- Powerful analytics and conversation intelligence (summaries, sentiment, trend reports).
- Broad integration ecosystem with CRMs, ad platforms and analytics tools.
- AI tools (Voice Assist, summaries, sentiment) reduce manual workload.
- Multilingual transcription supporting many languages.
- Additional usage (minutes, numbers, transcription) can accumulate rapidly and make budgeting unpredictable.
- Full AI / intelligence suite and advanced reporting are only in higher-tier plans.
- Omnichannel beyond calls, texts and forms is limited; chat/social messaging is not a central capability.
- HIPAA-compliant accounts have limitations (e.g., multilingual transcription unavailable under HIPAA).
