Not being particularly good at setting up complex software, I found BigMarker brilliant and love using it because of this. I love the included features as they enable me to connect with my audience and provide resources and sell from the webinar easily.
The only grip I have is related to the wifi capacity that is needed. I was struggling as my wifi supplier couldn't provide the level required to ensure that BigMarker worked. Since changing suppliers, this problem is now resolved.
BigMarker enables me to reach a large audience easily and provides a perfect platform for me to teach and sell to prospective customers. As a consequence, my income has increased since using BigMaker.
i like the ease to set up a webinar very fast.
An integration with Sendinblue would be appreciated
Working with my team and customers in Remote
It is a robust and feature-rich platform. I use BigMarker daily as my virtual office space when meeting with clients 1:1. When I want to set up one-time live webinars or recordings on-demand, it handles it all from A to Z. Customized landing pages, reminder emails, integrations with many other tools, and, of course, a highly customized webinar experience.
BigMarker does require slightly more bandwidth than Zoom, so be sure to check your upload speeds before going live. It's easy to feel overwhelmed with the number of available features. I recommend starting with the basics and slowly adding integrations and features once you're comfortable with the platform.
I don't need a separate tool to set up landing pages for event registrations. I can use BigMarker to allow subscribers to access a single or a series of recorded videos. I can connect registrations to my CRM for segmenting and follow-up.
You don't need to download any software. Bigmarker also allows everything to happen in a browser for both host and attendees. They also have a lot of webinar features but what i like the most is how easy to setup an automated webinar either one time session or an evergreen that happens around the clock.
so far, everything is working fine, but if there is one thing that is more themes for the landing pages, and their mobile app needs work
Bigmarker allows us to conduct seminars virtually and still have the effectiveness when we are doing face to face session
Easy to setup a webinar. Many options (live, webcast, evergreen, summit/series...). Very reliable.
Not much. Except that sometimes it requires large bandwidth to work properly.
Easily communicate and share content and training with my audience and customers.
New features are continuously added making it the best platform for webinars. The ones I like best is the automation, the integration, and the flexibility of choosing between live webinar, recurring webinar, on-demand webinar, and evergreen webinar.
While it integrates with a payment processor like Stripe and a payment gateway like Thrivecart, it does not integrate yet with Indonesian payment gateways making it difficult to have a direct monetization for my local audience.
Bigmarker solves the hassle of choosing the best webinar that serves our organization's needs. Polls, surveys, and even lucky draws can be easily added to a webinar.
I love that there a variety of webinar types I can run- live, evergreen, on demand, and 24/7.
I cannot think of anything that I dislike. Honestly, it is such a great webinar platform.
I am solving the problem of content marketing for my audience and customers. I have seen an increase in audience loyalty and revenue using Big Marketer
The software is straightforward to use, has tonnes of features at a great price, and the support is excellent. We have used this for webinars up to just under 1000 attendees, and there is no download for our guests / registered users to install.
The only thing we believe is missing is to see the pointers on the screen; you can draw arrows and shapes, but it would be nice to use a pointer when showcasing the built-in presentations and videos facilities, especially when presenting a map.
Online meetings and webinars, we provide online and hybrid events for a plethora of international clients who trade on the world stock markets. Big Marker is reliable, and the support is excellent.
They say a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link and for most marketing campaigns that weakest link is trying to integrate applications. With BM I can record, host, practice my workshops in the same application that I am creating the landing pages and taking payment. All recordings are available to those who purchased them AND I can accept post-workshop payments as well.
There's a learning curve. 1-1 meetings still work best on zoom. (full disclosure, I haven't tried in several months) The problem was always an apparent bandwidth issue - video and audio lags - that couldn't be explained by my technical setup or the attendees's.
The problem with hosting a workshop using a stand alone product like goto webinar or zoom is that you need to create a landing page and a process to collect payment and then create emails to remind registrants to attend and figure out how to get any worksheets to them.... With BM all those steps are automated.
Ease of use and all the features to make an awesome presentation
There is nothing to dislike about BigMarker
