EasyDMARC Pros and Cons
- Comprehensive email authentication coverage (DMARC RUA/RUF, SPF, DKIM, BIMI, TLS/MTA-STS)
- Strong MSP/multi-tenant tooling and DNS provider integrations
- User-friendly dashboards and visualizations (GeoMaps, vendor ID)
- Public APIs enable automation
- SOC2 and privacy/compliance credentials
- Full inbox placement / deliverability testing is not part of EasyDMARC (handled by sibling product EasySender)
- Advanced protocols like ARC or DANE/TLSA are not confirmed or appear absent
- Some advanced features (managed DKIM, SSO, audit logs) reserved for Enterprise and may be costly for smaller orgs
- UI localization / language coverage is unclear
EasyDMARC’s pricing page will quote you up to 500,000 emails a month. Select the next option — 1,000,000 — and both paid plans change to “Custom” with a “Contact us” button. We verified this by stepping through every volume in the selector. So the published ceiling is 500,000, and above it the price is a conversation. The other number to check first is domains: Plus covers two, and DMARC is enforced per domain.
- What it is: A DMARC, SPF, DKIM and BIMI platform for stopping email spoofing of your domains.
- Best for: Small and mid-sized organisations getting to DMARC enforcement without a consultant.
- Pricing: Free tier, then €35.99 or €71.99 a month billed annually. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: Two domains on the entry plan, and no published price above 500k emails.
What Is EasyDMARC?
EasyDMARC exists to solve a specific problem: anyone can send email claiming to be from your domain unless you configure DMARC, SPF and DKIM correctly, and those records are unforgiving to write by hand. The platform automates the journey to enforcement — the point at which spoofed mail is actually rejected rather than merely reported.
The core loop is reporting and interpretation. Aggregate reports and failure reports arrive from receiving mail servers as raw XML; EasyDMARC parses them into something a human can act on, then guides the record changes needed to tighten policy without breaking legitimate mail.
Higher tiers add TLS reports, Easy SPF (which addresses SPF’s ten-lookup limit), alert management and a dedicated CS manager. The top tier brings managed services, a dedicated DMARC engineer, reputation monitoring, SSO, audit logs and API access.
A second product, EasySender, covers email reputation and deliverability separately.
The company cites 83,500+ companies, and there is a genuine free tier at €0 alongside a free trial with no credit card.
How EasyDMARC Works
- Free tier at €0, plus a no-card trial.
- Two meters: monthly email volume and number of domains.
- Published prices stop at 500,000 emails.
- Annual billing saves exactly 20% at every volume.
- API, SSO and audit logs are Enterprise-only.
- Prices exclude tax.

What actually decides your cost:
- The published pricing ends at 500,000 emails a month. Both paid cards carry a volume selector; at 100,000 and 500,000 they show prices, and at 1,000,000 they both switch to “Custom” with a “Contact us” button. Premium’s selector goes to 5,000,000, which is likewise Custom. We confirmed this by setting each option in turn and re-reading the rendered cards. It is a reasonable structure, but it means a mid-sized organisation sending a million emails a month cannot budget from this page at all.
- Two domains on Plus is the constraint most likely to bite. DMARC is configured and enforced per domain, and protecting a brand properly means covering not just your primary domain but the parked, legacy and lookalike domains an attacker could spoof. Plus covers 2, Premium 4. Any organisation with a handful of brands, country domains or acquired properties will exhaust that quickly — and unlike email volume, domain count is not something you can reduce.
- Moving up a volume tier is efficient; moving up a plan tier is not. Going from 100,000 to 500,000 emails costs +66.7% on Plus (€35.99 → €59.99) for five times the volume — so the per-email rate falls by about two-thirds. Going from Plus to Premium doubles the price at either volume, and what that buys is 2 more domains, 1 year of history instead of 3 months, TLS reports, Easy SPF and alert management. Volume is cheap here; capability is not.
- Three months of data history on Plus is short for a security tool. DMARC work is iterative — you tighten policy, watch what breaks, adjust — and comparing this quarter against last is often the point. Premium’s 1 year and Enterprise’s 3 years are materially more useful for forensics or for demonstrating compliance over time.
