Browse AI was super easy to use and opened up a lot of opportunities for us to aggregate information that would have taken us months to develop.

None so far... and all issues we faced were resolved by their support team in a timely manner.

I am a UIPath user, and choose Browse.AI to retrieve structured information from different websites with low coding and low maintenance. For me, the primary benefits are; 1) No need to program selectors, and update them, to retrieve information from predefined URLs. This is quite time-consuming in UIPath. 2) Great REST API connections make it easy for me to use the information captured in a workflow - or post it into a database. Also provides solid documentation for this. 3) Helpful support: Ardy and his colleagues are very helpful with technical questions - and help me solve technical issues. Also gave me lots of free credits to be able to build a solution, and test it properly, before management approval. 4) Favorable pricing scheme: You can subscribe for as little as a month - this makes it easy to try the solution without having to commit for a whole year, and easier to convince management.

Some websites are difficult to retrieve information from, and therefore require attention from Browse.AI support to work. I also would like more endpoints on the monitoring API, which currently lacks some functionality.

It's very easy to use with help from the Chrome extension. This is the easiest program I've ever used

I would like to track the data from the popular real estate website in my local area. However, none of the RSS feed generators work. I have no way to track the data except visit the website every 30 minutes. But with Browse Ai. it helps track all the changes and emails them to me.

For my needsit was perfect, I found it was super easy and helpful to extract data from the platform.

High price point, especially for the monthly plans, but the software does make your life alot easier.

Ease of data extraction

I liked its easy data extraction and data monitoring. It uses AI to sort and identify relevant data from the website making it easier to get the get rather than manual work of copy-pasting. It doesn't require coding and the data is directly fed into the excel sheet that is easy to share and use.

It has competitive pricing. Not free completely. One thing I didn't like was that it doesn't give the option to deselect or remove any part of the selected part of the website while generating the dataset. It chooses automatically and we have to remove a few things in the end in the CSV file to make it as desired.

It minimalizes the job of copy-pasting and making a dataset. It uses AI to detect relevant data lists and helps in reducing the time to create a dataset. All of it is done by this. It is pretty fast and has great integrations to connect the data furthur.

I have used quite some scraping tools, all of which have their own merits. Where browse.ai shines is however in the easy and no-code way to build custom scrapers on any website. It not only provides money and time savings but also allows for spontaneity and flexibility by not having to brief any developer and being able to do adaptations yourself on the fly. They also provided great support when I needed, were very responsive to my requests and didn't hesitate to jump on calls to help me with the proper setup and fix issues. That is how SaaS should work, not only easy and well documented BUT setup the business model in such a way that it allows for hands-on support when needed. People have enough stress solving all kinds of issues, so the service is a great part of the value proposition. Other SaaS companies could take an example from these guys.

I understand the complexity and dynamic of such a tool. It's own nature makes it so that it may need more maintenance than other tools. While I am well aware of it, others may not be. Also, there should be alternatives provided whenever something breaks or is temporarily unstable, such as - a more basic scraper, like when your windows computer shuts down and you have the "safe mode" where you can't do much but what you can do just works - a marketplace for manual scraping / data cleaning, as not all data scraping can be perfectly automated. this marketplace should have vetted professionals so that you can expect a certain quality standard and not be at the mercy of a wild west service providers/freelancers ( just like electronic store has vetted local partners for client in-house service )
