I like the ease of use of Evernote and how user-friendly the software is. It is a must-have software for everyday use. I also like how the mobile app allows to collaborate and save documents and work on the go.

Don't expect the functionality of word processing. This software is great for collaboration and quick notes. The mobile app will open where you last left off but will then take a second and restart to the top of your page.

I use this to share insights with my team. It helps me remember whats going on with sales and what I need to get done. I try to get everyone on Evernote. It's easy to share notes. I am in sales and so I am able to update my notes and everyone can see what is going on. I love connecting with teams and this makes it so easy to do.

Evernote is a digital notebook which you can use in your work. As a text editor, the use of digital notebooks is of great importance to me and Evernote has what I need. With this software you can write down the most salient ideas you collect in meetings with your writing and content evaluation team, you can also use its tool to make calendars and record your team meetings, your activities to be done, and the ideas to make your reports. Evernote is a convenient tool that you can use in different operating systems either on your desktop pc, or in android and IOS systems. The customer service that Evernote offers you is one of the most dedicated, and the price to purchase this software is very affordable.

In the years that I have been using Evernote at work, I have been satisfied with all the options that are available to me. Options as complete as your schedule for recording activities and major events, your digital notebook for recording all my ideas, your options for customizing my interface, and your activity reminders make it the best digital notebook I've ever used.

With this software I have achieved many benefits that currently have made my work dynamics is very efficient and meets the requirements demanded by the company where I work. Sorting the work activities through notes, schedules and reminders, make Evernote an essential software for the fulfillment of my objectives as a writer.

I love that I can take all of my notes in one place, categorize them and also share them with other Evernote users. I can easily link items in my notes as well.

Evernote is my favorite notetaker that I have been using for more than five years. It was early on available on various devices and has always maintained its minimal and appealing design.

The only thing I would add is more formatting options within a Note. Options that would allow chapter-like separation within a Note.

I am keeping all my notes in one place. Instead of losing my hand-written notes all the time I will just add a note using the nearest device. And will easily access it whenever I want.

Great for taking notes and audio memos. Easy to use. You can save photos, videos and audios. Great functionality.

Liking everything so far. Maybe the fact that sometimes it's slow to save videos.

Evernote helps you to take notes instantly anywhere. It also helps you to scan and organize your documents with ease. It has beautifully designed desktop and mobile apps and the best thing is that it integrates seamlessly across devices.

The features are amazing, the only thing that I dislike about Evernote is their monthly pricing which I think is a bit costly.

Evernote is my primary note taking app. I can take notes instantly anywhere and everywhere with it's mobile and desktop apps. The notes sync across all my devices so I can also view and edit them whenever required.

Undoubtedly Evernote is more than just software to make notes, it has more qualities that complement the application. In Evernote I can download all the reminders, books with the notes and other important things for me such as: links, photos, audios, documents and other important articles. It is important for me that I can examine every content I upload to Evernote from anywhere and on any device. Evernote satisfies all my reminder needs because it understands how essential it is to access them and that they not only consist of small texts. I like Evernote to have several notebooks for different areas that I want, this helps me in the daily organization greatly. I like being able to set up agile and very intuitive reminders, I am a forgetful person and this is a very good feature. I also love the way I can save to read articles that I find interesting or that I should keep an eye on when I'm browsing the web.

If you have the free version of the application, the biggest disadvantage is that there is a limitation of uploaded files per month that may require you to upload a paid version. Another negative aspect is that I would like a closer integration with some clouds like Drive, Onedrive or Dropbox, but I understand that Evernote wants to be a more complete compilation than a simple application of notes. I would also like an option to track tasks as there is in Basecamp.

The biggest benefit I get with Evernote is the increase in my productivity, this application takes care of all my reminders and allows me to keep daily tasks, meetings and any aspect I need to remember on time.

It works pretty amazingly with my phone, it runs in the background and allows me to take a note or audio note anytime so my ideas don't go away.

Fits my needs, so I can't complain but it would be nice if they increased the max note size a bit

Taking notes primarily from my android device and later opening them in my MacBook, sometimes the other way around and exporting them to HTML to keep an offline archive.

You might believe that Evernote is an effortless application to understand that it is a platform where you can place every note you want, but the reality is that this software is much more than that because there is a lot of variety of documents that you can place as they are pictures and videos in addition to adding labels to each of these notes to share them. You can save everything you want in this application, and you can readily access it from your mobile devices or computer.

The bad thing about the implementation is that its free space to use ends very quickly, as there are those who generally work with a lot of papers and data, and more so when a major project is submitted that includes a lot of individuals and continuously creates and shares notes, what remains is the poor taste of knowing that the room provided by eternity is somewhat small.

The request is beneficial in writing down all the notes or notes that are submitted to me a job, and also through this, I can have that connection that allows me to share any of these notes with peers or even some customers. This creates higher organization and control over all our job procedures to maximize productivity in the best way possible.

