I wish BIMI was a bit more cost effective but that's not anything related to EasyDMARC. In fact, I didn't know much about it until the EasyDMARC team showed me and we added our brand. Now, all emails are perfect.

EasyDMARC absolutely just works. The UI is easy to understand and effectively addressed our DMARC and SPF compression issues. Support is amazing, our implementation process was 100% guided by a dedicated engineer who's knowledagable in the domain and he's responsive to all questions we had regarding our deployment. I picked EasyDMARC over other competing tools that costs twice as much or much less but not as feature rich. The tool is an immensed value add because of the cost-benefit ratios, the problems it addressed with our email authentication, lack of visiblity around it, and BIMI support that adds brand awareness and autheticity to our outbound emails.

I enjoyed their personal touch during the implementation phase. Their weekly email digest and alerts are very helpful so I do not need to log into another tool to manage something. The pricing was good compared to other services that I looked at.

When logging in using OpenID Connect, I'd prefer to not have to complete MFA. I appreciate the extra security, but I've already completed MFA with my provider.

Adding DMARC compliance to my different domains and managing reporting for my properties.

Manual evaluation of DMARC reports for errors is very time-consuming. The EasyDMARC service is indeed one thing: Easy. The dashboard shows not only hard failures but instead very detailed insights regarding SPD and DKIM handling. So you get a good overview which recipients have problems with self-made redirects due to SPF - but also which domains are used by spammers to impersonate your company. The graphical presentations are very clear and the email alerts for critical events save you from manual monitoring. Many small gadgets like BIMI-Checks, BIMI-Converter and DMARC- as well as SPF-DNS-TXT-Generators are helpful for beginners. The pricing also offers good value compared with similar services.

Unfortunately, payment is not possible via PayPal, only with credit cards. Our organization does not have credit cards (this is not common in our country) - this makes payment complicated.

We use EasyDMARC to monitor the correct functioning of SPF and DKIM so that our e-mails arrive reliably.

The product name says it all. EasyDMARC makes it easy to set up, configure and test DNS/email settings to optimize delivery and minimize spoofing. It worked for us.

Not much to dislike! EasyDMARC is a great tool. It could be helpful if easyDMARC provided a little background reading for those clients who are completely unfamilar with DNS/DMARC settings, to help them get started.

Prior to October 2021, I would have likely have said I don't need easyDMARC. Then, someone, somewhere in the world, starting sending (literally) millions of emails that appeared to come from our domain. Of course they were "spoofing" us. The consequences were immediate and devastating to our small business. Suddenly thousands of email-servers around the world were blocking all email from our domain, to combat the millions of spam messages which were being sent in our name. Of course that also meant that none of our customers or prospects could receive our legitimate messages, including order confirmation emails and tracking numbers. Our deliverability rate fell to a low of 19% (less than a fifth of our legitimate emails were getting to our customers). Within ten days of setting up my account on EasyDMARC, we noticed dramatic improvements in the deliverability. Within 30 days the deliverabilty rates were back up to 98%+. We are VERY grateful to EasyDMARC for showing us how to systematically improve our DNS settings (DMARC, DKIM and SPF) in an effective way.

I found the entire email verification process not only confusing, but difficult to track and get right. EasyDMARC truly made it easy and their setup has made our email more deliverable.

I haven't had any issues that would cause a "dislike" of their services. I guess it could be a bit cheaper? But I think there is good value in the price.
