"CallRail is essential."
What do you like best about CallRail?

The capability to understand attribution. I really enjoy being able to see what pages people come to the site and eventually end up calling. The landing page reports are invaluable.

What do you dislike about CallRail?

I can't think of anything I really dislike about CallRail. I believe they are always working toward further connecting the dots with attribution as knowing who called and where they came from is only part of the puzzle. Once they tie this data to CRMs, the data will be even more powerful.

What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're able to show clients attribution better. We are able to retain more business through proving value with CallRail data. We've found that the more we can connect attribution, the better we can retain typically.