It's on the notification bar of my Mac, one click away and I can write anything without disrupting my workflow too much. It uses practically no memory so it does not impact the performance of my Machine at all.

So fat nothing. It fits into my way to work perfectly so I can't complain at all.

Taking notes whenever a new idea or something I need to remember later pops out into my mind

Works both offline and online. The mobile note lets you access your notes anywhere you are without an internet connection. Automatically syncs notes to your account and can be accessed anytime. Enough memory size, and with a whopping 10Gb on the premium plan. I usually don't have to worry about getting out of memory. Another impressive thing about Evernote is the neat interface it has. It is so neat and clear that it tends to stimulate the brain when composing ideas.

It has no calendar yet. I'll like to see it incorporate calendar scheme into it to make it more functional

It is our regular way of composing ideas and writing them down. I do have full access to my notes anywhere and that has increased the pace at which I get our company blogs posts published. I got it linked to some other blog managing tools as well.

It's so easy to separate notes and delete them when they are not needed anymore.

I would be nice to add export note as a PDF right now only enex and html are supported

I create notes for every one of my projects to help me understand things that should not be on the official documentation. After the support case is closed I export them if useful or delete them if not useful for future projects.

The best thing is that is so easy to take screenshots and photos between devices and they are available almost instantaneously in all PCs and Mobile devices where you have Evernote installed.

Nothing, so far so good and no complains

I'm forgetful but with this, my ideas don't go away since is so easy to create a new note and write, annotate or take a photo or screenshot.

I am using it to compile and access all my graduate school notes, as well as store and use pdfs.

Simply one of the best note taking applications I've ever used. Besides the ability to have all your plans, notes and ideas on any device anytime even offline Evernote offers wide variety of features that I find very useful during my workflow such as Web Clipper, Templates and Spaces (a place for your team to bring projects and ideas together). Evernote Basic plan gives you the ability to use 2 devices with one account which in my opinion is enough considering that it's available on Windows/Mac and Android/iOS.

The Basic plan is free but too restrictive. Only way to access your notes offline is through Desktop which kind of limits the mobility. The idea to write your notes, plans and ideas is to have the ability to access them anytime and to have that kind of restriction on a device that I always carry with me is unfortunate. Since Evernote uses cloud storage, the amount of data you can add each month is also limited. Monthly upload limit on Basic plan is 60MB each month and unfortunately unused storage from one month does not roll over to the next. Maximum note size is 25MB. Pricing of Premium and Business plans are expensive too but with all the features you get especially with Business plan some people might think otherwise.

I use Evernote everyday because I do my research almost everyday. That's why Web Clipper is my best friend. I never lose anything that I find interesting and the process is fast and simple. My projects, to-dos and ideas are more organized than ever. I've been using this app for a long time now and I've never been more productive and on the track than since I started taking notes and found Evernote.

For one, the notes are stored in the cloud, so I don't have to worry about various problems such as hard-drive crashes and other mishaps. The storage is pretty much unlimited. Princing is surprisingly inexpensive and it offers a lot of flexibility in terms of note taking and accessing them. Evernote can be synced between many devices. It can even be accessed through a web browser. Not only that, but even offline. It has a great OCR which gives you the ability to scan handwritten documents and convert them to text. It also functions as a web clipper and email clipper.

Support and development has become kind of slow in the recent couple years. A lot of issues go unsolved. Search function wasnt working on Android 8.0 for 2 months and they don't respond to requests to fix it. You can't encrypt whole notebooks at once and you have to go about it one note at a time.

The ability to organize your thoughts into notebooks, tag them, add attachments and voice memos and have all of that available from any device makes it the perfect tool for gathering your haphazard ideas and turning them into a searchable library of you.

Evernote is the digital notebook that best fits today's business demands. And it has a set of tools so useful and functional, that you can use it in your work getting the best results. I use Evernote in my work because its functions allow me to achieve many of the goals that I set myself as a real estate advisor; among the most relevant functions and that more use of Evernote we have its digital notebook that allows me to register data of my clients like their telephone numbers, e-mails among others. Another feature that fascinates me about Evernote, is that I can register and store information related to my work activities, and thus make a work schedule according to my work needs. Evernote has a great technical team, which keeps the platform updated, improving the software more and more. I use Evernote in my tablet or android phone or IOS, being able to use my digital notebook where I want.

It has always been my preference a software that has features that are comprehensive and allow me to perform different types of activities in my work without losing quality in customer service and the achievement of my goals, and for this reason, all the functions that Evernote makes my disposal I like, since I can work with my customers, attend meetings with my team, schedule activities to do and many more things with Evernote. This software is very complete and I consider its tools to be among the best I have ever been able to use.

With Evernote I have achieved a great goal in benefit of my work activity, and this is the full organization of each of the activities, notes that I record, fulfillment of goals, and realization of work programs to fulfill my job as a real estate consultant. Thanks to this software I have been able to ascend in the structure of my company and that satisfies me a lot.

