Dropbox DocSend Pricing Reviews
I love the "Spaces" and use them all the time for creating personalized content hubs
I don't like how DocSend works with video (uploading video to Vimeo and then creating a powerpoint presentation with an active link is a very messy workaround). I would really prefer if video worked out of the box.
I mostly used DocSend to create personalized content hubs for my potential clients. This strategy proved to be more efficient than standard autoresponder series. Usage of content hubs allowed me to significantly shorten the sales cycle (instead of "dripping" content message by message I create a hub with materials that I find relevant and then follow up based on usage statistics).
DocSend is the amazing tool which provides super cool features like 1. Various templates for Adminstartive teams like NDA, Fundraising Templates, Board Meetings tempalates etc 2. Secure Sharing and easy to create shareable link 3. Document Analytics 4. Local file uploads 5. Best Document Search within Application 6. Sharing Controle and many more
Docsend is cool tool but costing is bit higher. They should offer cost effective plan for limited use.
ESignature, Pitchdeck Share
monitor seconds and viewer need to leave email, part of CRM
pricing not good, I join TechCrunch you did not give old customer discount.
GDrive is good, but docsend can monitor the performance of viewer.
The SPACES area is the best area for sharing creative work
The Cost is high for the site. The SPACES area should be included with the lower costing membership (limited to one "spaces" area, maybe), and perhaps you get multiple spaces for the middle tier cost?
I get secure sharing of proprietary pitch documents for creative services. I can also use SPACES to send job submissions to be hired freelance. I can share my work securely with possible employers.
Extremely user-friendly and easy to use.
Very expensive. The price is almost unattainable.
Viewing all my sent files in one place.
easy signatures make an already great product even better. the user interface for docsign portion is also very intuitive
there is nothing I dont like about this product and just thrilled to get it for free on top of docsend
no problems. although i do worry about how much it will cost me down the line to renew
Tracking tool page by page is super useful
Pricing policy can be improved, especially for startups.
Fundraising efforts. Super transparent tracking tool for the interest.
Above the ease of use, I like the structure and the overall capabilites. What really stands apart for me is the document usage tracking once a link has been sent out. This analytic can be critical in seeing if the reciever really put any time into the docuemnt or not and really helps in approaching what level of serious a potential investor may have. I feel our data room is at a peak level since we made the move to Docsend and the ability to move over fro OneDrive seemless was an absolutely perfect integration.
I have not run into a negative item yet. I have had no hang ups, no glitches and no negative reactions to my use of the platform. I would almost say the cost per user, but for this quality it is well worth the price and has already proven itself to be invaluable.
The biggest problem, though it is ore of a stratefy I am solving is the ability to target those I am reaching out to and building an analytic for the interaction I am having and also being able to share more information based on that analytic. This is a massive time saver and a true competitive advantage within the orgaization to be more effective straegically. Another problem that is being solved si having a powerful and proactive data room. Most other things I have tried had sever limiations to
