This application has enabled us to left an impression on our customers in terms of campaigns and which ultimately helps us to grab more customers and enhance our production. This application has unique interface which is easily configured and you can easily get started without any trainings. Along with this it is very reliable to use and we can easily modify our campaigns by adding more videos and links from different software, which it is integrated with. This tool has helped in bring our idea into reality.

We did not face any issue so far right from it purchasing to its installation and use. it is very friendly application, having cost controlled and quality composed features. It is integrated with Mailchimp, Salesforce, drip, Hub spot etc that allow us to share data across those platforms and provide us easy launching of the products across those platforms.

It has provided me ease in generating the emails to variety of customers through its automation tools and gives me the crystal clear idea about all my activities in short it is very good in report generation. For me this tool is a blessing product.

Its page design so complete and authentic, different and very striking, easily attracts the attention of users to be able to carry out an optimal communication, which produces a highly positive impact to be able to establish high profile communication processes that can easily sustain a programmatic stability thanks to its full and easy to use interface, where you can easily manage your programming by fully understanding how your system works, to be able to perform the largest business jobs by the hand of bigmarker software.

With my use of bigmarker I can do operational work of very good range, to have the tools of seminar and integration of digital conferences together with a business management of last generation, having a novel software, but of him I do not like his system of data analysis and some options of his design of page, which I find little effective and not so adapted for a program as good as this one, where there should exist a systematic restructuring of his software to correct these faults in his programming.

What I like most about BigMarker is the wide variety of uses it has, from corporate training, webinars, or consulting. It is a versatile and simple tool. Another feature that I like is its support, which is quick to answer and friendly. Also, video conferencing has really stable audio and video.

The only thing I dislike is that it is a really expensive product compared to other options on the market, however, all the functions that BigMarker has are not provided by other video conferencing platforms.

My organization has been a customer of BigMarker for some time and we are really satisfied with the features of this product. We can easily conduct webinars to provide information about the progress of our business processes to our partners.

It has plans with balanced prices according to the number of participants. With BigMarker you can create different types of Webinar, but without a doubt the most interesting thing is that it is compatible with Facebook and YouTube to broadcast live. You can also record meeting rooms for later listening. It also integrates very well with applications like Dropbox.

Sometimes guests do not receive email notifications, especially if their email provider is Outlook.

I am in charge of the projects schedule of my company, so I use BigMarker to attend and organize meetings of the project advances or developments in general that are presented to us. With this software we experienced advantages of virtual meetings, so we significantly improve our productivity and also strengthen relationships as a team. It was also great that this platform allowed us to record meetings.

BigMarker is very easy to use with a nice modern, clean interface. I found it really easy to get going quickly as the UI is very intuitive.

I wasn't 100% sure about the pricing versus features as there were quite a few to choose from, but it's really configurable for your needs and once you understand it, it means you can buy what you need so you can control your costs effectively.

Quick and easy access to host meetings as well as recurring webinars that I couldn't do previously - love it!

Price/features are superior to the other big webinar platforms. The fact that it doesn't require a software download to participate is a big win for less technical users, as well as corporate users who are locked down. Evergreen webinars are also great.

I wish it had a desktop client for hosts.

The other webinar platforms cost a fortune every month to have more than 100 attendees. Plus we often have problems with employees at large enterprises being unable to attend because of applications being blocked

We like the ease of use including the setup. It is all straight forward and the quality of the webinars in terms of video and audio has always been impeccable. I also like the fact that you don't need an app so there are no barriers of entry to the webinar. Support is one of the best in the industry. We have tested a lot of the "so called" leaders in the industry but none of them have convinced them given the pricing and the quality delivered .

there is not a lot to dislike. Maybe the translations to other languages could be improved. If anything is not working well, support is there almost 24/7 and we have never had a case that couldn't be solved.

The main drawback I found is that the customer service is not always friendly.

