The platform is reliable. It has a rich functionality. There are possibilities to create live, on-demand, automated and evergreen webinars. Even live streaming is possible.

Because of the rich and extended functionality it takes quite some time to set up the first webinar. Fortunately it is possible to copy these settings to new webinars.

It supports me with conducting interactive webinars and masterclasses. This provides new leads and strengthens relations with prospects and clients.

The amount of features and reliability are the top feature!

There are two things that make this software stand above the rest; yes the software is clientless like others, however the quality and ease at which an admin can set up an event, and the ease for attendees is what makes BigMarker the winner for me and my business.

Creating hybrid/virtual events is not in the base license but rather an add-on (that's too bad), it would be much better for customers to have everything included in a single license without a "buy-up"

Creating and hosting webinars and virtual events has always been a struggle, especially with platforms that require a client to be downloaded and installed on a customer's workstation. BigMarker's clientlless platform makes it easy to start and share a hybrid or virtual event knowing that the customer will be able to participate.

I love being able to schedule my events, send the recordings automatically, and be able to analyze everything that happened within my event with all the reports I have access to.

It has been complicated due to costs, obtaining the version of hybrid events and white label, I wish that those functionalities were closer to my possibilities, everything else looks great to me.

At the beginning I had problems to be able to make events or webinars due to the lack of a mature, reliable and easy to use tool, I came up with BigMarker and I realized that it gives me everything I need to be able to make events, register my attendees and analyze everything. what happens around my event

There are many features good features inside BigMarker, like: - Polls & quizzes - Q&A with upvoting - Call to action popups - Whiteboard - Room customization and much more!!!

BigMarker helps me generate more leads for my agency, as well as promoting unique and exclusive content to more qualified users.

I can use BigMarker as the only software/service to create all my multimedia content: courses, social, training, coaching, ads, ... all of it!

No downsides - the company keeps upgrading the service to add features which keep it competitive - even market leading.

The big problem BigMarker solves for me is to permit live and evergreen production without requiring separate services or exorbitant add-on fees.

I have used a lot of webinar tools. I tried out so many to find the right one. BigMarker is BY FAR the best tool on the market. It is so powerful, does everything you need it to do. It looks great, and is appealing for the user and it always delivers. After using so many bad webinar tools, I was honestly skeptical but I just love BigMarker and strongly recommend it for all.

The only minor note is that I would love to customize the landing pages more. It's not that the landing pages are bad - they aren't, they get the job done. I'd just like more customization. But beyond that, everything is great.

BigMarker can be overwhelming at first, and like any other software, you have to be patient and figure out the best use cases for your needs.

The number of possibilities can be overwhelming initially, and you want to use them all. It needs some learning, and it is worth it.

My experience with BM has been amazing! It is so easy to use, & it has been a great time saver. Implementation is pretty straightforward, & it only took 1-2 tutorial videos to get the grip of it. In the team, I've taught my colleagues how to create webinars on the platform & it was a smooth ride for them too. As an edtech co, this has also been extremely helpful in increasing the attendance numbers for all of our students by playing automated webinars which look live on the front end.

I can't think of anything that's a con, they've covered almost everything I wish I had in other tools. However, if they cover remote screen access control, that would be great.

Prior to Bigmarker, we had to to host each of the webinar, one by one which was a massive consumption of time but the ability to host pre-recorded video which looks live on the front end is a big time saver for us.

BigMarker offers everything necessary for virtual gatherings and livestreaming events. From the landing pages to the live studio to the live chat, everything is well developed too.

The platform offers a lot of options when setting up your events so there is a bit of a learning curve before you get a full grasp of everything you're setting up.

There aren't that many affordable + trustworthy + stable online video streaming event platforms out there, to be honest. Even some of BigMarker's big competitor platforms don't offer the same robust features, often requiring multiple different services to get everything BigMarker offers.

My experience is that it allows me to have all the resources to facilitate a webinar, from making the landing page, programming invitation emails, reminder and webinar post. You can also do an evergreen webinar. With all this I do not need other complementary tools to facilitate webinars

BigMaker is a very complete tool for conducting webinars, therefore, it has many options and the learning curve to get the most out of it can take a bit of time.

BigMarker is a fully-mature product that has many features to help you hold webinars, client meetings, and even stream. My favorite tool is the meeting room where I can start up a meeting with someone that's frictionless for the person I'm meeting with.

BigMarker has a lot of features, so it will take time to get accustomed to the software platform. However, it is better to have to learn a lot of features than it is to be missing features.

BigMarker gives me a tool that enables me to reach a wide array of people. I can hold a webinar and reach many people at once or I can just activate my meeting room and deal with a person one-on-one. The flexibility is great.

It's pretty simple to use but also really powerful. We use it for webinars, meetings, and podcast recording. The support team is also amazing and gets back to you very quickly.

Only issue is when creating webinars, you have upload different image sizes for the main webinar page and the social media share. It would be better if it just adjusted the one image you upload.

It's allowed us to do webinars and podcast recording pretty quickly all in one platform. The webinar tools are great as well, including live polls and the fact that you can pre-schedule polls or documents to be automatically sent to attendees during a webinar.

