the online teaching afterwards. Another highlight feature for me is that it integrates with email marketing platform I am using. The webinar registrants are sent to record in the email marketing list available for marketing team right away.

The learning curve! Which is really, me being lazy... BigMarker is a complete tool and you need to learn all the features, therefore, you will need to spend some time to know all the ins and outs.

BigMarker is the best definition of an all-in-one solution. It is robust and very rich when it comes to features. Since I run different businesses, I use it to facilitate webinars but also for online training.

BigMarker provides a great platform for hosting webinars and online events. The staggering amount of features makes it an incredibly versatile platform. Although lead generation is my main interest, I can see how others would run their online events on it, as BigMarker is filled to the brim with features. Interestingly enough, for the amount of available features, the platform seems quite intuitive in its use. This makes it perfect for both beginners as well as seasoned pros. (I must admit that I haven't yet explored everything the platform has to offer. I'm sure it requires a bit more know-how the deeper you go.)

The Ux could use and upgrade, and more native CRM and email integrations. Its A big Bad Beast of software it can get technical for the rookie but you learn by doing!!

I can just open up my Big marker and easily find all of my projects or open up big marker a Golive almost instantly. I love that I can easily switch between projects and that I can also file new ones. I also love that I can easily move my work to a shared folder that I can access from my phone.

I love the meeting room! I use it to do small groups, team meetings, client meetings, and virtual vip days!

I love Bigmarker, but sometimes cloud recording can be finicky.

Super reliable video platform with high quality image and audio for my meetings and webinars.

I love the many options BigMarker offers in order to customize the software exactly to my needs. For example the evergreen webinar automations with custom timestamps and offers being populated automatically or using polls within your webinar. Also the integration to Slack makes it easy to handle chat messages without even being there directly.

The options are sometimes confusing as you have too many and it might be hard finding the setting that you are looking for.

BigMarker helps with an outstanding webinar platform with lots of different possibilities. It covers all the webinar needs that someone might have and it has a fantastic API which is a big plus for us.
