I really like tool, since it enables me to smoothly and efficiently arrange my tasks and work, helping me to control details effectively from various platforms or smartphones. I love being able to record suggestions among documents and journals in folder style. I have been able to search notes from previous years to reflect back at recycled old things. Evernote lets me maintain my information with one place and arrange them according to groups - and removes any excess of papers. You may also use EverNote's software to highlight and archive its most valuable aspects that you have published.

The ability to to part group of a document is missing for EverNote. Now, it is only a systemic concern which does not remove and interrupt the System's progress, often separate notes & comments cannot be tried to navigate. because Evernote has limited synchronization recently.

If it's conference or meeting minutes / comments or something, I put all the records in Evernotes which is extremely easy and we can discuss those notes later. I make different notebooks for each session in order to arrange it well. so I do not loss any valuable information's. Evernote allows us to take notice whenever we have got a smartphone on us , because when I'm at working or even at a on the road, I could access my notes.

As an old school engineer, I need to have whatever I want to check with a keybind without using the mouse and Evernote excels at it. I can easily open a new note or open any of my multiple favorites with only the keyboard and have that available as a reference when I'm using another program on the side, it justs works and has good keybinds for people like me that like to avoid the mouse unless it is really needed.

As a free user device limit is only 2, I don't really mind paying for a service or a program I like but the free version is at the state that it limits your usage in a way that doesn't encourage you to try to use the "premium" features and instead pushes you to other tools, even if you decide to upgrade later you will probably not use the features since you already had another solution.

When I'm using a terminal program, connected to a remote device and I need to check the specifics of something, having EverNote on the side with the info I need is just invaluable from a time saver perspective.

There are several things to start with and Evernote is one of the best ways to take notes. It is not only easy but also makes it look very good when you start using it. Evernote has everything to make use of starting with the newly launched editor to all the tools embedded in it. It is not complex to use but the more you use the more we glue to it. It has all the best fonts, embedding options, and making notes inside it makes life easier.

There are one or two things I dislike about Evernote is the ability to export the note into PDF or any other format has been disabled. We can save the files offline but the files can be opened in only Evernote or can be imported to OneNote or apple notes using external software which makes life a bit more difficult.

I used to take lecture notes on Evernote. It is easy to maintain all relatable files into a single notebook and arrange it in a simple and clean order. Used to embed Pdf notes and annotate within Evernote. It is easy to collaborate with peers and use it simultaneously. Used to make to-do lists and used it for daily reflections which set up the day.

It is a nice tool to complement my work tools and keep track of what I should be doing without a formal agenda if I have to set up a meeting or a reminder for other people I use email but if the reminder is for myself like "check the progress on project x" I use Evernote since I can easily set up reminders with just the information I need and add a checkmark if was completed before without the need for the reminder.

I don't like the tag system, after many notes, the tag recommendations stop being reliable, and I took too much time sorting it so I just stopped tagging and have not seen a big difference. But maybe it's my fault for not knowing how to use it.

The best thing about using Evernote is its functionality. When I was looking for note-making apps Evernote appeared out of nowhere and helped me take notes effortlessly. It has the best functionalities everyone search. Its applications on both Desktop and Mobile are remarkable in terms of offline usage and features. I typically used the Evernote making app for Daily planning, Weekly planning, To-Do, Project plans, Lecture notes. It has a fantastic import functionality where we can directly embed a pdf directly inside a note. Reminders, notifications and sharing functionalities are a plus. It also has tagging functionalities for each note which inturn makes easy to find the notes and sort out the files accordingly.

There are a couple of things I dislike about the Evernote. It's too pricy if you are a daily user and cloud size given to a free user is way too less when compared to its contemporaries. Sometimes too many options inside the app are confusing and may appear difficult to use. If Evernote ever considers changing the appearance of the app it will do a world of good. Export functionality could have made better. Exporting files either in Docx format or pdf format will help people better instead of ENEX files which can be opened only on Evernote.

It helped me write and put things in order. It helped me plan things in advance and use the app wherever I need. Helped me note down the ideas whenever and wherever I want with the iOS, Android and Windows applications. It helped me collaborate on one or two projects with friends where the inputs and corrections were necessary. It's easy to give edit access and edit wherever necessary.

Evernote makes it easier to copy and share some material, such as notes and photographs. You can also store and exchange other information, such as business cards and voice cards. This is a simple method that can be used for exchanging information within the organization or for handling personal information. Many people use it not only for industry but also for private use, and it is well known.

The free edition has a very limited capacity of 60MB, so you must use the subscription version.

It is possible to store and exchange varied content, such as notes, images, and sounds, but, because the capacity is limited relative to other resources, it is not ideal when you choose to share information with a large number of people. It would not be ideal for exchanging heavy media, images, videos, etc. It is really easy to use and it is quick and easy to use even with those who do not know IT. By creating a shared page, you can conveniently share it with non-Evernote users.

It works like the first day and I still have all my notes made 10 years ago. I have changed my cellphone 5 times, using Android and iPhone, and my laptop 4 times with Windows and MacOSX and it just works great with every device. Control + Command + N has become one of my most used commands (it opens EverNote window on MacOSX) since I can type whatever is in my mind and close it quickly withput altering my workflow.

The free tier is not great anymore, I got into it because it was free and have being a paying user and free user across these years, but I cannot recommend it anymore to use as a free user if you use multiple devices or use it more than one computer. It is a great program now but it was also great back in the day as a free user, not anymore.

I can easily dump my ideas into text thanks to Evernote and review them later when I have time to act on them and it also works like an archive.

My favourite features of this product are: - being able to share notes and collaborate - organizing notes into notebooks and stacks - able to access my notes anywhere and on multiple devices (and its web version is still a great experience!)

The PC version of the app isn't as nice of an experience as its Mac and Web version. Organizing notebooks and stacks could be a bit easier and smoother.

Being able to have my notes sorted by notebooks and stacks has been easy for me to quickly pull up information from a previous meeting and prep for my next call with the client. I have one spot to review all my notes and share notes.

I just love how I can take notes and share with people. It keeps me organized and also it can be accessed on my phone as well.

Nothing! Evernote is perfect - even the free version I am on.

Just logging my notes and making sure I am organized as I go about my day. It keeps me not as cluttered.