It’s always clear what I need to do in order to achieve a desired result, and it was very easy to set up for the first time. I got an email with a unique link followed concise on-screen prompts to download small, unobtrusive client software, and before I knew it I was in the meeting! There are helpful text bubble callouts that highlight things I can do, based on what’s happening in the meeting or where I’m positioning my mouse.

Can’t think of anything to dislike about this off the top of my head. There have been times when someone speaking had a bad connection, but I think the situation would have been the same if we were using another conferencing solution. A weak connection is going to affect quality no matter what tool one uses. I

We mainly use this tool for webinars that have hundreds of participants. It seems to support that load really well, and has a lot of nice features for that situation. The meeting organizer can mute everyone, then unmute people selectively for Q&A. You can "raise your hand" or type questions into the chat box. You can send messages to specific people also if you need something that’s not relevant to the entire audience.

The main dislike of Bigmarker is it has bugs and it lags somewhat but the privacy and encryption is nice and the main dislike if the lags and bugs which delays the meeting times and joining time of attendies.

Sometimes there can be some lag with the live webinars. I believe they have resolved a lot of these issues with updates, but sometimes the audio and video doesn't line up.

I'm no expert, I love how easy it works. I can quickly add polls, handouts, or switch screens with making it complicated. The quality of the broadcast is insane good. I haven't met anything yet that beats this. The functions are crazy: live broadcast to Facebook, Youtube and other channels. But also the webinar features (evergreen, automated, always 24/7 on, etc.) are great too!

The translation could be done better. Not all fields can be translated to my native language (dutch). This can be a big problem for those who don't speak English. I am also missing a 24 hours clock (currently have to use AM/PM which is uncommon in The Netherlands). Last but not least: the functions can be overwhelming and I believe this can be fixed with a better UI of the menu. that said: I am very happy with all the functions!

This is my go-to webinar software as of 2019. I have tried multiple webinar software solutions, but some are so expensive (and have a terrible UI) and others are cheap and don't meet the quality I am looking for.

This web platform has been the primary tool used for client-facing webinars during the "at home" phase. A strong system allowing for a powerful presenter view showing tools like polls, questions, and calls to action that someone can push out to viewers during a webinar. It also has good capabilities for multiple speakers/presenters.

Although there are many tools at hand for presenters, you need a second person available to utilize these during a presentation seamlessly.

You will be given a dedicated support team who are friendly, helpful, and responsive through a number of communication methods. A dedicated communication channel was set up between our internal staff and our BigMarker support team on Slack - we were, therefore, able to direct questions to specific people, continue messages in threads and this method ensured speedy responses. We gave as much feedback as we could, which the team really seemed to take onboard and proactively look to improve. We held two events which were 5 or 6 months apart and could really notice the improvements in that period.

Some bugs prevent some functionality, but the continual development team takes all feedback and improvements are clearly noticeable from one event to the next. We found it difficult to get the level of desired engagement through the expo hall we created, but it's possible that this is also at least partly down to the users as our community is comprised of people with very busy work schedules/

I am very impressed by its user interface, since it is worth mentioning that it maintains fantastic characteristics in its great majority, both visually and the speed it acquires once we need to search and know certain points that we don't understand for sure, about the functionalities of this software, since it is quite intuitive, mentioning that its graphics and illustrations, are totally incredible in each of their senses, being one of the qualities that I like the most about this digital server, highlighting that its price is understandable and low, in exchange for great functions.

It would be really wise and very useful that this software will integrate a white label offer, to be able to integrate them to each one of the web sites that we acquire, so as not to present problems of any type, when the members of each organization, must register for the first time, without excluding that another quality of an exorbitant importance, is that this system, allows to transmit different web seminars, in multiple social networks, for a greater flexibility, communication and sale.

My experience with this platform has been satisfactory, however sometimes I have to resize the image to get better performance, since not all images change their size automatically. At first when we started with bigmarker we had quality problems. Video since it was of very poor quality but they have improved little by little so I really have not had a big problem with bigmarker since it is one of the cheapest and most efficient in its field
