Bigmarker es la solución más completa para muchas cosas que utilizamos en nuestro día a día: cursos, webinars, tanto en directo como programados, video conferencias y muchas otras funcionalidades más. Además engloba todas las herramientas necesarias para sacarle el máximo partido a estas actuaciones a nivel de marketing.
No es algo molesto pero como puntos a mejorar sería la estabilidad de la conexión y que requiere de una conexión a internet muy fuerte y alta compatibilidad de las última sversiones de navegador para que vaya fluido, pero como digo no es algo excesivamente molesto.
Los problemas que nos resuelve es que integra muchísimas soluciones en una sola, sobre todo en lo relativo a webinars, aunque también tenemos envío de emails, cursos online, landing pages...etc
The ease of setting up a webinar, the varied options available, and the excellent user experience for my clients make this a no-brainer tool for live webinars, evergreen webinars, small meetings and hybrid events.
My only frustration with BigMarker is that because there are no applications to download, I cannot create a local recording of my broadcast. So if I have connectivity issues (it has happened), I do not get a local recording to fallback on. This one disadvantage is offset by the numerous amazing features and excellent performance of this tool.
I would not call it a problem, but I use BigMarker for webinars, live workshops, and small meetings. I don't even fully utilize all of the options available to me. The user experience is fantastic, and my clients love it.
Big Marker has everything I need to run my webinars. Once set up I know everyone subscribing will get the reminders and their own unique links. Webinars are smooth and easy to manage. The system has all the bells and whistles and is a wonderful additional support for my business. Customer service is amazing, they're knowledgeable and go the extra mile.
It can take time to learn the system as there is so much available, so set up can take longer than expected. But I simply copy the previous webinar and switch out the details, easy peasy.
Being able to offer webinars and live events has been a great way to reach my audience. I can teach, share my expertise, communicate with my followers live in an intimate and private space, get immediate feedback, and guide them to their next step in my business.
There is no download needed to join, and the connections are away working flawlessly. We use the software daily, and it never lets us down.
The tool is a bit pricey, but not more than all the others in the webinar space, so the value for money is still acceptable.
We use the tool daily for webinars, but they recently added virtual & hybrid events, soon will also give those options a try, to see the tool grow and develop like this is essential to me.
The ability to start a webinar or meeting with a client or my audience quickly without the need to download any apps is work the price of BigMarker alone! Wonderful product than works fantastically well.
The ability to better customise landing pages could be improved.
Serving my audience has become so much easier and the number of different types of webinars or meetings I can conduct is exceptional.
Bigmarker's customisation features are the best in the market. I love the user interface and event management features too.
Over sophistication at places can be toned down.

Well, at first, it didn't offer what some competitors had with regards to webinar styles and features (evergreen, series). But now, it's right there with the competition. It has everything I need in 1 place.
BigMarker is helping me Scale my business by getting my services out there to larger groups whereas before, I could only deliver enough workshops & seminars and I could do myself. But with BigMarker, my Group Coaching Offerings as well as my Corporate Support Offerings have really grown.
Big Marker allows me to create and manage great webinars and fully brand the experience from emails to the studio.
The only suggestion I'd have is adding more direct integrations with other software.
I was looking for an easy to manage webinar software enabling me to maintain my brand while creating incredible experiences for participants.
Functionality. It's one of the best webinar software I've used. It is still being updated to newer functions. Facebook livestream and HeySummit integration are great. So are support and video manuals.
There is only one thing. Some Polish fonts. But it does not matter.
I am making webinars and streaming to Facebook. I thinkk BigMarker is not only a webianr. It's a all in one marketing webinar software.
I love that BigMarker is a web-based platform that doesn't require participants to download an app to enjoy the full feature stack. I love the steady streaming signal quality. I also love the all-in-one feel for the tool for registration capture and post-webinar follow-up.
The platform's UI is not as intuitive as I would like. But this is a personal preference and doesn't interfere with the performance and my overall delight with the platform.
I'm now able to simplify the set-up and management of webinars as a lead generation tool. Having an all-in-one platform that doesn't require multiple integrations with other apps to create a workable ecosystem, which is a huge value and a cost savings.