- The API is Enterprise-only, which is a notable gate for a security product. So are SSO and audit logs. Teams wanting to pull DMARC data into a SIEM, automate record checks, or satisfy an access-review requirement are in a quote conversation regardless of their email volume.
- The annual discount is exactly 20%, everywhere. €44.99 → €35.99, €74.99 → €59.99, €89.99 → €71.99, €139.99 → €111.99 — all precisely 20.0%. The page advertises “Save 20% + Bonus Features”, and the 20% part verifies at every published volume on both plans.
- One feature is gated on billing term rather than tier. The Dedicated CS Manager on Premium is marked ”(Yearly only)”. If you were planning to pay monthly for flexibility, that is the thing you lose beyond the 20%.
- The free tier is real, and for a single domain it may be enough to start. €0 gets you into the reporting loop, and combined with a no-credit-card trial of the paid tiers, there is a genuine path to understanding your own email estate before spending anything. For DMARC specifically that matters, because you cannot size the problem until you have seen a fortnight of reports.
- Prices exclude tax, as stated on the page, and are shown in EUR to a European visitor — check your own region.

Who Should Use EasyDMARC
- Organisations with one or two domains. Plus is sized precisely for that and no more.
- Teams pursuing enforcement without a consultant. The guided path to a reject policy is the product.
- Anyone who has been spoofed. Aggregate and failure reports are on every paid tier.
- MSPs and resellers. A separate pricing tab exists for them.
It fits poorly for organisations with many domains, where 2 or 4 is restrictive; for teams sending over 500,000 emails a month, who cannot get a published price; and for anyone needing API access, which requires Enterprise.
Honest Pros and Cons
Strengths
- A genuine free tier at €0, plus a no-card trial.
- Volume scales cheaply — five times the emails for two-thirds more.
- The 20% annual discount verifies exactly at every published price.
- Aggregate and failure reports on every paid plan.
- Easy SPF addresses the ten-lookup limit that breaks many SPF records.
- 83,500+ companies, per the company’s own figure.
Limitations
- Plus covers only 2 domains, Premium 4.
- No published price above 500,000 emails.
- 3 months of data history on the entry plan.
- API, SSO and audit logs require Enterprise.
- The dedicated CS manager is yearly-billing only.
- Prices exclude tax and vary by region.
EasyDMARC Alternatives and How It Compares
- Cloudflare offers free DMARC report management if your DNS already lives there.
- Dmarcian is the long-established specialist, priced by domain and message volume.
- Valimail targets enterprises with automated SPF and DKIM management.
- Reading raw XML reports yourself costs nothing but is exactly the job these tools exist to remove.
The Verdict
EasyDMARC does something worth doing. DMARC records are easy to get wrong and dangerous to tighten blindly — move to enforcement too fast and you start rejecting your own invoices — so a tool that parses the reports, shows what is failing and walks you to a reject policy earns its place. The free tier at €0 and a trial with no credit card mean you can see your own report data before deciding anything, which for this specific problem is the right sequence.
Two numbers decide whether the published plans fit you, and neither is the headline price.
The first is domains. Plus covers two; Premium four. DMARC is enforced per domain, and doing this properly means covering the domains you do not send from as well as the ones you do — parked domains, old brands, country variants, anything an attacker could impersonate. Two is enough for a single-brand company and immediately insufficient for anyone else, and unlike email volume it is not a number you can economise on.
The second is email volume, and this is where the page runs out. The selector offers 100,000, 500,000, 1,000,000 and (on Premium) 5,000,000. Prices appear at the first two. At 1,000,000 both paid cards switch to “Custom — Contact us”, which we confirmed by stepping through every option and re-reading the rendered cards. So 500,000 emails a month is the published ceiling, and any larger organisation is quoting rather than buying.
Within those limits the economics are good. Going from 100,000 to 500,000 emails costs 66.7% more on Plus — five times the volume for two-thirds more money, so the per-email rate falls sharply. What is not cheap is capability: Plus to Premium doubles the price and buys two more domains, a year of history instead of three months, TLS reports, Easy SPF and alert management. Volume scales well here; features do not.
Two things worth knowing before committing. Three months of data history on Plus is short for security work that is inherently iterative — you will want to compare against last quarter. And API access, SSO and audit logs are all Enterprise-only, so any team intending to pull DMARC data into a SIEM or satisfy an access review is in a sales conversation whatever their size.
