The best i like in digitalocean space is charges when comparing to othere service provide like AWS its a bit cheaper like for storage its 0.02$/GB and for datatransfer/bandwidth its 0.01$/GB. If you choose the amazon it will cost less in storage but more on bandwidth/data transfer
dislike in digitalocean will be the use case we can not attachet the digitalocean space to the droplet as a storage it will be like a stand alone component, where we can attache aws s3 for hosting static web files
The solving is digitalocean space will provide the CDN by default and it was so easy to connect to the digitalocean with screte and client id.
DigitalOcean offers a Fast & Reliable Cloud Storage Solution. It has an in-built CDN network, which does not need manual configuration and is easy to use even for beginners.
DigitalOcean has no tool to migrate data from previous Cloud Storage/Storage yet. Hence, one needs to import the files to the DigitalOcean Spaces manually. I would love to see this in further updates.
DigitalOcean Spaces provides a very economical way of storing files with in-built CDN, which helps me in fetching the files with very low latency. Moreover, it does not need any configuration and is very hassle-free.
Unlike any other Object Storage, such as AWS S3, it provides in-built CDN; it is fast, highly reliable, and highly scalable more over it is also S3 compatible one can easily use the large ecosystem of plugins and tools
As such I have no feedback to add, I love digital ocean spaces and I use it for my website and apps
It provides highly reliable, scalable, fast and secure object storage with in-built CDN; I am using digital ocean spaces in my apps and website(mainly for hosting pdfs) it decreases the load time of file loading .
I love how easy it is to deploy and host servers.
I don't dislike much, I feel the User Experience could be better though.
First off, the pricing has helped me cut down budget. Then the APIs and integration is so easy to implement anyone can work on it which also saves time.
remarkable performace and uptime with very easy to understand documentation and services
not so good in terms of pricing discounts/ offers like the new players like Linode. These are very helpful for cash starved bootstrapped startup teams like mine, where we need to do many unpaid demo MVPs
Developing behavioural AI apps on cloud that quantifies human biases in our everyday lives! We will have high volumes of concurrent users on our apps and we have to have high uptime and great experience for all our users at an affordable cost.
The way to connect with my projects like wordpres and laravel nodejs..
Its not something that I dont like hmm the price should be drop a little
Images, important files, its helping me to not store these data on my droplet
The best thing i love is the cloud space capacity. And the uploading capacity of server is very strong. I would also love the Encryption and security of Cloud.
No dislike experience by me. As the digital ocean provide various tools. I would suggest them to make better User Graphic Interface.
I as a Tech Support of Microsoft solve various client side problem through digital ocean tools.
I like easy to setup new droplet. I can set up a new droplet within a few steps and a few minutes.
I like everything in digital ocean, I am first time user in digital ocean, But i never faced any problem while i am deploying in Digital ocean.
I set up a new Nginx server, and deploy my project in digital ocean spaces.
I like how easy it is to get DO and spaces up and running. I spend less time messing around with hosting thanks to digitalocean so I can spend more time on development,
Theres not really anything apart from the ability to enable gzip or other compression for assets.
Better management and ownership over CDN. It also works out much cheaper in the long run.
I like the ease of setup of spaces. I have been using spaces for a while now and I find it very easy to use. Also, it is relatively cheaper than other services in the market. Spaces are very developer-friendly and it requires little effort to set up.
Something that I don't like about spaces is the User interface. Also, you may face outages sometimes with space. You may need to check the status page of DigitalOcean occasionally.
We are using spaces to store static site content and use it to store images, audio files.
