Provides a great hosted SPF service and DMARC report aggregator built on highly available infrastructure for a fraction of the price of the 'big players'.

Portal is continuously updated which can lead to occasional cosmetic bugs.

Easily aggregates DMARC reports with unlimited storage to allow us to go back in time to help us identify unauthenticated senders. They also offer hosted SPF which allows us to bypass the 10 includes limit.

The reports are excellent. The best of any of them I have tried. Their integration support was great to work with.

EasyDMARC makes Email DNS configuration and viewing reports a breeze. Our organization required more than 8 trusted entities under the SPF record, though our native DNS service did not support this. EasyDMARC made adding more than 8 entities to the SPF record possible. We also have 10 different domains that we manage and having EasyDMARC allows us to quickly and efficiently evaluate delivery success by presenting an easy-to-consume reporting dashboard.

SSO was not easy to set up. I set this up around 2 years ago, not sure how much it has improved since then.

EasyDMARC was the solution that helped us understand what was DMARC, SPF, DKIM, etc. It was easy to setup and simple to add on the DNS. This doesn't need much of monitoring and the support is quick and efficient. We didn't now how to check the configuration of our DMARC policies and adding the reject attribute on the DMARC was scary because in case of misconfiguration all of our mails would not reach the mailbox of contacts. The dashboard is easy to use and quite simple to understand.

The lack of permission on this tool does not make it possible to manage the different user roles and different restrictions.

We didn't know how to setup the DMARC on our mail server and how to oversee the effect of the configuration on the actual mails. We tried multiple opensource tools that didn't meet our expectations. We are now using the DMARC and SPF setup on 2 domains and only need to check it once in a while

Easy describes working with EasyDMARC. The engineers and sales staff were flexible with scheduleing meetings. They provided instructions that allowd me to quickly add DKIM and SPF records and helped to verify that they were functioning properly. Any questions were expertly answered making the process easy and painless.

I can't think of anything and dislike and only hope other customer facing organizations would interact with customers the way they do.

Eliminating spoofing of my company's emails from unauthorized sources.

We used EasyDMARC first to ensure that our SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration was correct. They provide both self-administered tools, and a review from their technical team. After that, we used them to monitor mail traffic to make sure that every way we could legitimately send email was covered, and that illegitimate email was being flagged and could be blocked by recipients. It all worked very nicely.

No serious downsides. They have a free tier with limits on the amount of traffic they will report on; this seems reasonable.

It can be difficult to configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC correctly to cover all your data sources, and to not exceed the limits on the number of DNS lookups. Having help with & validation of our configuration was helpful.

I enjoyed the user experience along with the easy to use functionality. The interface really puts your eyese, where it needs to be.

EasyDMARC solves the problem of giving us insight into the abus of our domain and email posture. It benefits us with the vast tooling to secure our email domain. It's truly protecting the reputation of our brand.

The dashboard in their portal makes it easy to understand which domains are compliant and how to remediate any issues that might be present.

A direct phone number to their tech support would be nice.

We have got an amzing customer support from A-Z. Team is not helping you only with your challanges but proactively solves challanges which may come up later. Amazing service thanks guys. Product itself is very intuituve and easy to use.

Cannot mention anthing tangible. UI may be updated a little bit but not sure if customers of the field really need something more.

They make sure our marketing campaigns hit inboxes instead of going spam.

It's easy-to-use, very practical and useful software, and we can provide an awesome service to our clients with the help of the post-sale managers, Specially Anna, who took care of our needs and has been helping us with all the requirements we had.

It was hard to understand numbers limitations on the platform at first, it was not very clear, but once solved, we could work smoothly.

I wish BIMI was a bit more cost effective but that's not anything related to EasyDMARC. In fact, I didn't know much about it until the EasyDMARC team showed me and we added our brand. Now, all emails are perfect.

Aggrigated compliance reports to identify applications we need to add SPF and DKIM records for SPF Flattening. Found them just in time before we surpassed 10 spf lookups Email domain reputation monitoring

The EasySPF option makes the flattening of SPF records amazing. So simple and so streamlined.

I wish it had been around in the early days as those days of the wild west of email deliverability were difficult.

Email deliverability and taming the amount of sources I have to consult for solving issues.

I love that they make it so easy to implement, monitor, and manage Email Authentication by hosting the SPF, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLSRPT records and providing a quick and concise view of the daily aggregate DMARC and TLS reports. Plus they provide a number of other very useful tools to help along the way. Also, their support team is always helpful when I need them.

There's not anything about the platform that I dislike.

Having to access multiple accounts where DNS was hosted for many different domain names, as well as tracking down and working with numerous webdesign people to make their changes, to implement and manage, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, and TLSRPT, was a huge problem. EasyDMARC solved all of that and made it much easier than I ever thought it could be. Now I'm able to implement and mange all of that much easier and much faster. Also, previously reviewing the daily aggregate reports for DMARC and TLS was a tedious and time consuming nightmare. EasyDMARC collects and organizes all of that information into views that are usable and actionable, so I can review the status of all of that for more domains in much less time.

The one-on-one time with the incredibly knowledgeable implementation team, the customer support, and the easy to understand User Interface.

There hasn't been anything I dislike about EasyDMARC. If I had to be nit-picky about a dislike, it would be not being able to sort as descending first when sorting by volume.

