Tracking the overall recruitment process
The ease of adding hiring requirements and scheduling interviews.
The limitation on adding interviewers which can only be increased by paying extra bucks.
Recruitment process
I love the interface because it looks so new and up to date to the current standards. Recruitment is so easy with it because I am able to track the email communications very easily and in no time. It has speed up my process for recruiting professors for Case Western very easily. The search is also very comprehensive and I can look for possible candidates pretty easily.
Because it is a relatively new company they might want to add new features like linking to linkedIn and other social networks. This would help us a lot in tracking our candidates and reviewing their applications more comprehensively. So please try to add that.
I use it at Case Western with bunch of my colleagues to recruit professors and staff for our University. Freshteam is very good at handling the communication with the potential candidates. Makes our work very easy and fast.
We are able to collaborate on new hires amongst different teams
I think we need a more granular sharing of leads
Makes it seamless to onboard and offboard new hires and employees
Freshteam is an excellent tool for managing recruitment - it has a comprehensive workflow to help manage the pool of candidates, the process and all relevant communications.
It is not an HR management system - it is completely devoid of any element of performance management.
Freshteam has helped by providing a comprehensive process and structure to recruitment.
FreshTeams has a great workflow, CV repo, recruitment process streamlined
When it comes to sending reminders to the requestor, commenting on a particular Job, or candidate profile , it is not intuitive or easily available
My team is extensively using the recruitment workflow. Somehow the dashboard and status update for recruitment is at hiring managers fingertips. So the communication time or rather staus reporting is reduced for team
List and presentation of the employee directory. The interface is clean and sharp, with not too many colors or distracting elements.
Configuration is more difficult than what my organization ultimately settled on. The time-off policy management and recruitment tools don't really have the features I expected and just couldn't justify the price.
Freshteam has not provided a solution to our problems; see previous answer.
Automated parsing and canned response only
Lack of support available, long wait time, poor knowledge base
GDPR compliance, candidate access to delete their profiles
Though everything in the HRMS has been though well and made, it has ample of bugs. If you stuck with any of bug, there is no resoltuion possible.
The server is slow and takes a lot of time to respond sometime. The team is also not responsive at all.
As a small company focused on employees to build a great team and involved in highly complex technical development, we run multiple portals and accounts. Freshteam enabled us to make reach all the required information to them during hiring and well automated.
The Interface is nice. Good to see company hierarchy visually. The hire section swim lane view is good
The holiday section is really clunky. Difficult to book in future holiday and see a full calendar that is rolling (so if someone's holiday straddles the month you can see the full thing) . Terrible aggregation, pie charts of holiday time booked is useless. Editing feedback in the hire section is temperamental, have lost whole sections of feedback which is frustrating. Have taken to recording candidate feedback in a different programme and then pasting into the freshteam interface.
The hire section is good for showing visibility of candidates throughout the process and communication with them
The apps is very flexible to connect with other apps
There are a lots of bugs.. UI is not good..
Hiring process integration
Easy and fast to implement and configure. Not too complex and ideal for smaller talent acquisition teams or departments that do not have an extensive database of candidates or don't need to customize the solution.
Poor filtering capabilities. My team had to export the entire database into Excel to filter the candidate's database adequately. Unable to create custom fields for candidates. Terrible support. It seems like they don't even understand what you are asking and just forward you to some article that you have already read in the first place.
None! After 3-4 months, my team requested me to move to a competitor due to the candidate's database's poor filtering capabilities, among other issues with the support and lack of customization capabilities.
Start with a free plan. The support assistants were keen to help migrating from Recruiterbox however Freshteam should have a better way to migrate from Recruiterbox by importing the data backup from Recruiterbox (or other sites).
Free plan is too limited. Multiple locations and Branding of carrer site is too expensive at 100 USD / month.
Recruting processing.
I was hoping to use it to automate my upcoming appointment reminders, as well as to send out automated follow ups. The process was much more cumbersome than expected.
I paid for the full year to get a discount, then as my assistant dove into the setup, it was much more cumbersome and taking a lot longer than anticipated. I switched to another vendor, Thryv, and within a week's time, we have more setup than we did in a month of Freshworks. Unfortunately due to their return policy, I'm out for an entire year's investment, but the ease I have with another vendor is worth that loss to me, and it's a valuable lesson for me to learn: not to prepay a year before I fully vetted something out.
automating reminders and follow ups
The team calendar the colours are useful but its annoying that not all the team can see it
There is so much, features we were told would be out in 2022 have not materialised, support is awful, random holidays are being deducted for no reason. There are so many improvements i would want to see but these are already available with competitors so i will just move to them.
Nothing as support is all done via email and they never understand the problem.
Resume parsing is okayish and they can even improve that well. The point is we cant believe that fully.
Ticket will never get answered. My ticket was not answered till now. Team call will get schedule but no one will come back to answer. [95513] : Linkedin Jobs integration Error 98653 These two are ticket numbers