To EasyDMARC’s credit, the 20% annual discount verifies exactly — 20.0% at every published price on both plans, with no rounding in its favour. Just note the one term-gated feature: the dedicated CS manager on Premium is “Yearly only”.
The sensible route is to start on the free tier or the no-card trial, watch a fortnight of aggregate reports, and only then count your domains. That count, more than anything on the price list, decides which plan you need.
FAQ
How much does EasyDMARC cost?
There is a free tier at €0. Plus starts at €35.99 a month billed annually (€44.99 monthly) and Premium at €71.99 (€89.99 monthly), both at 100,000 emails a month. At 500,000 emails those become €59.99 and €111.99 annually. Enterprise is custom-priced. All figures are in EUR as served to a European visitor and exclude tax.
What happens above 500,000 emails a month?
Both paid plans stop showing a price. Selecting 1,000,000 emails changes the Plus and Premium cards to “Custom” with a “Contact us” button, and Premium’s 5,000,000 option does the same. We verified this by setting each volume in turn and re-reading the rendered cards. So 500,000 is the published ceiling, and larger senders must request a quote.
How many domains does EasyDMARC include?
Two on Plus and four on Premium; Enterprise is a custom quantity. This is usually the binding constraint rather than email volume, because DMARC is enforced per domain and thorough protection means covering parked, legacy and lookalike domains as well as the ones you actively send from. Count your domains before choosing a plan.
What does EasyDMARC’s Premium plan add over Plus?
For roughly double the price: 4 domains instead of 2, 1 year of data history instead of 3 months, TLS reports, Easy SPF (which helps with SPF’s ten-lookup limit), alert management, support via email, and a dedicated CS manager — though that last one is marked “Yearly only”, so it requires annual billing. API access, SSO and audit logs are not included at either tier; those require Enterprise.
Is EasyDMARC’s free plan useful?
For getting started, yes. The €0 tier puts you into the DMARC reporting loop, and there is also a free trial of the paid plans with no credit card required. That matters for this product specifically: you cannot judge how much history, how many domains or what volume you need until you have watched a couple of weeks of aggregate reports from your own estate. Use the free path first, then size the plan.

EasyDMARC is easy to understand. The dashboards and tools provided are easy to use. It removes the mystery of setting up a dmarc@yourdomain.com that just gets filled with XML reports you have no idea what to do with!
Honestly, I cannot think of any true downsides. If you're a novice with DNS records and email, you'll need to do a little research to understand what you're working towards doing. You'll have plenty of help from the support team to help you in your endeavors though!
I needed to get to a point where I knew who was sending emails out on our behalf. Sending emails is how we connect with our donors and users, so ensuring that their email providers trust that we're not spam is incredibly helpful to supporting our organization. I needed to be able to set up a true p=reject policy for my DMARC policy and that is what originally led me to EasyDMARC. I'm now able to successfully have my emails showing up in people's actual inboxes rather than having them hit users' spam mail.
Manual evaluation of DMARC reports for errors is very time-consuming. The EasyDMARC service is indeed one thing: Easy. The dashboard shows not only hard failures but instead very detailed insights regarding SPD and DKIM handling. So you get a good overview which recipients have problems with self-made redirects due to SPF - but also which domains are used by spammers to impersonate your company. The graphical presentations are very clear and the email alerts for critical events save you from manual monitoring. Many small gadgets like BIMI-Checks, BIMI-Converter and DMARC- as well as SPF-DNS-TXT-Generators are helpful for beginners. The pricing also offers good value compared with similar services.
Unfortunately, payment is not possible via PayPal, only with credit cards. Our organization does not have credit cards (this is not common in our country) - this makes payment complicated.
We use EasyDMARC to monitor the correct functioning of SPF and DKIM so that our e-mails arrive reliably.
Takes DMARC reports and translates them into plain English. Shows what mail may be failing so you can address and maximize mail pieces delivered to your client's inbox successfully.
My only dislikes are the limitations of using the free version. It wouldn't be a problem if I paid them for a premium account like they are suggesting and trying to encourage.
We had emails from a third party sent and spoofed by the third party to appear as if they were coming from us, but the emails were being marked as spam. This made it easy to spot the issue and address this to put as many emails as possible in users' inboxes.