We attempted to implement a policy of reject on our DMARC prior to working with EasyDMARC, but after recieving hundreds of emails with XML files we couldn't decipher, we ended up not getting past a policy of none. With EasyDMARC, it became very clear to us what our sending sources were, which were set up correctly and which were not. And, with the help of our DMARC onboarding partners, they held our hand and walked us through all of the steps to get to a policy of reject.

EasyDMARC absolutely just works. The UI is easy to understand and effectively addressed our DMARC and SPF compression issues. Support is amazing, our implementation process was 100% guided by a dedicated engineer who's knowledagable in the domain and he's responsive to all questions we had regarding our deployment. I picked EasyDMARC over other competing tools that costs twice as much or much less but not as feature rich. The tool is an immensed value add because of the cost-benefit ratios, the problems it addressed with our email authentication, lack of visiblity around it, and BIMI support that adds brand awareness and autheticity to our outbound emails.

There's nothing I don't like so far. It is that good!

I like how it makes understanding DMARC and the reporting system so much easier. As soon as I saw what they offered I knew I wanted to be an MSP because there are so many small businesses that need this kind of help and I think EasyDMARC can help me give that support to them. Their EasySPF functionality simplifies SPF corrections and their DKIM scanner helps to know if things look right outside the DNS. Great product all around.

I'm still struggling to understand what is falling short in my reports. But in all honesty, that's even a stretch for a dislike, because their technical and customer support is so awesome, they have been slowly teaching me outside of my dedicated education time so when I do ask for my time, I'll be able to focus on details, rather than mechanics.

My clients and I have been having a difficult time reaching some of our other clients because of SPF and DKIM bounce backs, especially to GMail accounts. Since implementing EasyDMARC, I've seen those failures nearly disappear.

REALLY easy way of not only monitoring your email deliverability policies, but the generators they provide are fast and easy to use, and walk you through each step of the process for each of the major 3 deliverability checks.

Service is not cheap by any means, and they are very stingy with regards to how many domains you can monitor with a single account. In an age where we all own multiple domains, even for a single-site business, limiting packages to only 1 or 2 domains is crippling, especially for freelancers like myself who need to monitor dozens of domains.

EasyDMARC allows me to swiftly and correctly generate and then monitor email deliverability policies for any given domain, including DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BMI, and a few others. So at a single glance on a single screen, I can ascertain status and troubleshoot issues.

4/3/2023 Update: I am so grateful for this service! Nshan and the team have been amazing. Highly recommend for any small business. Former review: EasyDMARC is an amazing solution. As someone who owns a business, with limited tech knowledge, I've struggled to manage hosted solutions and IT vendor requests. Our company struggled with email for the past 5 years and was able to get an actual solution within the first 30 days of subscribing to EasyDMARC.

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first to get used to a new interface, but the customer service agents are extremely helpful in providing written guides and troubleshooting. Like most services these days, you can't just pick up a phone whenever you want and reach a customer service agent. But they are very responsive via email to paid subscribers and even will help you implement an enterprise-level trial before you decide to subscribe. Excellent customer service.

Improving the emails acceptance by very stringent email providers.

I enjoyed their personal touch during the implementation phase. Their weekly email digest and alerts are very helpful so I do not need to log into another tool to manage something. The pricing was good compared to other services that I looked at.

When logging in using OpenID Connect, I'd prefer to not have to complete MFA. I appreciate the extra security, but I've already completed MFA with my provider.

Adding DMARC compliance to my different domains and managing reporting for my properties.

They take something that is complicated and make it easy. Their GUI interface is easy to use and understand. I can't say enough about their support team. They are top-notch. The EasyDMARC support team reach out to me for my yearly review to go over my settings to confirm all my settings are still good. How many companies you can say are proactive like that.

Collapsing my SPF using their EasySPF really helps.

They walk you through everything to get this setup. I have some pretty decent knowledge but getting a second set of eyes of someone experienced in this really helps.

I really could not tell you any downsides. The platform works really well. Obviously it could be cheaper but you get what you pay for.

Setting up security on my email and walking my through every step in detail. Resolving all my SPF and DKIM issues and finally getting to a DMARC Reject status. It increases our brand security and client trust.

EasyDMARC has made it really practical to manage the email security and flow for our group of Companies. We needed a single portal to easily manage DMARC and have the tools readily available to configure DNS records accurately. EasyDMARC has all that in a super clear configuration. The EasySPF tool makes the whole struggle of complex SPF records so much easier.

There is nothing specific that we dislike about EasyDMARC. It just does what it is meant to do with enough complexity, but still easy to use.

Constructing DNS records has been easy using the record generators. Seen benefits around where we further need to tweak settings and then enforce quarantine.

My favorite feature is an overview of the e-mail campaign. You just don't get lost in the numbers. If you send the campaigns often and to 50.000+ subscribers, this can save you much valued time.

I dislike nothing in particular. EasyDMARC improves their product consistently.

Improving email deliverability, spotting non-conforming emails and updating email policies to reduce delivery from unauthorized senders. The results are more emails going to inboxes across multiple domains and safely getting policies to "reject" status while allowing legitimate email and forwards to occur. These security measures prevent email abuse of brands names (domains) that could hurt reputations.

Easy setup and outstanding, logical user interface. The dashboard shows you at a glance if there are any configuration problems. Monitoring results as we move to a stricter policy is also clear-cut. Customer service from pre-sales through to support is outstanding. DMARC/SPF/DKIM can be confusing to a first-time email admin but this tool gives you confidence in knowing your email is being delivered successfully.

There's nothing to fault! It's a great, fully-featured service that just works.