Its comprehensive suite of features allows me to fully automate my webinars and create an amazing experience for my audience. I can improve the attendance rate by several rounds of reminders. I can ensure the security of my webinar room thanks to a range of settings. I can design the landing pages, emails, widgets, and video players for it to reflect my brands. And the best thing is I can create a template for all that so I can reuse it next time. A very well thought out software! I am amazed each time I use it, over the last 4 years now.

Nothing. It has a learning curve, and may discourage some people at first. But it is worth it to complete the process which has been designed for user's success. Maybe some tutorial videos or monthly webinars will help beginners to start off more easily.

That's right - there's no need to leave the house (or even move around!) as I have everything I need right here on their website: Design beautiful landing pages for webinars, virtual & hybrid events, virtual whiteboards, produce broadcast-quality video content with their professional streaming studio, live stream to YouTube, Facebook or any RTMP url, customize my video player with my own branding, record and reuse online courses, live streams, and virtual meetings, Summit creation, catch information and drive activity by implanting polls, handouts, Q&A, and offers into my video player. It allows me to push the captured information to my favorite CRM, great analytics and much more!

It is effortless to use and has a lot of customization options to choose from. Our favorite thing about this system is that no software needs to be downloaded to be used as either a host or an attendee.

It's so each to build a whole course in one day! The customer service is second to none - they are super friendly and helpful and there is a very quick response time. I love the look of it for the customer experience. It has a lot of great features and the landing pages are also nice.

The fact that it's not a full CRM with the option to set up your whole email list inside Big Marker - if that were the case I would change over to Big Marker and use it more frequently, and it doesn't integrate with Convertkit - which is the (very popular, value for money) email software I use.

Somewhere to store all my learning materials in the one place, and I have the option of building out landing pages and collecting payments through Big Marker (although I haven't use that funciton yet). I've realised I could ALMOST run my whole business in the one place. That's a huge benefit.

My favourite feature of BigMarker is its automated email automation system to remind participants of the upcoming webinar and the link to the conference room. I don't have to set up email reminders on a separate email newsletter platform. There are also features to automate promotional offers, polls, and video recording as webinars on-demand.

My pet peeves are that the video recording can take quite a long while to be processed and ready for viewing and download. It would have been great if there was at least an ETA stated on where the video recording would be ready.

An alternative video conferencing tool to Zoom which everyone is used to but is limited to 40 minutes usage on the free tier. The other main usage is conducting online training with clients.

If you're just starting out, their lowest tier doe not have a time limit, unlike other competitors with a 1 hr or 2 hr cap per webinar. It's a great way to start using a professional webinar software with ease of use for both you and attendees. Big Marker is a no-brainer for online coaches, course creators, and clinicians. As a health coach and course creator myself, I've tried the other platforms. Most of them are confusing to setup, or have too many "add-ons" they want you to buy, or put limits on the things you actually need. Big Marker is what I recommend to all my friends and colleagues.

You have to upgrade to the second tier (elite) to access evergreen webinars, which are an important part of lead generation for most online coaches and course creators. However, if you sell just one course for $199 each month, it's paid for. Let me tell you, if Big Marker doesn't 10x-20x your course or coaching sales once you've implemented Evergreen Webinar funnel, you're doing it wrong! Best investment when you are ready to make the jump to 5-10K months!

Even at the lowest tier, you can have a pop-up offer that sells your course, coaching package, book, supplement, or whatever you choose. It's a great way to even monetize old presentations you created elsewhere. Just import them & add the CTA and watch the money come in.

I used to run my courses on Zoom, but I find the interface a bit hard to deal with—it's hard to find the controls & the recordings end up being different sizes because I may resize my windows to an undesirable proportion etc. The point is: Bigmarker resolves all of these issues with a very clean interface where everything could be easily found! The connection is very stable & it's extremely easy to run each class. The support team is always very responsive too! -- 2022 March Update: I have been consistently using Bigmarker since that initial review, and it's proven to be an indispensable tool for my teaching. The platform is extremely reliable, professional-looking, and easy to use for my students who are not guaranteed to be tech-savvy. I am so happy that I have finally found a reliable Sass for my courses.

If I really have to pick one, I'd say the attendance lock could be improved. I would like to prevent the same user from showing up twice, but the current mechanism prevents two entries instead of two concurrent attendances. This means if a user is having technical issues and refreshes the page, he/she may get locked out. This is really unfortunate and means for the time being, but as you can see—this is really nitpicking as I'm so happy with everything else.

I can easily use Bigmarker to run classes of all sizes. My plan allows me to teach up to 200 people & the availability of webcast mode means the quality of my webinar isn't compromised when I have so many attendees. I need a reliable service to conduct my online classes, and Bigmarker is just perfect for that!

BigMarker is super flexible in the way you can use it, from live calls to webinars to evergreen content. Also, it is super easy to set it up with other systems and integrate it with all the other services you are using. Live support is almost always on and always helpful!

Not much to dislike here. Really. I like what they do and how they do it and I can always recommend their services.

Great feature set, really jampacked and very customisable. Still the whole interface both back-end and front-end is very clean logical. Every part of BigMarker is clearly well thought through. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into the UX. Support is top notch. Always short response time, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. What is more, BigMarker is in constant development, ever improving, with new killer features.
