- Broad integration ecosystem with CRMs, ad platforms and analytics tools.
- AI tools (Voice Assist, summaries, sentiment) reduce manual workload.

- Additional usage (minutes, numbers, transcription) can accumulate rapidly and make budgeting unpredictable.

I cannot think of anything right now. The product is great and service is awesome.
Helps us attribute calls our clients are receiving to website marketing and other efforts we are making. Helps us prove the ROI of the campaigns we run.
Form and call attribution are my favorite features. It makes it so easy to talk about ROI with customers.

It's made it much easier for us to prove value to our clients in lead generation campaigns.
I like that we can track and record calls for our clients. It is also a very valuable reporting tool.
The interface of the platform is not the best designed for users and straight forard.
It allows us to track calls and report on them that we would not be able to do elsewhere
I like the amount of data callrail gives us as well as the intergrations with multiple platform like Google ads. Its also easy to get clients to use it and leave feedback on the calls. My business would not be where it is without it. Customer support is always helpful and fast to respond as well. Ive been using it for 3 years now and will continue to do so
Alot of the extra features are a bit pricey and it can add up, but the cost is worth it for what you get back in terms of data
Knowing what works in terms keywords that generate calls and also understanding and showing clients the quality of the leads
I love how easy it is to setup or change a workflow to make sure your call get to the right people.
I wish there was a mobile management app. Sometimes when I'm out issues may come up and your fill-in might not be able to fix the issues. If I'm not near a computer, it's hard to fix in a mobile browser.
Callrail helps us manage call-in leads from our website and routes them appropriately.
It allows me to rotate different phone numbers for the business. I also know in advance when someone is contacting me from website.
I do not have any current downsides to CallRail. They are used to track my incoming calls and know how customers are reaching my business.