EasyDMARC has an excellent web interface that visually shows good and bad email and it's origin. Excellent support from everyone at EasyDMARC.
I wish that EasyDMARC also incorported some aditional email troublwshooting tools like MX Toolbox does.
Email security! Being able to monitor the deliverability of our companies email is excellent. We can usually be well aware of email deliverability issues before they are reported to IT and instead reach out to our users to work with them on email issues.DMARC also allows us to eliminate the problem of fraudulent emails being sent out under the guise of being sent by our company.
The staff is very helpful and explains the process so easily and understandable. It was fast and easy to set up, and outstanding customer support.
There's nothing to dislike about EasyDMARC
DOMAIN PROTECTION
The product name says it all. EasyDMARC makes it easy to set up, configure and test DNS/email settings to optimize delivery and minimize spoofing. It worked for us.
Not much to dislike! EasyDMARC is a great tool. It could be helpful if easyDMARC provided a little background reading for those clients who are completely unfamilar with DNS/DMARC settings, to help them get started.
Prior to October 2021, I would have likely have said I don't need easyDMARC. Then, someone, somewhere in the world, starting sending (literally) millions of emails that appeared to come from our domain. Of course they were "spoofing" us. The consequences were immediate and devastating to our small business. Suddenly thousands of email-servers around the world were blocking all email from our domain, to combat the millions of spam messages which were being sent in our name. Of course that also meant that none of our customers or prospects could receive our legitimate messages, including order confirmation emails and tracking numbers. Our deliverability rate fell to a low of 19% (less than a fifth of our legitimate emails were getting to our customers). Within ten days of setting up my account on EasyDMARC, we noticed dramatic improvements in the deliverability. Within 30 days the deliverabilty rates were back up to 98%+. We are VERY grateful to EasyDMARC for showing us how to systematically improve our DNS settings (DMARC, DKIM and SPF) in an effective way.
EasyDMARC has been extremely helpful in setting up our email accounts, and all the according records.
There's honestly not much I don't dislike.
This team is very supportive and has been able to help us improve email deliverability and reduce spam rate, which in turn led our website to gain better domain reputation. And the reporting tool always enables us to keep fingers on the pulse of the continuous processes, identify the problems and immediately find solutions.
I found the entire email verification process not only confusing, but difficult to track and get right. EasyDMARC truly made it easy and their setup has made our email more deliverable.
I haven't had any issues that would cause a "dislike" of their services. I guess it could be a bit cheaper? But I think there is good value in the price.
We had huge issues with phish and spoofed emails sent via our domain, hurting our spam scores and deliverability. With easyDMARC, we have rejected/stopped over 7000 phishing attacks sent on our behalf in the last 30 days ! The deliverability of our latest newsletter was substantially higher than in months past.
Its tool helps you to efficiently and correctly set up DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. Even for somebody like me who had little knowledge beforehand. After that, you can forget about it and just look at the report from time to time to make sure that everything still works fine.
You can't choose how often you want a report. Once a week is the only option you get.
With the help of easy DMARC we figured out that one of our software partners had multiple problems with its DKIM header. Something we would not have noticed without the tool. Thanks!
The service is outstanding! EasyDMARC picked the perfect name. I would recommend it to anyone; they walk you through the entire process and are there if you need anything. The level of expertise is very high and EasyDMARC assisted signifcantly in helping me understand every step of the process.
I wish I had found out about them sooner. The team at EasyDMARC is outstanding, and they helped with every step of the process.
DKIM, SPF, and DMARC roll out and tuning.
Clean interface and highly knowledgeable staff.
Can not think of a thing. Very solid solution.
We are protecting our brand and reputation by preventing our domain from being used in pfishing attacks.
The staff at EasyDMARC did everything required. They involved me directly in the process so I could see what changes they were making.
No issues and nothing to dislike. All went well.
We wanted to make sure our email was being delivered. EasyDARC discovered overseas companies trying to impersonate us while sending out spam.
easy and simple to use. Friendly helpdesk
nothing, everything is working correctly
We have improved our spf , bimi and dmarc dns records
EasyDMARC is easy to understand. They do a fantastic job of with the tools the offer for configuring SPF records, DKIM signing, and DMARC policies. I have signed up for multiple DMARC applications before in my search for a good tool. As far as value from similar DMARC services, only Dmarcian compared. Price-wise EasyDMARC takes the cake. This is my recommendation for anyone who is needing a solution to better monitor their company DMARC policy or get started in hardening their DMARC policy.