No syncing issues, it's almost the same as OneNote except for the drawing function and that this does sync, no issues or big delays. I was a user of OneNote for years, and this is almost the same, but a little better.

No drawing function, but since I don't use it that's ok with me. No export note to PDF by default, but again you can always print a PDF if the need arises.

There are so many benefits that Evernote has that it is difficult to list them all however, within the most outstanding aspects that Evernote has and which I have used to develop in the work are the functions that allow me to record notes on each of my activities and meetings. In Public Relations, one of the most important factors is to take notes and then convert those notes into work programs for the benefit of your company or Foundation, and Evernote allows me to achieve this perfectly. On the other hand, Evernote allows me to synchronize photos, videos and documents, this feature is very valuable to me since I can have work material hosted in my Evernote notebook. Finally, this digital notebook was designed to be used not only on the computer but in Android systems, tablets and IOS, achieving with this Evernote use anywhere you want and with all the convenience that offers your cell phone.

This multipurpose digital notebook brings together many functions that perform very well and are very useful to fulfill my obligations in our foundation. With Evernote I can use the functions of recording notes, event schedules, list of pending activities, photographs of our activities, documents issued by our foundation and much more. All these features that Evernote has work perfectly and have no defects, so I chose this software to use in my work.

This software and all its functions have allowed me to perfect the use of libraries at work. Since I can carry this software on my android, I can instantly record every note I think is convenient to meet my goals at work. Evernote has perfected my skills at work because it has at my disposal a set of very optimal tools that make me perform much better as a worker. It's very flexible and easy to use and if I meet someone who does not use it exporting notes to HTML is one click away. Google drive integration is amazing.

Evernote is my complement, my preferred software, and the support of my work activities, since it is a digital notebook with a high technological range that allows me to organize work activities in general. With this software I take notes of my work, without leaving aside any detail. I can also establish my work organization chart, taking into account the activities I have to develop to meet objectives of business interest. Evernote has such a necessary technology, that allows me to synchronize all the information, being totally unconcerned with losing the information that I register in my notebook. Another important factor that Evernote has is that you can manage it from your computer, smarthphone, tablet and IOS, this support makes it one of the most used digital notebooks by businesses.

This software has many functions which I apply to successfully fulfill my duties as a worker. Each of its functions were well thought out by the Evernote team and I feel very fortunate to be able to use this software at work. Due to its high quality, it is impossible for me to mention any negative aspects of this software.

Evernote helps me prioritize my tasks and be more efficient.

It’s not intuitive. You have to have some kind of system to go with it.

No note deletion for inactivity. I first used this software in 2011 and then I start using it again in 2018 for work. I tried my old account and all my old notes were still there I thought they were wiped out when my phone died.

The big advantage is also a disadvantage. If you ever want to stop using this for good remember to delete your notes or your account or they will wait there for you.

Exporting notes to html and PDF is very easy to do for printing or web publishing. The application is available in all operating systems. It has become part of my day to day for idea dumping and copying and pasting between devices. Syncing is done automatically as soon as the device is connected to the internet.

The default format for exporting is .enex and you need to have Evernote to open it but is easy to change that in settings.

Creating notes, sharing them, and reading notes shared from other people.

You can easily organize your notes and add in images along with voice recordings to them. You can create a notebook with notes inside so it is an easy way to keep organized and feel like an actual notebook collection. It makes finding notes also easier by searching key terms to retrieve the notes. I also like how I can view the notes on any of my devices I have Evernote on, such as my iphone. Also, I am able to share my notes with others using a simple link I can just send them. The receiver does not have to worry about saving anything. They just click on the link and have access to my notes. I'm really glad I made the switch to Evernote.

If you do not have access to internet at the time of using, it can be difficult to use the full features of the app and access some of your notes. It can be frustrating sometimes as a result. I also wish the free version would let you have unlimited notes as well. I feel as if the free version is too limited. Other than that, I do not have anything negative to say about Evernote.

It has made note taking a lot easier. Before, I would have to manually organize my notes. However, this makes note-taking a lot easier and I can use images along with voice memos to take even better notes.

It's supported in every Operating system, from our developers that have a Mac, our System guys who what Linux, and me with windows. Is also available on Android and iPhone so when we want to share a note it becomes available to all of us without needing to worry about the device or compatibility.

I can't find a downside from this note taking app. It's just great.

Is really easy to separate work-related and personal notes without needing to create another account, also for work-related notes you can have different notebooks, one with notes to share with one team and another with notes for another team. It's also possible to attach photos and convert the notes to pdf and send them as minutes.

The user interface is non-consistent between mobile and desktop applications.

Android, iOS, Windows, MacOSX support and consistent experience. I originally downloaded this as a quick way to take notes in an Android phone and when I switched to iPhone my notes were still there so eventually I downloaded the Windows application and now is part of my day to day toolkit for my work and whenever I need to sync files between devices or take notes.