Reliable and very easy to use and implement
1 set price. I think it should be less expensive if you have 1 number and do not subscrive to any other services
Intenet based so I don;t have to purchase expensive equipment
CallRail helps us identify where our inbound call leads are coming from. Whether they are organic call or from paid search.
We have not had an issue with CallRail yet.
It is helping us identify where we are spending our money in online advertising and helps us to adjust when necessary.
Knowing what is going on and being able to share the results with my clients
paying the bill and sifting through the non prospect calls
Data for clients
The ability to have multiple numbers and gather analytics on them
Price per line is a little bit higher than preferred.
Tracking lead capture per lead source
How easy it is to navigate, and how I'm able to understand where the leads were generated from effortlessly.
The loading time can be tedious in moments.
I am able to calculate what strategies are working and attribute our success to specific areas of our efforts. This helps us granularly identify how we move forward with our strategies.
With CallRail, I can listen to a recoding of every call that comes in and see its source with tracking numbers. CallRail customer service was very helpful in getting our tracking numbers set up and also using their local phone number feature. I have used their help articles, chat, and customer service phone feature and each one helped me when I needed it.
The CallRail call flows do not work well with our phone service, RingCentral, due to the automated answering nature of RingCentral.
Tracking our calls
Tracking leads by seeing the form fills either from paid or organic traffic
Forms tracked could be the result of successful form fills or unsuccessful attempts to submit a form
Not sure
So many things: the ease of use, the ability to monitor numbers, integration with Hubspot. We really like the fact that we can track customer contact and review the interaction with the CSR team. We've used it to help our team improve their communication skills. It's also a great way to manage numbers on Google ads, landing pages, and other forms of advertising. If you use print ads or mailers, Callrail can help you to better monitor lead interaction. It's another layer of information that is so helpful to marketing teams. Managing team member accounts is a breeze, too.
Would like to see a more robust homepage setup with less reliance on the side menu options. Would make the application a little easier to use. The option to use dark mode would be great and well as the ability to increase/decrease font size.
Keeping track of how customers interact with our ad campaigns across multiple platforms. We also use it to assess and monitor the customer service skills of our CSR team.
How easy it is to set up a new number, and how well it tracks the incoming calls.
I find it hard to figure out how to reply to text messages in call rail.
It allows us to see who calls and what mailing or website they're calling from.
It's definitely the robust analytics and insightful data it provides. 📊🔍 The way it empowers businesses with actionable insights is truly impressive. 💡🚀
While CallRail has many strengths, one aspect that might leave room for improvement is its pricing structure, which could be a bit more flexible for businesses of varying sizes. 💰🏢 Of course, it's always good to consider different perspectives! 👌😊
CallRail addresses various issues by streamlining call tracking, enhancing customer engagement analysis, and optimizing marketing strategies. 📊📞 This benefits by providing actionable insights to improve our campaigns, refine communication, and boost overall business performance. 🚀🌟
Portal is very user friendly n make us keep using
At times calls have been missed to track. Lastly it's too expensive
To retain clients from marketing
We switched to Call Rail from a different service provider. Call rail is simple for small businesses and can be scaled for larger organizations. It's easy to navigate and provides a ton of data to tie calls back to a source. You can also set up several different tools to monitor call quality, topics, etc.
The only difference / gap in coverage with call rail was the lack of "whisper" technology. Due to how the dynamic rotation works, you cannot configure a call identifier at the beginner. The solution is there post-call emails which serve the same purpose and solve the issue.
Call Rail allows a business or agency to easily identify the source of a phone call. If you are running any sort of advertising or have invested in any marketing at all call tracking is critical to understanding what is driving calls and ultimately sales.
It's an all-inclusive solution for tracking meaningful data points as it relates to our marketing strategy and evaluation.
I think it would benefit from a better reporting dashboard. I typically have to export CSV files to get all the data I need, and other platforms show what I'm looking for on the home dashboard.
It's helping us understand where leads REALLY come from, showing us the path users take to get to the point of contacting our office for services. When you have someone on the phone and ask how they found us, the most common response is "the internet." CallRail allows us to dig deeper into inbound calls and see what that actually means.
CallRail allows us to track all marketing channels and keeps historical data.
I dislike the a la carte pricing of CallRail - some features should just be included.
CallRail allows us to track our marketing channels easily and effectively.
CallRail allows you to issue specific phone numbers for your campaigns so you can track where your customers see you.
Integration with other software such as Litify does not give you 100% data transfer.also requires an integration program like zapier.
It enables us to track google pcc and similar campaigns to see what is working and what is a waste of resources.
Callrail removes all of the mystery about your incoming calls and texts. It tells you everything you need to know about the potential client including what they searched to find you so you can adjust your ad spend.
It is pricey but I think the price is justified. It's not really a dislike though.
Tracking where our clients are find us.
the immediate support and constat reporting
would like to see more features in the campain database portal
We are able to track wth marketing effort brings in the most leads by using callrail on the landing pages
Recorded calls, calm back function and the availability to track leads and notes.
Nothing yet. It seems to be working great.
Helps me record all calls for security and also allows me to track my leads for marketing.
Trackability of calls on all marketing platforms
Nothing comes to mind. Your require minimum characters
Not being able to track where leads have been coming from
Seamless integrations into a variety of platforms
You can't two way text when somebody messages a tracking number.
Tracking conversions and giving our clients full pictures of their advertising avenues.
Great service, the ability to see and hear recorded calls it the best features.
I don't have much that I dislike about callrail.
Keeps track of our calls, especially after hours.
I love how easy it is to create new numbers to track specific marketing campaigns and how easily CallRail integrates into multiple different CRM's against many industries.
I don't think I have any specific downsides with CallRail! It's been the most reliable tool we use in my workspace in terms of tracking data. Maybe the interface could use some work especially when it comes to attempting to look at specific sources. It can be a little difficult to select options for a custom view.
The main problem CallRail solves with our business is accurately tracking leads and marketing campaign data through integrations with Lawmatics and HubSpot. It helps us identify where every client is coming from and has been a major asset to help calculate an accurate marketing campaign ROI for our firm.
