I like being able to use the device seamlessly between my computer and phone
I dislike the way that notes are separated between notebooks. I wish there was better functionality to have different types of notes too.
Taking down short notes that I can refer back to in the future.
We are able to upload and share documents and files within our company very quickly and seamlessly. Evernote has so many great features that make organizing easy, such as tags.
There is not anything we dislike about Evernote, it is a great software and we have been very happy with it so far.
sharing contracts and documents within our company for new clients. Having a shared place to keep information and notes regarding new hires. We have empolyees working from different states so it helps to keep everyone informed
I love the ability to easily share and control files. Also to organize thoughts that eventually become projects.
The upload from iPhone way too slow I use notes instead
So easy to keep track of projects within committees
Super easy lookup, when trying to find something specific.
Sometimes exact words/names are needed. Looking up quotes sometimes old ones came up first
Ease of finding quotes quickly
I really like being able to take great notes on my computer and viewing them on any device. I also keep track of passwords, wifi passwords, basically everything is stored on evernote. I can also share items with coworkers and collaborate.
Sometimes adding users means we have to pay for another subscription. Also sometimes the app fails but that's also my phone and maybe something on the server.
My team working together and being able to share ideas.
I can write or record anything that pops into my head, which is effective both as an HR professional but also as a writer. This was something that traditionally I did with a pen and a notepad I carried everywhere, but Evernote allows me to forego all of that. It also integrates well with other software and messaging, allowing me to share and spread my notes easily.
Getting back into older notes can be clunky sometimes, and the sharing times out or doesn't go through at times. I've yet to pinpoint if it's a local issue with my phone/connection or the app itself, though.
I get hit with just a ton of memos, notes, ideas, reminders, and projects throughout the day, spanning at least 5 different fields of my job and then class and personal creative project concepts as well. Evernote allows me to keep them separated but all in one place.
The checkbox feature makes creating to do lists super simple and the tags help me keep things very organized within each notebook.
It freezes up and will lose the last few changes when I thought it was updating automatically.
It helps me keep my day-to-day tasks in order and organizes my various meeting agendas and notes across devices.
Super easy to use! I love that you can save and pick up on any device.
There is nothing I can think of at this time.
Allows me to always have access to my notes through Evernote. I forgot my work phone at home once but was able to access my Evernote account through another device at work.
I put everything in evernote from meeting notes to shopping lists to blog ideas. I love that I can tag all my notes, create separate notebooks, and find things easily. It's also easy to share with other users.
I just wish everyone was on it so I could send them notes more easily.
I work from home sometimes on a different computer, or sometimes just from my ipad. Evernote is on every device I have access to. So no matter where I am, I have all my notes with me.
I use Evernote as a digital notebook for my lab notes, as well as collaborative projects to share data, notes, files, etc. with others.
The app can be slow sometimes and for non-premium members there's a 2 device maximum.
Collaboration and file keeping have certainly be made easier using Evernote.
Easy to use. Keeps a record of all documents. Just need to scan
Sometimes, hard to search for a specific item
Storage of the documents
it is on all my devices and always reachable. Half of my brain is being stored there. Nice layout for my notes as well as the chance to send notes to friends.
Sometimes I have the feeling that in comparisson to ntes from Mac it is not that well designed...
Collaboration among team members and shared knowledge e.g. meeting notes etc. Gather knowledge at one place where I can access it at any time!
It is easy to create notebooks, stacks, and tags. Everything is automatically uploaded on the server and you can access your data on all your devices.
The price of premium upgrade is quite high.
Very easy to keep up with everything I need.
I like how I can easily organize my notes by notebook and easily refer back to them for free. I like the option to upgrade to use offline and use cloud storage to access notes on multiple devices
I kind of dislike the necessity to use the internet in the free version but I understand that it is a way for them to make money!
I am solving the issue of having a pile of half-used notebooks with poor organization. With this, all notes are stored in one place and I am easily able to refer to them from anywhere!
It is a secure product that makes life easier.
I have no current complaints with this company.
Logging client information.
It just has a massive amount of features and capabilities that makes note taking as inclusive and efficient as possible. It's like literally a dozen of applications are summarized in one app. You can add photos, videos, sound files, links, sketches, handwriting and almost everything you need to attach to your note. It has both web and mobile interference and it can edit many types of word files.
It has a storage limit for free users so to use more space you will need to upgrade but still its price is reasonable. Also some features are only available to premium users. Even though I love using it so much but its size rapidly increases on mobile the more files or attachments you add to the notes.
while working with many entities and in many positions. I'd attend a lot of meetings and distribute a lot of tasks so I'd also be needing to write down notes, thoughts and to-dos. With Evernote I was able to do all of that and much more. it saved me a lot of time and collected all of my needs in one place.
The simple way I can keep my notes going across places and devices.
Not that much, it's a very straight forward app
It helps us taking notes and sharing them between mobile and stationary computers, field and office.
I keep my Reminder and To Do lists synced across my devices. I use Evernote for just about everything I do. It is sleek and easy to use. There are lots of add-ons such as the web clipper that allow you to save articles.
I think that the note capabilities could continue to be improved to be more like MSFT word. It is hard to find much wrong with it.
It makes me more efficient by helping me keep track of my life. I take notes on occasion using my mobile device which are there instantly available.
I love that not only i can put my business reminders in them but also my personal, as well what i love the most I can scan an important document or note I rote and its safely stored in my ever note account, and never need to have tons of paper laying around, as well I can set a reminder on any note so someone who has anxiety as myself doesn't become overwhelm I let ever note take care of that I leave my thoughts there and not forget but yet set a reminder for them!
That it doesn't have a consent reminder only option to remind once other than that everything else is great!
Helping me to remember my team meetings and not have the weight of the world on my mind, benefits is that it also send a reminder through to my email, and if wanted to my team members.
ability to access my notes on any device.
No issues. I like all of the functionality . A better to do lost could be nice.
Keeping notes from client meetings.
