Brevo Transactional Email is a powerful and affordable transactional email service that offers a variety of features and benefits. Here are some of the things I like best about it: Affordability: Brevo's pricing structure is based on the number of emails you send, rather than the size of your contact list. This makes it a great option for businesses of all sizes, especially those with large contact lists. Ease of use: Brevo is very easy to use, even for beginners. The drag-and-drop email editor makes it easy to create professional-looking emails, and the automation features allow you to send personalized emails to your customers at the right time. Features: Brevo offers a variety of features that are specifically designed for transactional emails, such as: Dedicated IP addresses: Brevo offers dedicated IP addresses, which can help to improve your delivery rates and reputation. Email templates: Brevo provides a variety of email templates that you can use to create your own transactional emails. Automation: Brevo's automation features allow you to send personalized emails to your customers based on their behavior, such as when they sign up for your account or make a purchase. Overall, Brevo Transactional Email is a great option for businesses of all sizes that need to send high-volume transactional emails. In addition to the above, I also like that Brevo offers a free plan with generous limits, making it a good option for businesses that are just starting out. Brevo is also constantly adding new features and improvements, which shows that the company is committed to providing its customers with the best possible experience.
As an early-stage business, I have no complaints. It's perfect for my current needs.
Deliverability: Early-stage businesses often have difficulty getting their transactional emails delivered to their inbox. Brevo has a high deliverability rate, so businesses can be confident that their customers will receive their important messages. Scalability: Early-stage businesses need to be able to scale their email marketing efforts quickly and easily. Brevo's platform is scalable, so businesses can send as many transactional emails as they need without worrying about performance or reliability. Affordability: Early-stage businesses often have limited budgets. Brevo's pricing is affordable, so businesses can get the benefits of a reliable transactional email service without breaking the bank.
Flawless Deliverability: Brevo's deliverability rate is simply exceptional. Whether I'm sending transactional emails, order confirmations, or important notifications to my customers, I can trust that Brevo will reliably deliver them to the intended recipients' inboxes. This has significantly improved my customer engagement and satisfaction, as they receive timely and accurate communications from my business.
Pricing Structure: While the features and performance of Brevo are commendable, the pricing structure could be more transparent and flexible. It would be beneficial for users to have more options when it comes to selecting plans that cater to their specific needs. Additionally, clearer information about pricing tiers, volume limits, and any additional charges would help users make informed decisions.
Reliable Email Delivery: One of the most critical challenges in business communication is ensuring that important emails reach their intended recipients. Brevo Transactional Email tackles this problem with outstanding deliverability rates, ensuring that my transactional emails, order confirmations, and notifications reliably reach customers' inboxes. This reliability has improved customer satisfaction, reduced the risk of missed communications, and enhanced overall engagement with my target audience.
I like the ability to choose my pricing levels based on how many emails are sent versus how many contacts I have in my account. Just because there are 20,000+ emails in my account does not mean that I send an email campaign out to all of those addresses every month.
The only thing I have found that I dislike is navigating the Stats of an email campaign. It took me a while to find exactly what I was looking for based on using other email services. I have been learning and am starting to find what I need.
Building campaigns that fit my clients' needs and sending them to the number of clients that they have. They have a variety of clients and need to segment who they send emails to. Some campaigns can go to all, while others need to be trimmed down to those that fit the campaign the best.
ease of use, it has all the functions I was looking for, my language is present (Italian), excellent value for money.
For the moment I have found everything I need
newsletter management, sales by mail, up sell by mail
I am a brand new business owner and had no idea what I was doing. I am following a course on email marketing, and every time I moved to the next step, send-in-blue had a solution for me. Some email service providers only have bits and pieces, but send-in-blue has them all. Key features I love -I have forms all over my site that I created and customized in Send-in-Blue that automatically get people onto my email list. -Creating email flows after a customer joins or purchases an item can be confusing. This platform has a fantastic way of helping you visually organize email orders. You can change and adjust so many different rules. I didn't realize this until I tried another provider and they had nothing similar, and it was much more challenging to get an email flow going. -As you create the email, there are so many customizations available. They have tons of templates, but you can also create your own or use past emails as a template. -Customer service is fabulous. They respond quickly and have helped me work out all of my issues very quickly.
I feel like it is pretty expensive. I pay $270 per year, and that is just hard to stomach! This is the reason I've tried other providers. I have a Podia account for my course, and they offer email marketing, but their product is so far inferior I decided to stick with send-in-blue. I wish the price was lower, but I can't find anything else that does everything I need it to (or close), so I am sticking here.
They help me build my email list and organize the different subscribers into lists. I am then able to send out weekly emails to my customers. This is beneficial becasue I now have a list of people that want to hear what I have to say and are more willing to become customers.

If you are sending out many email announcements, you need a service like Sendinblue to get them out without being slammed as a spammer. I started with the Free plan to test it out, and I am impressed. This is a great way to get started for small sites looking to grow. A huge advantage of email campaigns that are well managed is that you sidestep the Nazi-like suppression with social media sites. While configuring the free service, I wrote for support and explained my business model. The response was timely, and the support tech read and addressed my questions perfectly. For me, support is critical, and if their support for the free plan is this good, then I know I'm good to go with a paid plan because their rates are truly affordable and ideal for little guys with big dreams. You only have to buy what you need instead of getting a plan for a bigger company with an oversized fee.
So far, I have not found anything I dislike, but some better instructional videos would be helpful.
When I explained my business model, they told me how to use their service best. When someone takes the time to read your request, that kind of service is a huge benefit.
Many features and is very easy to use. Great pricing. We previously had MailChimp and pricing got out of hand. Found SendInBlue and have been very impressed.
Nothing so far. Everything is working as expected.
Helping us stay in budget with the features we need.