There is nothing to dislike with EasyDMARC.
I am able to quickly and easily analyze issues or new email senders as well as identify spam emails that are attempted to be sent on behalf of our organization.
Very easy but has a lot of powerful features and tools. Nice reports and helpful articles
Hm, nothing specifically, I can mentioned
fraud management, monitoring email delivery issues, etc..
The easydmarc dashboard and tools are easy to understand and work with AND the support is top notch!
White label features are the only thing I can think of and they are working on that.
I have clients who do not understand email security and what it takes to protect themselves and their customers. Email security is a peripheral of my business, but EasyDMARC makes it easy for me to offer this as a service, which gives me another revenue stream and ensures that my clients are securing their email which in turn protects them and their customers. It's a win win.
Excellent reports, tools, and human support.
Had to use the product for a month before understanding the value. Might be that I am not as quick to learn new things as I would like to be.
We are asked to help keep email messages out of the Junk Mail folder and we were blind to all the email services being used by staff worldwide. Now we can "see" what services are being used and move the status from non-compliant to compliant.
The support. The company that i work with has a lot of third parties, that are responsible for some IP's using our domains. From an outsider's perspective it could be a bit much. But the guys from easyDMARC helped us identify who should add what to their configuration
Could not find anything i would dislike.
We had spamming issues for our end-customers. Our DKIM and SPF records were a mess, we just did not realize it at the time. Fixing those helped us in turn use a DMARC policy that got the spamming situation under control again.
I work with a lot of marketers around the world that send thousands of emails from various marketing automation platforms every day. They spend a lot of time making sure the content is engaging, the format is correct and the email looks nice.. but most marketers don't know about SPF, DKIM, and DMARC as these topics are pretty technical. If the sender's (sub)domain isn't properly authenticated, a lot of efforts marketers put in their campaigns can end up as a waste of time since those emails often end up in someone's spam and are never seen by the intended recipients. In the worst-case scenarios, cyber-criminals can send fraudulent emails from an unprotected domain which can seriously damage the reputation of the affected organization. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are the tools designed to properly authenticate emails but implementing them can be challenging in complex business environments. This is where EasyDMARC shines - they offer a tool that's really easy to use to create SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and BIMI records, actively monitor multiple domains, and get alerts if something is off. The tool is very powerful for DYI-ers but to achieve full DMARC compliance in complex business environments you will want their expert to guide you through the process and that's exactly what EasyDMARC offers at a very reasonable price.
I researched different DMARC tools and found EasyDMARC to be the best value for the price. I didn't find anything so far that I don't like.
I am trying to achieve full DMARC compliance for several of our sender domains which will help us to improve our email deliverability and security.
I manage a personal domain with email service for family members. Eventhough I'm an IT professional, email services is not my area of expertise and EasyDMARC has been very helpful in generating the SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Also looking forward to using it to analyze the DMARC reports. Also want to note the staff's helpfulness and friendliness going beyond what's expected.
Wish the DMARC failure reports feature was part of the Free plan for low volume domains such as mine.
.
EasyDMARC's Advanced Filtering Feature is a really useful tool, which helped us quickly identify even the trickiest configuration problems in our Email Infrastructure and fix those. The most sophisticated and easy-to-use DMARC platform in the market.
Nothing I dislike tbh, everything is fine!
We were looking for a DMARC platform to quickly identify and fix our Email infrastructure, enforce our DMARC to Reject, and move along with BIMI Implementation process and prevent Email spoofing attacks. EasyDMARC solves all those problems completely.
Easy to use. No complicated operations required. Weekly emails with suggestions.
Information synchronization is organized by XML. I think the JSON method is more usable one.
EasyDMARC helps to configure our emails' DNS's. E.g. I don't know how to configure SPF and DMARK records. The system step by step suggests how to do that.
