The most helpful feature is the generation of reports. We're able to track the entire recruitment cycle of a candidate on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The entire process is just automated and once you set up the key attributes you require in your reports thats it. You are free to customize the criteria and then the mail is automated based on your desired timeline.

One downside of the tool is that there are a number of bugs which keeps on occuring showing an error. though these are not very frequent but they act as a setback for a fast paced hiring environment. There also is this occur which has been very frequent in the past few months i.e. once you draft a mail to the candidate and send it across the page shows an error 404. Though it shows an error yet the mail is sent to the candidate. At times the same mail is sent twice to the candidate. This is a major drawback in the software as the experience is not smooth enough.

Freshteams helps us in tracking and maintaing a surplus amount of candidates for a particular job opening. This way we're able to receive and manage a huge number of applications for the role which in return helps us to identify the best candidates among the pool. The parsing feature automatically picks up the details ont he resume and auto fills the Name,number,email and the key highlights of the candidate's resume. This helps us to quickly asses the candidates and choose the best among the pool. The time invested on each and every profile is less as compared to the traditional way. Thus impovising our productivity. Also, if we found some good candidates for whom we do not have an immediate requirement but might need in near future. Through fresteam we're able to label and save the candidates resume as a talent pool. A backup full of quality candidates indeed.

Struggle to find the profiles you have to screen, you have to go into job listing and then find profiles which is a pain. Doing it for big teams is inefficient and Freshteam has no way around this.

The creation of a "jobs page" that looks very professional that I can link in my website is incredible. It allows me to be very professional for much less effort on my part!

I haven't found anything not working well. I think it took us a little bit to learn how to create automatic triggers, but we were able to figure it out. I also wish I could change a job's status from the recruit page rather than clicking into the job.

In order to create a job board like this that was integrated into my website already, it would have cost me hundreds or thousands of contractor hours to build.

I like that the support team is helpful and the app is easy on the eyes and functional. It's not overbearing and it's easy to navigate compared to other HR apps that I've encountered

You'd have to tailor some things such as national holidays to your geo-location etc. It would be better if you can pick your location and these things become tailored

It's helping us keep track of holidays, staff performance in regards to productivity(sick/earned leaves etc) and also gives a brief overview of each staff, their records etc.

Freshteam is a great team management platform. We have been using it for the last 6 months now and have seen much productivity in team management since it's a fit for any size of the organisation.

We liked almost everything about the tool, but if this system has the payroll functionality then it was the was suited for us for payouts as well to the teams around the company.

It helped us keep all our member's records in one place, manage all the profiles and keep track of our new applications, attendance management, and it has the best usescases.

The features and functionality. The UI and the UX is great. The software is extremely easy to use and the user experience and design is great.

Nothing as such. But may be it can integrate with other softwares more in general.

With Freshteam, you can make the interview journey very pleasant. The ability to define each stage, adding selected metrics for interview feedback, automating assignments as soon as moved to the next stage, till rolling out the offer everything is very smoothly doable with Freshteam. I use it to onboard & offboard people too :) all in a very affordable price to pay.

The support can be better, besides nothing.

You can truly eliminate the multiple followups with the stake holders & it has helped us improve the candidate experience by not delaying much in terms of giving feedback.

Freshteam helped us streamline the vague processes we had in place for posting a job and screening the candidates. It was easy to set up and customize for our team under a tight deadline too.

Many of the features are limited on the free version, like some color customization and posting to external websites. As a non-profit, we can't justify the expense for the full version with our small team.

The career site removes a lot of headaches around coordinating posting jobs on our website, minimizing extra asks and streamlining the process to get a job posted for our users.

Freshteam is extremely user-friendly. Even departments unfamiliar with ATS can navigate this system.

I have not found much that I dislike about Freshteam. Any issue that I've had has been quickly resolved by Customer Support.

Some aspects of the UI is disappointing, which I hope you people are working hard to bringup modifications. Also please try to rollout some more competitive functionalities and features so that users will be excited

The best thing about Freshteam is the number of features it has (even in the free plan). You can literally do any sort of HR/Recruiting work on the platform. There are not too many limits on the free plan and it is extremely easy to use and also extremely well designed with a gorgeous interface. I am definitely going to continue to use Freshteam and with their plans, it is easy to upgrade only when you need it.

There is not much to dislike! It would be helpful if there was more of a user support forum/questions guide when you are starting out (for the basic questions) but once you get a hang of it, it is easy to use!

I am solving how to hire and recruit without having to go through multiple solutions. I have realized how much easier it is when hiring is all on one platform. Freshteam puts all of the recruiting, onboarding, and HR organization into one place where it is easy to access, edit or analyze.

Freshworks serves as the best platform to keep all details in place. By creating an employee profile in Freshworks, we can get an overview of the employee in a single go.

I think the "Interviews for me" tab is unnecessary as my account can be accessed by my HR and its unporfessional to login the details of scheduled interviews of other organizations.

Referring candidates for current openings in my company, getting an overview of my colleague's profile, their availability, and time off details.

It is very easy to use. I haven't experienced any issues using it. Filing a leave is easy. Editing your Profile Information is easy. You can easily track your activities.

I am very much satisfied with it but just a suggestion, maybe try to enable time management and other apps integration such as Time Doctor, Hubstaff, Monitask, Ring Central etc.

I dislike that there is no customization in adding a new stage to the hiring process: For example, I need to add a new process called Decision after the Offer, which includes “Approved and Rejected stages”. and it automatically redirects to those new stages!