Do you know what SPF & DMARC is? Before starting a business I had no clue, having always worked for someone else it was a luxury and I never had to worry about my email authentication. 📈 I sent out my first email sequence to 800 email's clueless about the damage I was about to do. Over 400 bounce backs, an unverified domain my new business was in a bad space and I couldn't email out... 🔴 From going to spam to appearing as phishing emails - I'd ruined my domain reputation. I guess I should of read up prior to setting up my CRM or sending out my first sequence, but to be honest, it wasn't clear and I had to learn the hard way. 📚 I posted on this group during this dark time, you were all so helpful and luckily I found Gerasim Hovhannisyan Hovhannes who runs easydmarc.com 🙌- They've helped me along the way to make sense of my whole situation. ✅Fast forward, 1 month - I'm on the path to having good a good domain reputation once again, I'm not going into spam and holding back on sequences until I feel more confident. 🌟Please educate yourself prior to sending out an email sequence, authenticate the emails through Mail Gun and please avoid cold emailing unless your email has clear intent! Don't learn the hard way!
There wasn't a lower-tier plan from the get-go, in terms of someone only processing 10 to 1000 emails monthly this would have been ideal. But following a conversation, this was rectified and they went above and beyond to create a custom plan just for me customised to my email volume.
It's helped me build the confidence I need to go onto to email and know that I'm not going into spam, prior I had no clue about anything in this space. Following support with Hagop I'm now in a better space, educating others about the importance of verification and your domain reputation.
For a small business, this tool really does make setting up and monitoring DMARC easy - great tools and helpful proactive support!
Geo-mapping of my AWS SES servers is showing them in the USA - but the support team were very helpful and explained why this is happening - so no big issue.
Ensuring our emails get delivered!
The interface is simple and helped me work out problems with my setup easily. I have been on a few live chats with support (even on my free plan), and every time they have resolved my problem and explained it to me. I am now 100% DMARC Compliant, thanks to this tool.
Like most people, nothing. But this site requires me too put something.
I can now see problems with email deliverability.
Their DMARC, SPF and DKIM record generator and lookup tools
Everything working fine, nothing to complain.
Automate DMARC reports analysis, this tool enabled us to easily identify mail servers trying to spoof/impersonate our domain and also identify our own servers which require some additional setup to be in compliance.
- Freemium plan, which allows to see processed DMARC reports data of up 10,000 first emails - Simple and intuitive user interface - Clean presentation of data from processed DMARC reports - Advanced analyzer functionality, which allows to filters / search data by all parameters available in original aggregate XML reports - Flexible alerting system with possibility to define custom conditions for alerts triggering - Responsive and knowledgeable technical support team
Everything works fine for me, nothing special to dislike.
I am looking after our organization mail infrastructure. Except pure mail there are many other systems which send emails, such as Marketing tools, CRMs, productivity tools, etc. EasyDMARC helps to identify new legitimate sources of emails (e.g. when some department starts to use new system, which sends emails) and in timely manner configure SPF + DKIM, whenever possible, to make these emails DMARC compliant, thus improving deliverability of our emails.
I've trialed a number of the DMARC tools out there competing in this space and without a doubt, this is the most useful tool with the best analytics. In particular, the ability to drill down into the reports and identify emails marked as a threat and determine if they are legitimate sources that need fixing was extremely helpful in resolving any DMARC issues and allowed me to quickly and confidently get to a 100% reject configuration with DMARC for my domains.
Nothing. It just works and does what I need!
I was able to find and resolve an issue where one of my cloud SAS partners was trying to email on our behalf, but had never notified us that they were going to do so. I never would have tracked down this issue without being able to drill down into the reports on EasyDMARC.
Excellent knowledgeable technical support team always positive to assist the customer. They actually help the customer to resolve all compliance issues even for free accounts. Able to upload and analyses individual XML reports, No limitation in data retention for an ENTERPRISE account, unlimited domains and email alerts Flexible plans for small, medium and enterprise. UI is clear and easy to use, UX is very good.
no actual problems until now. We are expecting the 2FA implementation soon. As a workaround the support arranged IP address access list so we can comply with our internal policies and procedures until 2FA implementation on EasyDMARC
We are managing multiple email domains and EasyDMARC help us identify legitimate and non-legitimate sources, resolve those problems with the help of EasyDMARC expert personnel and increase email deliverability. The visibility provided is amazing!
